Authenticator im Dayli Use

Vorteile:

Authentifizierungsanfragen werden in Echtzeit an die App übermittelt und werden per Push-Benachrichtigung auf dem Mobiltelefon angezeigt. Anfragen können somit schnell und übersichtlich akzeptiert werden

Nachteile:

Authentifizierungsanfragen mit Push-Funktionalität müssen nun zusätzlich mit einer Nummer bestätigt werden.

Das perfekte Tool für Authentifizierung

Vorteile:

Einfach zu einrichten, sicher und benutzerfreundlich.

Nachteile:

Benachrichtigungen werden manchmal verloren.

Super einfach

Vorteile:

Die Einrichtung ist super einfach. Auch die Handhabung für den User ist sehr simpel gehalten. Wird immer öfter von uns benötigt.

Nachteile:

Uns sind so noch keine Problem aufgefallen. Wie bei den Pros schon gesagt ist es sehr einfach und es kommt so zu kaum Problemen.

Klasse Applikation zur Authentifizierung

Kommentare: Da es bis jetzt keine Nachteile gibt und die APP ein modernes Design und übersichtlich ist, ist es jedes Mal eine Freunde, die APP zu nutzen.

Vorteile:

Einfache, übersichtliche Bedienung. Sehr intuitiv zu bedienen. Modernes Design.

Nachteile:

Bis jetzt keine Nachteile festgestellt.

es ist seher umständlich, es dauert sehr lang sich anzumelden

Sichere Anmeldung in mehreren Systemen

Vorteile:

es können mehrere Zugänge zu mehreren Systemen verwaltet werden. Anmeldung ist übers Handy auch mit Face ID möglich.

Nachteile:

obwohl man ich in der App schon angemeldet hat ist für z.B. eine 2-Faktor-Identifikation ein weiterer Anmeldevorgang notwendig.

Keep your Microsoft account safe

Kommentare: I am just beyond satisfied when it comes to Microsoft authenticator. I totally recommend it to anyone who has a Microsoft account, it will keep your account safe and secure.

Vorteile:

Before Microsoft authenticator, I relied on just a password, I went to log into my Microsoft account one day and I was hacked, I finally regained access to my account and I immediately downloaded Microsoft authenticator and It has been the best thing ever. It sends notifications straight to my phone if my Microsoft account is attempted to be logged into and if it's not me I just have to hit deny.

Nachteile:

The interface can be tricky and confusing if you don't know what you're doing.

Keeps my Info Safe!

Kommentare: My overall experience with Microsoft Authenticator has been positive. It gives me the piece of mind that all of my accounts and data will be safe. I no longer have to change my passwords every few weeks to make sure my accounts are secure. Microsoft Authenticator does a great job of making sure my data will never be accessed by unwatched people.

Microsoft Authenticator is a great program to will keep all of your accounts safe and secure. With all your information online, attackers will eventually try to steal your information and data. With Microsoft Authenticator, you won't have to worry about that. It's very easy to set up and gives you many different options to verify your identity. I always make sure to set up Microsoft Authenticator with every program or website that offers it. I like that you can verify your identity by a text message, a phone call, through email, and other devices. This is a must-have if you value your data and privacy.

Nachteile:

I have been using Microsoft Authenticator for a few years now. Once in a while, I will ask to verify my identity by receiving a text message. When I do this, it occasionally gives me an error and won't allow me to do it. When this happens, the other options do work though.

Kommentare: It has been really good so far no issues or bugs i think its a good blanket of security to have!!!

Vorteile:

I like that its a barrier that helps with anyone who may be trying to get into your stuff. Like for me noone can access my workday which is what i use for work, i love that in order to access workday you have to use this with their code they give in order to login!

Nachteile:

The only thing i can think of, and its not so much bad but more of an inconvenience then anything. Is if you forget your password or get a new phone etc. Then you have to talk to (whomever the company you use this with) tech team and have them reset your account.

Microsoft Authenticator

Kommentare: I use Microsoft Authenticator for work, and it works, but there are a lot of buttons and icons that I had to learn to navigate through and did not find the most user friendly.

Vorteile:

I like all the settings and customization capabilities to organize and rearrange my accounts.

Nachteile:

I found it confusing to set up and not the most user friendly.

Kommentare: I use this in my daily work and personal activities and happy to use this even 100 times in a day.

Vorteile:

One of the best MFA apps. easy to register and use. very handy and a must in the cyberworld

I have not come accross any least things about this app

Kommentare: It's a good feeling l knowing that I can be at peace without my important restricted files being hacked

That it's very secure and I don't have to worry about my passwords being breached and or hacked

Vorteile:

I like that the authenticator is easy to use and immediately prompts you do accept or decline a login attempt when it is detected. It also is very versitile and can be used for many, many services.

Nachteile:

The only thing that is... less good, with Microsoft Authenticator is that it is harder to set up, atleast for the other services offered beside authentication.

Good Authenticator for Microsoft Applications

Kommentare: I like the secure it is for my Microsoft account, but i think it just works for Microsoft applications

Vorteile:

I use it on my mobile and I like that can be locked by fingerprint to open the app, then you can access to the verification code

Nachteile:

I can not use it with other applications or software

Kommentare: The Microsoft Authenticator app is a joy to use. With speedy responses within the app and the auth code only shows once you go into the account which avoids confusion between different account codes. It integrates well with other Microsoft products and its free!

Vorteile:

The app is free; Integrates well with other Microsoft products; The option of biometric authentication to enter the app is a bonus; it is very easy to use and reliable.

Nachteile:

The accounts can be buggy, ive had instances where i needed to re-add an account because i stopped getting the codes; Sometimes the codes expire too quickly; The security code is not hidden

Added layer of security for company software

Kommentare: Used multiple times a day to access my work email

Vorteile:

Usually pretty quick and offers backup code incase generated login security code doesn't come through

Nachteile:

Can be slow at times, every once in while pauses and doesn't send code needed for system

Kommentare: Overall, our company has been very happy with this product. I haven't heard anything bad about this.

It is very easy, convenient and secure to use.

Nothing that I can think of. Using it has been made painless by Microsoft.

Microsoft Authenticator has saved me more times than I can count.!

Kommentare: after setting it up if you lose your original device it was installed on its VERY hard to get it to work again, ESPECCIALLY if the email that was used was hacked and unrecoverable

its very easy to use, after you first set it up after that, its just open and watch it help you log into so many important accounts

Nachteile:

the original setup was so long ago I lost the passwords I had written down

My go-to tool for multi-factor authentication

Kommentare: It has been very good. I set up accounts, use them, thats it. No fuss or having to redo things. Moving to a new mobile phone is also easy and straightforward with the instructions they provide.

Vorteile:

The map that shows where the request is coming from (if enabled and supported) password-less option for Microsoft 365 easy to set up multiple M365 accounts easy to set up non-Microsoft accounts works reliably and quickly, I've never had an issue where it stopped working. Easy to deploy to our staff.

Nachteile:

They disabled the Apple Watch integration that allowed you to approve a login from your Apple Watch. The backup process requires you have a personal Microsoft Account. I would like to back up to my enterprise account.
