Vorteile:

Extremely simple to setup and create products. You don't need anything else to launch and sell online products. It has a simple interface, easy to use and once you get to a certain revenue level, the account support is phenomenal.

Nachteile:

It is expensive... a 10% commission on top line is steep. But... you can see where your money is being invested. This is a high tech company and that comes with this price point.

A platform that adds a lot of value for every kind of user.

Kommentare: It is a very good platform, I really enjoy using it because you can improve yourself and use it to even earn money sending this online courses to people that I think I can help.

Vorteile:

The way in which either a person who wants to buy an online course, or a person who make the online course, can win and use the platform in a good way. Either if you want to buy an online course, or sell an online course, it´s just perfect for both kind of person. But what I like the most is the way in which you can become an affiliate, and that is another way you can use the platform.

Nachteile:

What I don´t like is that sometimes is difficult to search for an specific online course who is not in the number one position. When you search in the market of the platform most of the time the same courses appear, and that may be couldn´t help for someone who makes a new online course, because it will not appear in the first.

Kommentare: Difficult to set up the course. I set up a membership subscription. That worked. I earned money. But it was never paid out.

Vorteile:

I like the setup and people told me that it does also work in Latin America, where we have a lot of restrictions and many similar systems do not work. So I set it up, it worked, I connected my bank account .... and (please see the cons- section)

Nachteile:

I never received my money. It was not possible to transfer the money to my bank account here in Latin America, the money was sent back and customer support sent me a weird message. They don't care too much.

Eles tem tudo o que você precisa pra vender cursos online

Kommentare: Eu uso a Hotmart desde 2017, já usei em diferentes empresas que trabalhei e já usei na minha conta pessoal que depois acabou virando empresarial. Eles realmente ajudam o produtor de conteúdo a colocar seus cursos para vender, não tem taxa de inscrição para começar e você só paga se vender. Atuo bastante como afiliado e gosto bastante das ferramentas que eles tem e dos cursos que estão disponíveis para afiliados. Além disso, fazem um evento anualmente com uma vibe muito boa e com muito aprendizado, o Fire. Já fui em dois e já estou com ingresso comprado para o terceiro. Enfim, a experiência com a hotmart foi a melhor possível.

Vorteile:

A plataforma é bem completa e raramente precisei acionar o suporte. Isso significa que o serviço é de qualidade e que é bem fácil de usar. O que eu mais gosto da hotmart é essa facilidade colocar um produto no ar sem gastar nada, só paga alguma coisa se vender.

Nachteile:

A única coisa que melhoraria na Hotmart seriam as Taxas, tem outras plataformas no mercado que são mais baratas. Mas não oferecem tudo que a Hotmart oferece, então entendo as taxas serem mais altas. O restante está tudo muito bom, não trava, é fácil de usar e só paga quando vende.

Alguns bugs na plataformas. Já aconteceu de em dias de lançamentos os links não funcionarem e isto gerou transtornos

É prático e fácil de utilizar, tanto no acesso a cursos como a e-books. Facilidade de visualização de aulas tanto pelo app do celular como pelo app da TV.;Ao iniciar um curso, se não puder continuar, vc pode retornar à plataforma posteriormente e continuar o curso de onde parou;Fácil acesso ao suporte dos cursos pela plataforma;Download de materiais gráficos com facilidade;Facilidade no cancelamento de produtos adquiridos quando o mesmo não satisfaz às expectativas.Atualmente utilizando a versão para android número 4.2.0;

Nachteile:

Utilizo a plataforma há 6 anos e desde então não existe reclamação direcionada à mesma. Estou satisfeita.

Bonjour déjà comment j ai connue Hotmart j ai vue une vidéo sur mon compte donc j ai tenté ma chance mauvaise expérience qui prélevé sur mon compte Hotmart qui m envoie des messages sur mon Gmail mes reçus Hotmart, figurer vous Hotmart distribut de fausses vidéos pour vendre leurs produits depuis j ai demander mon dédommagement ils ont piraté mon compte Gmail depuis Décembre je les envoie tous les preuves de leurs arnaque c est grâce à cela j ai pue être remboursé j ai demander à être dédommagé vue c est une grosse entreprise ils voudront jamais me dédommagé mais continue à circuler leurs vidéos Dimanche le producteur d Hotmart qui vient m arnaqué à voulue recommencer mais ne m explique pas ne me contredit pas pour une grosse entreprise que faite vous de votre réputation. Vous êtes un logiciel pourquoi nous envoyer ces vidéos mensongère pour arnaqué de pauvre gens.

Kommentare: Me encanta lo versátil que es, puedes tener un montón de cursos de distintas áreas en un mismo lugar, además el acceso a los mismos es de por vida y eso es sin duda una gran ventaja, que otras plataformas no ofrecen.

Vorteile:

Es una plataforma que ofrece muchas opciones, tanto en la compra o adquisición de cursos, como en la opción de que puedas vender cursos propios o incluso de otras personas.

Nachteile:

A nivel general creo que no es tan sencilla de usar, incluso si colocas la pantalla completa del navegador no te deja avanzar al siguiente módulo, pues no aparece la calificación y finalización del video en esa pantalla, sino que debes de salir para poder avanzar.

Lo que más me gusta es que tiene muchas funcionalidades a la hora de publicar tu curso y después un montón de herramientas para poder publicitar tu producto tanto dentro como fuera de la plataforma.

Nachteile:

Lo que menos me ha gustado es que tiene muchos fallos de sistema y se cuelga bastante. Por otro lado la atención a dudas tarda mucho en responderse.
