Kommentare: Overall, if I wasn't very happy with Hostinger's service I wouldn't give them 20 minutes from my valuable time to write this review, they have my high recommendations and I've recently upgraded my plan for my ecommerce store from Web hosting starter plan to Cloud startup plan which is faster and better for SEO with Staging feature which is very important if you would like make changes to the live environment with minimum downtime and less mistakes.

Vorteile:

Hostinger's features and services are higher than its cheap cost, and the best thing you'd ever search for in other reviews is their customer care service. Their support team is very helpful and available 24/7. They made my life easy.

Nachteile:

Their web hosting service wasn't as stable as today, now it's perfect. They need sometimes more than 15 min to answer on the Chat box but it's not that long time.

Will Never Use Hostinger Web Hosting Again

Kommentare: Our non-profit's sole public face is through our website and opt-in newsletters. Our organization's leadership team is all volunteers and spread around the United States, so our website is also a repository for our documents and literature. Our website is the largest expense and critical to successful non-profit operations. Our opt-in email newsletter is the most significant means of communications with our members, sent out once or twice each month. For the first several months Hostinger provided good service, with exception of email. Email was an issue from the start and took several weeks and multiple tech support chats to get working correctly. Then, twice in two months our newsletter run was blocked during runs. After the second interruption, tech support had me reconfigure email services to prevent future interruptions. Then, our email account was suspended for a claimed terms of service violation. Based on Hostinger's published email support, we were well within their service limits. Tech support flatly refused to life the suspension unless we contracted with a third-party email marketing service for future email newsletters. We specifically told either MailChimp or Sendmail were the only two acceptable services. These services were a stretch for our organization and a gross overkill for the level of email "marketing" we currently conducted. This has put us in the position of looking for a new hosting service. I can not recommend Hostinger as a hosting service

Overall reliable hosting, good speed and storage for the price.

Nachteile:

Technical support was often slow, and it sometimes took several tries before my issue was resolved. But in comparison with previous hosting services, Hostinger tech support was an improvement.

Hostinger is Great!

Vorteile:

I really like how easy this system is to use and how responsive the team is when I've needed assistance. They also took some of my concerns into consideration about update statuses and keeping users informed. It makes running a site very simple. Once my other site is up on another server, I plan to use Hostinger as my future hosting site for it as well because, honestly, the price can't be beat.

Nachteile:

The only thing I haven't enjoy so far would be that they need to find a better way to alert users to when their server will be down for maintenance. Their current options either flood your mailbox with info on servers that aren't yours as well as yours or you have to check daily and search for your server. If they had a system to just contact the correct server users when the server would be down, instead of everyone not even on the servers, it would help admins let users know quicker that the site will be down for maintenance.

Just works

I needed web hosting, domain hosting, and email hosting service. Hostinger allowed me to do it.

Best price and stable servers

Vorteile:

They have got stable servers which we can choose the close one of our choice. If we need to migrate to other location server, just send them a chat message. Its done for no cost. Support team are the best, but they need to have more agents to support while they are growing.

Nachteile:

Support team response takes some time, But still they respond.

A beginner friendly website hosting service

Kommentare: Overall good experience but the price feels like a bit high.

Vorteile:

The service is beginner friendly and the control panel is cool and intuitive. The shared hosting is fast enough and easy to deploy. Includes all the necessary features including WordPress, G-Suit, Git, SEO tools, website builder and some other content management and eCommerce software that could be installed easily with a few clicks. The company website is great in its look and feel. Moreover the customer support is really nice and quick. They usually reply within 5 minutes and resolves the issue like a charm.

Nachteile:

They attract customers with low prices and free domains but only for the first year. Once the one year validity ends, they start charging relatively high price (which is common nowadays among hosting companies).

With Hostinger you can create your website easy and fast even with no previous knowledge

Vorteile:

It is made for people who has no knowledge about web creating. It is just selecting a template, changing texts, puting some new buttons or features and publish. No code needed at all.

Nachteile:

It is simple and that's why the user has not many options available. If you want something super personalised then with Hostinger it's not possible to get it.

Completely Satisfied with Hostinger

Kommentare: Overall my experience with Hostinger has been a positive one, with just a few hiccups along the way that were quickly taken care of. Customer Service was really nice and helpful the two times I had to contact them. I did try out another company just to see what the differences are and I did not like the way the other company did their set up. So I cancelled quick and transferred that account to Hostinger as well.

Vorteile:

They do seem to make everything pretty easy for a newbie like me. I had no issues with setting up my account, and any questions that came up were easily answered by their huge array of help documentation. They list all their "Help" articles which they have extremely organized and grouped into appropriate sections. I have found answers to all my questions by searching through the Help section and have never needed to contact customer service for any questions regarding functionality. I have even browsed through articles to learn things I never knew about.

Nachteile:

There's not too many things I don't like about this service. I did have a minor issue back when I first signed up when I wanted to upgrade my service. I got really confused on how to actually upgrade my service and ended up doing something wrong. That was the only time I had to contact customer service for anything. Also, the billing situation is weird. I will pay for something and I assume everything is good to go. Then I will click on "Billing" in the dropdown and my purchase will pull up and look like an invoice like I still need to pay it. The first time I dealt with this I thought maybe my purchase didn't go through so it let me go through the whole process again and I ended up paying twice for the same thing. Learned a lesson. Also I don't like how they will automatically select autorenew for everything. You have to go in and manually turn off autorenew for every single service if you don't want it to automatically renew .

Hassle-free hosting, and your only intuitive option

Kommentare: We have lots of customers with WP websites, and some of them used to struggle with their hosting. I'm recommending Hostinger to anyone who's not happy with their current hosting and I have never heard a complaint. Highly recommend it.

Vorteile:

Finally a hosting service that has a proper panel. Easy to work with, even without experience. Super intuitive and great user experience. The support team helped me twice and I'm very pleased with their service and friendliness.

Nachteile:

You might need to pay some extra $ here and there. Like I got a free domain on my purchase, but I had to pay to have my info hidden in WHO.IS which made the domain more expensive than normal. Or you don't have an option for free SSL if you transfer your domain. It saved me a lot on my hosting so it's still a fair deal.

Affordable Hosting Provider for WordPress

Kommentare: Hostinger is a great web hosting provider for WordPress sites. I have been using them for over a year now and have never had any issues. Their customer service is excellent and they are always quick to help out if there are any problems. The price is also very affordable, especially compared to other providers. Overall, I would definitely recommend Hostinger to anyone looking for a good web host for their WordPress site.

Vorteile:

Hostinger is a great web hosting for WordPress websites. They offer a free domain name, free website builder, and free SSL certificate (but only for one domain). Their customer service is also excellent.

Nachteile:

They does not include cPanel with all of their plans, and it may be tough for people to adjust to their hpanle (custom hosting panel by hostinger). And still some of option in beta version in there hpanle.

Good Hosting, Poor support

Vorteile:

Great interface, performance taken into consideration, perfect for Wordpress, easy of use.

Nachteile:

Very bad support (even when you subscribed to the premium). Answers that come out of nowhere from people who don't even understand their topics.

Great Switch from GoDaddy

Kommentare: Hostinger has been great for my business. I've been able to consolidate all of my sites in one place for one low price and I recommend it to all of my web development clients. The features, packages and price are much better than my previous provider.

Vorteile:

I switched from being a GoDaddy customer for 15 years and I have been super surprised at the hosting options and services I've received. The features and cost are a bargain! I have transferred 3 Wordpress websites under my hosting package (each with an affordable SSL cert which are EXTREMELY expensive with other providers) and I have had no problems with downtime. It's extremely easy to choose, setup and manage your website hosting/email accounts, etc. I would absolutely recommend!

Nachteile:

I haven't found anything yet that's a problem with my hosting software. Anything I've had an issue with I've been able to contact support online and get a resolution to my questions immediately. No complaints.

High Value Hosting

Vorteile:

The setup was easy, and the price was very competitive. The speed of the response time when loading the site is what makes me confident I'll be renewing with Hostinger regularly.

Nachteile:

I did learn after the fact that certificates became a nearly required feature in browsers in May of 2021, and a heads up would have been nice from the host. However,. Hostinger provided a simple and quick solution to put a certificate on the site in a few clicks. I had this working with no more warnings to mobile users in less than 10 minutes.

Quality and Economical hosting services

Vorteile:

The services provides by Hostinger are quite economical. Good plans available for shared hosting as well as cloud hosting. The control panel offered is user friendly, which makes it easier for website deployment. Performance of the websites with reasonable traffic was satisfactory.

Nachteile:

The thing which is missing in Hostinger is cPanel, which is the most widely used control panel software. And regular users might feel it difficult to adopt to the custom hosting panel offered by Hostinger. However, few of their plans do offer cPanel as an option, so better check the detailed features before you place an order.

Hostinger is one of the best hosting providers for Beginners; whether it is a blog or a business website, I started my journey blogging journey using Hostinger Business Plan, and it saved lots of time because its UI to understand is straightforward and they also provided help to set up a website.

Nachteile:

Worst customer experience: When my website went down, I tried to connect with their team, but Hostinger Team replied very late, even they took much time to resolve my issue. In the early days, Hostinger's business Plan Hoisting worked well, but as soon my Website traffic went high, the website often went down.

You get what you pay for. I should’ve paid more.

Kommentare: My site was hosted by Hostinger and had a lot of down time, sometimes multiple times a day. Several times, configurations or server names changed and caused my site to go down, making my business unreachable by those searching for it. Customer service was friendly, but we’re never actually helpful. Their “fixes” were often incorrect, requiring me to search and learn how to correct their mistakes or pay someone else to fix them. The mail server was also always very slow and unreliable. I switched hosting companies and email providers.

Vorteile:

Cost was the biggest attraction. Ease of purchase was also good.

Nachteile:

Website went down a lot and sometimes it was multiple times a day, making my business unreachable by those searching for it. Email service was unreliable and slow. Customer service people often didn’t know how to fix things they had broken, requiring me to learn and do it myself or hire someone else to correct mistakes caused by the “help” I received from customer service.

Should you Host your website at Hostinger, Findout

Kommentare: Hostinger provides enough storage space with up to more than 100GB of bandwith this makes my website available all the time without hitting daily limit usage.

Vorteile:

Hostinger provides good customer support in case of any problem encountered while dealing with their hosting. also they accept crypto currency payments which makes the process of hosting payments more simple compared to other software companies, Hostinger dashboard is very simple to use.

Nachteile:

Hostinger don't accept monthly payments compared to other hosting companies. users will be forced to pay yearly payments which sounds more expensive. As this hurts much beginners in the blogging industry. Users can pay up to more than $300 depending on their plan. Other hosting companies accepts monthly payments and users can pay as low as $2 per month which at least it is good for beginners with low income.

Pretty good interface and web development platform;

Kommentare: Net positive on the whole, but certain hang-ups emanating from their policies compel me to shy away from an exemplary recommendation I was once inclined to give.

Vorteile:

I feel the customer service and interface are pretty solid. Customer service did deteriorate however and was better when I first joined in terms of promptness and level of support. But I find the pricing structure of services to be a bit of a teaser. For instance, I upgraded and now I am pigeonholed and cannot downgrade. What if a business falls to shifting sands of diminished revenues? Hostinger's business model increases probability of failure in that regard rather than accommodating businesses in a recession.

Nachteile:

Pricing is too expensive. Teaser rates. They need to be more competitive and not lock higher prices in when one upgrades. Downgrades are impossible.

Perfect service for a simple site

All I needed was a simple static webpage and Hostinger provided exactly what I needed without trying to upsell me on a thousand different things (like almost every other host). They simply provided the service I needed, exactly as a needed, for an amazing price.

Nachteile:

I sometimes wish I can just SSH into the server and do my deployments from terminal.

Amazing Hands Down!

Kommentare: I love it! I am still working on my main website and have had no issues. I am also testing a different website layout for another project and have also had no issues. Vorteile:

Hostinger is amazing across the board! From pricing to features it checks all of the boxes. Many other places still are more expensive than Hostinger when it comes to being a new customer and renewal. Hostinger prices are low for new customers and renewal while not compromising on features, security, performance, up-to-date stuff like SSD hard drives, and more! They are super transparent and the ease of use to navigate the hosting is refreshing and good to look at. Many tests have been done with Hostinger being among the top when it comes to performance for sites, little downtime, and just an overall amazing track record! I did my homework before coming on board and have not been disappointed. Hostinger is what you need if you are serious about having a website preioud!

Nachteile:

So far I have found no cons but I would like maybe better marketing for Hostinger. I will elaborate while competition is good for business I see that too many folks go with other companies either for the wrong reason or they did not know and got some pretty bad deals. For example, it is 2021 and no hosting platform should really be using HDD for storage and should have SSD and that is just the tip of the iceberg. More people need to know about Hostinger!

Easy, Affordable Option

Kommentare: Hostinger has allowed me to keep a steady website for the last several years as the cost has been low and affordable. I haven't had any major issues with reoccurring outages and anytime there has been a service issue they've been quick to notify and rectify the issue. Overall I've been highly pleased with them and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

Vorteile:

I really enjoy the ease of use and support from Hostinger. I was new at creating websites but the support articles that they provide made everything really easy to do from setting my email to creating my site and so forth.

Nachteile:

I haven't found anything to be to difficult so far. I'm not heavy into development so I'm not sure what other features would be needed. It would be nice to have more than one free email available for my domain, maybe 3 and then option to pay for more but other than that, I have no cons.
