A Powerful and Beautiful Email Solution

Kommentare: I’ve been using Beefree for about three years, and in that time, I’ve designed roughly 200 emails with it. I can confidently say it’s a powerful tool that has saved me countless hours. It enables me to go from idea to a beautifully designed email incredibly fast. Since my work style prioritizes efficiency, I deeply value every minute it saves me. One of the best aspects is how it allows me to create templates for other leaders in our organization. These templates often make their emails look far more professional than they could achieve on their own, which has earned me a reputation as a go-to resource. By leaning into templating, I’ve developed options for nearly every situation, including row templates that let me quickly prototype new ideas when needed. Overall, Beefree is likely the best email creation tool out there. It’s a game-changer for anyone looking to combine efficiency and professional design.

Vorteile:

The ability to get a great number of templates as well as create my own templates for various situations. I'm also able to create row templates to allow for rapid prototyping of new emails quickly.

Nachteile:

Somewhat rarely I get disconnected from the servers and I will lose a minute or two of work that has been done. It's annoying, but it's pretty rare.

BeeFree You Need

Kommentare: I use BeeFree every single day within my position, it is always reliable, easy to navigate, and produces a high quality product.

Vorteile:

I like how easy it is design well made emails. Naturally, your email will look professional in BeeFree. There's freedom to make any kind of email you want, inspiration from templates. It's approachable and easy to learn and integrate with sending services.

Nachteile:

The photo editing portion. Cropping photos or brightening a quick photo is not as easy as I'd like.

The Worst Customer Support I've Ever Seen

Kommentare: We like the product and wanted to purchase. We submitted for a nonprofit discount and the customer support went from bad to unbelievably awful. I clearly stated up front that we operate under a DBA but I waited days for responses to simple questions. Our nonprofit status was unofficially denied. I was finally contacted by what seemed to be a customer service supervisor referencing two options for us to still be approved under a DBA. When I replied asking for the procedure and what steps I needed to take next, he never replied. It has been two weeks. During that two week period a sales rep reach out and asked if we were "interested in upgrading". I said yes and asked if he could help me straighten this all out and he failed to reply as well. This has been the worse customer service experience I had ever had.

Vorteile:

I loved the editor: it had the features we needed and played very well with Mailchimp.

Nachteile:

They broke bulleted/numbered lists into a separate text box which makes text flows very awkward.

Beefree is a MUST for design and marketing teams

Kommentare: We've been using Beefree for over seven years and it just keeps getting better and better. We use it as a design tool because it's just so easy for non-developers. The asset library and template functionality is great as is the ability to quickly export to our sending platforms in a click.

Vorteile:

Beefree has by far the best wysiwyg builder of all the platforms we've used. It is an extremely intuitive and friendly interface for designers.

Nachteile:

Can't think of anything that I don't like about Beefree.

BeeFree - A Tool for optimize speed and quality

Kommentare: I’ve been working with BeeFree for almost 4 years and recommend it to everyone. It’s an incredible tool, offering various integrations and sending systems. It ensures great responsiveness and will work on any email engine.

Vorteile:

The consistency and speed we gained in the development of emails and pages.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the deployed features come with bugs, or they somehow limit creativity.

Does the job with style

Kommentare: In a field where it is increasingly difficult to distinguish one's product, Bee offers solid functionality, a friendly user interface but above all, a great customer service experience. You feel like someone is listening and responding on the other side.

Vorteile:

Depth of integration with other vendors and excellent customer service.

Nachteile:

Challenging to switch between different linked corporate accounts when multiple people need to use the product. Version history gave us some issues but was quickly worked on by Customer support.

Beefree is the only way to go!

Kommentare: Since I was introduced to Beefree by a colleague, I have used it 5 days per week! It produces a concise and eye-catching email that I feel my colleagues cannot resist taking a read!

Vorteile:

Easy to format a polished, professional email to our stakeholders.

Nachteile:

The only "bug" I've encountered has been when there is an error and Beefree needs to update.

The best day to start using it was yesterday, but the second best is TODAY

Kommentare: It's an incredible tool. Saves us time and money. We no longer need to develop to create HTML, and the layouts are much better.

Vorteile:

Intuitive tool, easy to use, fair price.

Nachteile:

They could increase the bandwidth with limit. As we have several clients, we frequently exceed the limit and pay extra fees.

Recommendation for anyone who wants to make their everyday life easier

Kommentare: Our company is growing and has not invested much in marketing in the past. As we want to expand marketing and continue to grow, we rely on platforms like beefree por. We save an enormous amount of time without having to cut back on performance or quality. We are absolutely grateful for the opportunity to work with this software.

Vorteile:

I love how easy it is to create your professional newsletter without disregarding your brand. Also, if you don't have any design ideas for special occasions like christmas or blackweek, the template library is especially helpful.All functions are so easy and intuitive to use that I can really recommend this software to everyone.

Nachteile:

Sometimes it is difficult to work in the editor when you have two columns and want to put a single column between the rows.

Great solution to increase productivity

Kommentare: As a community organization integrating automated templates for our regular volunteer updates, event invites, and reports would streamline communication. Additionally, enabling collaborative editing and direct sync for seamless updates would enhance efficiency across our teams and make content creation more accessible for our diverse volunteer base as been a great support.

Vorteile:

Beefree allows me to design emails with greater flexibility and a more intuitive, drag-and-drop interface, making customization faster and easier.

Nachteile:

Providing workshops and training sessions on Beefree would equip our volunteers and team members with the skills to create impactful, visually engaging emails.

Simple, effective, and free!

Vorteile:

Free, no subscription required. Very easy, intuitive design interface. Very easy to port to different sending platforms (including gmail). As a leader of a religious non-profit, this was exactly the tool I was looking for. Mailchimp or other competitors were just way too complicated, bloated, and expensive.

Nachteile:

Nothing, for what I use it for. The image upload interface is a perhaps a little clunky (it would be nice if it was direct/one-step rather than a separate upload window), but this is very minor.

Perfect platform for our team

Kommentare: Overall I have been extremely happy using BEE Pro for our company and would highly recommend it to my peers.

Vorteile:

BEE Pro has been instrumental in our digital communications. The company editor does everything we need it to do and more. Our designers love the flexibility of the editor and our writers love the simplicity of the interface and the addition of AI writing assistants.

Nachteile:

Would be nice if there was a direct plug-in for our ESP, Braze but the manual export/import is still pretty easy.

First thoughts Beefree

Kommentare: Overall my experience is great with beefree, although sometimes I want to do something for complex and I can't in the builder

Nachteile:

there are somethings that can't be done because it could have more options in the builder, that's the weakest part. Other than that it's amazing

Great for Email Design

Nachteile:

I wish there was a direct integration into MailChimp.

Beefree makes it look like I have a full marketing team

Kommentare: Wonderful experience, it has really made me look like I know what I am doing way more than I actual do by creating really professional looking programs.

Vorteile:

Nachteile:

Minor - Inability to split up the current paragraph boxes if I want to add an image in the text - The process to export took some time but eventually got it

Bee Pro: the easiest way to create appealing e-mails

Kommentare: With Bee PRO we can now easily create and send appealing e-mails to our clients.

Vorteile:

For me Bee Pro excels at providing an easy-to-learn environment where I can make templates for e-mails and export these to my sending systems.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the template maker can look a bit chaotic, this could be streamlined better.

Intuitive Email Designer - No HTML Skills Needed

Vorteile:

We launched a CRM in 2018 that didn't include an email designer. Without any HTML coding experience on our team, we resorted to basic designs and lackluster results. We discovered BEE Pro a few years ago and the email designer has allowed us to craft branded emails with striking images and CTA buttons. The designer itself is intuitive to use, and employs features that make designing future emails efficient. The exported code holds up very well within our CRM email delivery system and we haven't encountered any issues.

Nachteile:

The Team plan is ideal for our needs, though it gets more pricey if you need to add more than two users. Ideally, we'd want three-to-four users, but can't justify the additional expense for users who would be infrequently in the system or in the system only as an approver/reviewer of emails.

The Answer IS BeePro!

Kommentare: I can now create templates in half the time and trust that they will always be stable on any device or email client.

Vorteile:

They make building emails simple and approachable for those with little to no coding experience.

Nachteile:

Bee Pro does come at a monthly cost but I do think it is worth it in comparison to other programs with similar features.

Perfect tool for newslettering

Kommentare: As responsible for the Marketing team I was able to delegate the newslettering to our clients in one figure decreasing the use of resources, we were sending an average of 2-3 emails per week, thanks to beepro we were able to increase this numbers up to 15-30/per week

Vorteile:

The Template options is one of our favorite options, any member of the team can easily create different templates, "ready to use", this increased our opening % and therefore our revenue%

Nachteile:

Nothing to remark, it a wise money-quaility option

Bee Pro is an Invaluable Tool for our Email Marketing

Vorteile:

The templates are great for inspiration, but I also like to do a lot with my own custom layouts. With BEE, our email design and layout have significantly improved. It is easy to use, fast, and reliable. I also like that I can export my emails to use in multiple marketing automation platforms.

Nachteile:

There isn't a lot that I don't like about BEE.

Handy template editor with flexible options for creating beautiful emails

Kommentare: My overall impression of BeePro is that it's a useful and really powerful tool for working with all types of email templates and a handy editor that greatly speeds up template creation and reduces the number of possible errors when creating templates. I often coordinate the created templates with my clients, and BeePro helps me make changes to the templates quickly, according to the client's needs. The ability to preview templates and reuse custom blocks created has greatly improved my work with templates and accelerated their creation. BeePro lacks some speed and sometimes you may encounter Javascript errors in the editor, but they are promptly fixed by support.

Vorteile:

The main advantages of BeePro, in my opinion: 1. It's easy to manage different types of templates for different types of clients. 2. Functional template editor with different content blocks, which are easy enough to adapt to customer requirements. 2.1 The editor is so flexible and visual that even a not entirely experienced user can work with it. I work mostly alone, but sometimes I pass the control of my account to a less experienced colleague, and he easily figured out the editor. 3. It is possible to save and reuse created custom blocks when creating other new templates. 3.1 You can look separately in the "Library" section of all my saved custom blocks and change any of them if necessary. 4. Flexible management of rows and sections - you can increase or decrease them directly in the editor, the function is relatively new, but it is very helpful in the work. 5. Quick preview of the template. You can see how the template will look on different devices - for me this is very critical. 6. Ability to send a test email of the created template without leaving the editor. 7. Very useful function of a quick view of the template structure

Nachteile:

There are some things in BeePro that annoy me a bit: 1. The interface sometimes lags or freezes, especially when you work with a template for a long time. 1.1. The service needs to improve its speed. Currently the speed is average, possibly due to the effects of transition between pages and fairly heavy Javascript functions. 2. Sometimes, along with new features that appear in the editor, errors occur that reflect on previous features. I have had this happen 2 times. True support service quickly corrected the errors. 3. I noticed that autosave template in Firefox is not always correct, so I often manually save any changes just in case. I would also like that autosave mode could be configured independently.

Hard-to-beat HTML email builder that does a lot more

Kommentare: BEEPro has allowed us to expand our design capabilities greatly - we can create almost any kind of email we want now. There are enough features to keep us going and importing what we build into other platforms is simple.

Vorteile:

Many options for creating good-looking content for emails, many options to make it work with your chosen email-sending platform, flexible and fully featured when it comes to control over content.

Nachteile:

Sometimes new features are released before they are ready and don't quite work the way they should. Also, some strange decision-making when it comes to removing components and replacing them with new and "improved" ones.
