It's very simple to create bespoke emails that aren't templates, and send them to my other systems.

Nothing - it's amazing! There's nothing I would change.

Kommentare: Great product, great support when I've needed it. Plus they're always adding new features which is awesome.

Vorteile:

Super easy to use and feature rich. Designing emails is intuitive and a breeze to use. The mobile responsiveness is great and how you work with those elements in design is very good. We use it to export the HTML into our proprietary guest management system and what I like most is how clean the code is.

Nachteile:

Nothing springs to mind. It does everything we need it to do (I trialled 3 solutions and this was the best one from both design to HTML exporting

Great product but a little lacking

Kommentare: Overall the experiences have been good enough to use it for the last 6 years. The pricing has jumped and again the charges for images being hosted are pretty outlandish at this point. We are considering other editors because the fees have gotten so high.

Vorteile:

The WYSIWYG interface is pretty great and is simple to use.

Nachteile:

Being charged because you have content stored on the platform is super off putting. You already pay an arm and a leg to use the software so being charged for a picture that is loaded to the program and then used in an email and charged for clicks is pretty wild.

Beefree is the only way to go!

Kommentare: Since I was introduced to Beefree by a colleague, I have used it 5 days per week! It produces a concise and eye-catching email that I feel my colleagues cannot resist taking a read!

Vorteile:

Easy to format a polished, professional email to our stakeholders.

Nachteile:

The only "bug" I've encountered has been when there is an error and Beefree needs to update.

They could increase the bandwidth with limit. As we have several clients, we frequently exceed the limit and pay extra fees.

Beefree a great tool for nonprofits

Kommentare: I've been really pleased with Beefree! It's easy to work in and creates great looking emails that have enabled us to better tell our story in ways that our supporters enjoy.

Vorteile:

Beefree allows me to create modern email designs while also ensuring they will be formatted correctly on both desktop and mobile devices. The layout tools allow for a wide range of designs and customizations. It's been far more flexible for designs than the built-in editor with Campaign Monitor, which is what we use to send out mass emails.

Nachteile:

The only con is just a minor annoyance. When importing emails into our email platform (Campaign Monitor) the emails come in as templates. I haven't figured out how to make any changes once in campaign monitor so if something doesn't look quite right I have to make the changes in Beefree and reimport into campaign monitor before sending it. It's an extra step but that's a small price to pay for the improved design abilities.

The platform we didn't know we needed - now we can't function without it!

Vorteile:

This platform is by far the easiest to use, and offers brilliant solutions for exporting and collaboration. We haven't utilized the collaboration feature yet but are very excited to look at potentials in the future.

Nachteile:

We do run across occasional bugs with the softward, but we've noticed they are resolved quite quickly. We do wish we could have column re-ordering, where we can click and drag or just re-order columns instead of having to manually switch over content blocks.

Recommendation for anyone who wants to make their everyday life easier

Kommentare: Our company is growing and has not invested much in marketing in the past. As we want to expand marketing and continue to grow, we rely on platforms like beefree por. We save an enormous amount of time without having to cut back on performance or quality. We are absolutely grateful for the opportunity to work with this software.

Vorteile:

I love how easy it is to create your professional newsletter without disregarding your brand. Also, if you don't have any design ideas for special occasions like christmas or blackweek, the template library is especially helpful.All functions are so easy and intuitive to use that I can really recommend this software to everyone.

Nachteile:

Sometimes it is difficult to work in the editor when you have two columns and want to put a single column between the rows.

Great deal for nonprofits and easy to use

Kommentare: We need to communicate with supporters with emails that look great and are easily converted or integrated with multiple platforms. BEE provides that, combined with ease of use and WYSIWYG design.

Vorteile:

BEE is very easy to use. WSIWYG structure makes it simple even for newer users to get started, and it's fast and easy to produce great-looking emails. The interface has consistently improved over time, and it's a great deal -- especially for nonprofits, but also for anyone, particularly in comparison to other leading email tools. Exporting the email for use in other software is also an excellent advantage that is not always found elsewhere!

Nachteile:

Inability to seamlessly transition to "divided" sections -- having to create a new "Row" just to put two pictures next to each other, etc. This is the only thing about Bee that is less convenient than Mailchimp. Inability to have a picture inside a text box that text wraps around.

Fun to learn, highly customizable

Beefree is a foundational component in our email design needs

Kommentare: Our overall experience with Bee has been significantly positive. We needed to quickly replace our former email design tools with something that was easy/intuitive while flexible to meet the needs and skillsets of a variety of users. It also had to work well with our CRM. The support and communication we receive from our Bee team has been excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Bee.

Vorteile:

The ease and intuitive nature of using Bee was critical in choosing it for our organization. Being able to drag/drop content and quickly understand how to design emails has been one of the catalysts for its growth. We originally thought it would be use by a handful of departments and within a year grew to over forty, largely through word of mouth. Once the design is complete, it only takes seconds to get into our CRM (Salesforce) and prepped for sending. Because of this we never even considered using the email design editor in Salesforce Account Engagement.

Nachteile:

Bee's user community is a great resource for interacting with other users and the company itself. New functionality is frequently rolled out. Users can suggest new features and upvote them. I'm not sure there's anything I dislike about Bee, however it would be nice to have updates or see more user suggestions being implemented.

I love the variety of templates to help save time on design, and the ability to save elements to drop into multiple emails is so helpful.

I wish there was a direct integration into MailChimp.

Best newsletter builder I have tried

Kommentare: LOVE it, hands down would use over MailChimp and Constant contact.

It is easy to setup an original template and use. It is flexible and allows you to create great designs, and then duplicate them if you need to build out a campaign.

Nachteile:

Currently, I cannot see previews on the projects page. Occassionally it is fickle about spacing when using columns. It doesn't not always translate from the program to the email and you have to trouble shoot to fix issues.Wish we could send email from the program.

Great folder organisation, brand guidelines, easy content block management and lots of tools to improve mobile rendering!

Kommentare: excellent!!! I witness it changes time to time, and it is getting better and better. I was the person who recommended this platform after research and study, presented a list of top two email platform with pro and cons to pour company executive team more than two years ago.

Vorteile:

• easy to learn• easy to customize for specific client• dark and light mode build in for preview (even the dark mode does not 100% matched with Outlook, but there is a test option for self testing in dark or light mode)• responsiveness well on desktop and mobile• customize font size, padding spacing, alignment on one content for desktop and mobile without duplicate the content (one of best feature in bee pro on my book)

Nachteile:

• still do not have "non-wrap" on copy (for club name, bank name, client does not like their name breaked in two lines. I was told by your customer service it would be available in March 2022. I know can be added non-wrap code on HTML, but our client like to see a PDF. So, for that reason, I have to editing the PDF exported via bee pro to keep bank name in one line before send it to our client. (PS, the PDF editing does not provide extra line space if need one after move the bank name to the next line. I have to make break on old text box, the new one even cannot do a break which I totally understand the reason.• cannot adding a row inside of two-column row (only can add it above or below, not inside of one of column) Because I like to do content area background color under the copy.• wish there is a lock button for mark mode change on a row. Just imaging, I use a photo at bottom of a row, top of that picture is a headline text box with same color background. Look great until it is in a dark mode, the background color changed which does not match with the image background color underneath anymore. (I noticed that if the content are background color dark enough, it will keep as is even in the dark mode)•
