Getting ready for the future work environment
Kommentare: this will be the new normal going forward adjust to the hybrid workpalce and we think we have a best app to manage that
Vorteile:
Application has a lot of features, what i like was giving out a info on WFH / WFO, This gives an insight of all my team members. Meal booking and meeting room booking is also what i liked about
Nachteile:
Not found till now, but would like to see mail room management also to be present in it.
My Take on the New All in One Application in the market, Which also helps in RTO (Return To Office)
Kommentare: Transparency On Colleague booking and status, - Give that info on should I plan or not to office Sanitization - Need of the Hour and digitizing of Housekeep staff activity Meeting Room - Data on employee was available for in-presence meeting or not again gives that transparency.
Vorteile:
Meeting room management, Initial on-boarding with company policies to be accepted, Desk Booking with real-time sanitization update, Custom Notifications, etc..!
Nachteile:
Aryoga Setu Integration, I understand that's the policy that the company has & we have to follow but given the current circumstances is this even relevant now?

I really liked how easy it is to use and all the features are so systematic.
Nachteile:
It takes a lot time to log in to the Android devices and sometimes doesn't work on it.

Kommentare: A strong, Motivated team who has this hunger to make their name in the market and are on the correct path to achieve this. The App has reduced a lot of human & manual-dependent processes and it has brought true digitization...!
Vorteile:
Integration with Teams, Seat Booking, WFH / WFO transparency, Health Check & Office preference
Nachteile:
The team has taken feedback on this and they have worked it out for us, Initially we dint like the outcome of the floorplan but post review with their tech and customer experience team. We were able to get a better visibility on our floor plans
Flexible Desking, Meeting Room Booking and Scheduling tool
Kommentare:
The tool has been very engaging and user friendly. It helps me on daily basis not only to plan my day at work or home but also of my team mates. Their notifications are minimal and helpful.
I will like to highly recommend it.
Vorteile:
Flexible Desk Booking with interactive maps is an excellent feature. Booking Meeting Rooms, hardware resources and other features like meal bookings are great to have. I especially like how the tool has an element of ML and remembers my preferences. Their digipass based contactless entry is worth mentioning too.
Nachteile:
Parking Spot booking isn't of much use to me since I have a dedicated Car park.
Software that makes employee scheduling easy!
Kommentare: I think the best thing about this tool is that even if I have to generate new schedules every week, it saves me time. In general, shifts are dragged and dropped in a schedule planner, making it easier to make changes as I need to. No need to manage multiple spreadsheets
Vorteile:
Through the use of this software, our manual scheduling operations have been streamlined and simplified. It also automates payroll processing and updates timesheets.
Nachteile:
You may find it a little tricky to use at first, but as you get the hang of it, it becomes rather simple.
I can cancel my desk reservations very easily
Kommentare: One of the biggest issues with our desk booking system was that if we somehow didn’t go to the office for the day, the reservation would not get canceled. The desk would sit empty. This was a massive issue in our office. WorkInSync sorted it out with their desk booking solution. The desk gets canceled automatically if I don’t check-in within 20 minutes of the said time. This is really cool!
Vorteile:
WorkInSync actually integrates with MS Teams. So, I can book and edit my reservations directly from MS Teams and it shows on WorkInSync and vice versa.
Nachteile:
I wish there were more features. I heard that they are adding more cool features. Can’t really wait to use those.
Amazing Beneficial Product

Kommentare: I have greatly enjoyed using this tool. Using it, I can schedule meetings for my employees seamlessly. Because the program is so thorough and easy to use, my employees has adapted well. Hence, there is no time to waste, you already have an answer to your products.
Vorteile:
It is easy to tell which rooms are available just by looking. Meetings can be arranged impromptu without the worry of being thrown out by others.
Nachteile:
The app can take some time to load. It can be multilingual.
Work in Office

Registering to the mobile application, getting the scheduling details, and walking into the office after which once at the office to scanning the QR, and getting to the desk, has been a seamless experience.
Nachteile:
I haven't faced one yet! Since this is the only application that is currently being utilized at our office.
Best way to manage things in industry
Kommentare: Best among all for the user as well as for the management perspective. It is best and can be used for management of many things.
Vorteile:
The features and the UI it provide for the user many it easy to use and manage many things under one software only.
Nachteile:
This app must spread at more locations so that every industry can use and utilise it's features manage things more easily.
Team Scheduling at its best
Kommentare: As a manager, it is sometimes very difficult to know who is working where, especially with the current work setup. With the team scheduling software from WorkInSync, I can easily know who is working from the office and who is working from home. This has made life easier for me.
Vorteile:
I can edit or delete schedules easily from the dashboard. Also, I can share the schedules with the employees directly. In fact, notifications are created. So, I don’t follow up with the employees.
Nachteile:
There are no cons. WorkInSync has really made my job easier. Multiple language feature is not available which could have been helpful due to nature of our business. We have presence in Montreal and west canada where French would have been helpful.
Workplace product with the best value

The ease of use and the team's willingness to listen to challenges, work through issues with the customer, and keep improvements in mind for future implementations are exceptional qualities.

Really amazing Desk Booking Software
Kommentare: I started using the desk booking software when my office opened in January. Let me say this, the software is so well-developed. It makes desk booking a cakewalk. It has a bunch of features that I really like and want to keep using as long as I work.
Vorteile:
I love the find my colleague feature. When booking my desk, I can see where my colleagues are sitting. I can then find a desk near them. This makes it so easy to sit with the team.
Nachteile:
I wish the UI was better App has fewer features than web portal
There is so much innovation
Kommentare: I have been a user of Workinsync for a few weeks now and I have been so impressed with the vision and dedication to innovation, which is so rare to see these days.
Vorteile:
The meeting room booking app is just amazing. I can schedule meetings and the notification gets sent to all my colleagues who will be attending. I also like the interactive floor plans. It is so easy to find rooms.
Nachteile:
Everything is great with the app but I wish the UI was better. Also, there is no desktop version available.
Keeping Pace with Times, an Intelligent Software
Kommentare: WorkInSync can be credit for the complete Hybridization of our workplace. There is a sea of difference between how we worked before the Pandemic and how we work now. The transition has been smooth thanks to WorkInSync.
Vorteile:
I believe the greatest impact was on optimum utilization of Office Space.
Nachteile:
Mostly happy with the product but updates are pretty frequent.
Download reports to know office usage
Kommentare: Knowing how the office is being used is important. I can manage my workplace better with WorkInSync. The dashboard shows me everything I need to know about the office and how it is operating. Kudos to the team for developing such amazing software.
Vorteile:
I can download the usage reports for my reference. While I can see everything that is happening in the office on the dashboard itself, I can download the analytics and refer to it if I need to make improvements to the office space.
Nachteile:
While everything about the employees is included in the WorkInSync software, I would also like to get a report on the visitors.
It's an excellent tool that's simple to use and is of great help!

Meeting rooms can be booked in advance, and by having visibility, I was able to plan my meeting spaces efficiently.
Nachteile:
It seems as though the updates have reduced the click-heavy nature of the technology. Thus, I have no dislikes at present.

Scheduling, Desk booking, Security dashboard and Safety alerts.
Nachteile:
I did not like the dependency on Network which impacts a lot on Safety alerts.

Kommentare: As a manager, I know how difficult it is to implement an app. The WorkInSync implementation team is great. The app is the perfect tool for both employees and employers regardless of the setup you have. The team got the app working in a matter of days, and without any hassle.

There is nothing to dislike about the product. Although, I hope they will add more features to the app in the near future.

Kommentare: The app is extremely convenient, especially for anyone who hates using multiple apps. I can easily record my attendance, find my colleagues, and book seats next to them. It is all in one app.
Vorteile:
There is no downtime. It is fast and interactive.
Nachteile:
It would be nice if they add more features like leave management. It would also be nice if the app is available in multiple languages.
workInSync - The Perfect Hybrid Application.
Kommentare: I am a team lead handling multiple projects, Sometimes I used to get frustrated due to collaborations with different teams and managing my own team schedule. WorkInSync has now made my life easy and now I know where are my team embers and what they are doing.
Vorteile:
Team Calendar, WFO /WFH, Seat Management, Data & Graphs & Vaccination Reports, etc.

The Meeting room booking software is unbeatable
Kommentare: WorkInSync has made the process of booking a meeting room so much easier. I can schedule meetings easily from my phone and check availability of meeting rooms with amenities in it.
Vorteile:
This meeting room booking system comes with easy integration with google workspace and outlook that makes it easier to use with the existing setup of the company.
Nachteile:
There is no desktop version available with this software, but it’s manageable.
Great solution for all hybrid workplace needs
Kommentare: It takes a couple of uses to get used to using their solution.Sometimes their interface lags too, especially when loading the interactive floor plan.
Vorteile:
It's very convenient. All our employees immediately adopted the solution to schedule themselves, booking their seats, meeting room requirements etc. The implementation was pretty smooth and the app has been working flawlessly.
Nachteile:
I like that WorkInSync supports hoteling where a few dedicated desks are available for employees and also supports hot desking that allows your employees to reserve depending on availability.
