Vorteile:

Our staff love Replicon - easy to use for them. Lots of customizable reports for management. Tracks time spent on projects, time off and imports data to our accounting software too.

Nachteile:

I really don't have anything I don't like about Replicon. We are a small off ice under 25 staff members and I find Replicon suits our needs. We don't use half of the features, but it is still affordable!

Replicon TimeAttend

Kommentare: Our staff have extremely flexible work locations and hours. Staff are disbursed among several states. Replicon allows us to manage staff time, project allocation, and invoicing via the web.

Vorteile:

Online access and ability to integrate with QuickBooks for invoicing and management. Solid platform. One of the first time management systems available when we started looking. Relatively easy to setup multiple clients, multiple states, multiple project resources, and billing rates. Interface is reliable if not a little clunky. Intuitive - a plus for some of our less technical staff members.

Nachteile:

Interface can be slow and a little clunky. Mobile App has limited use for the Administrators, but good access and interface for staff to enter time.

Online support

Kommentare: I would like to learn how to use this software to its full capabilities to be able to use with an accounting software program. I am not sure if there are accounting software programs that are easily linked together

Vorteile:

It is very effective to be able to interact with the support team without having to be on the phone and still being able to get the job done effectively through remote support

Nachteile:

that I am not fully aware of all of its capabilities and features as I am just learning the software.

When I needed technical support writing a custom report, the Replicon team delivered.

Vorteile:

We leverage Replicon's ability to write custom reports. We chose to use Replicon in large part because of its allowance of and accommodation for custom fields and reports. It is very powerful in letting us get at the data as compared to other platforms we've used. The Replicon IT team has always been very timely in helping us write formulas and code for our custom reports, when needed.

Nachteile:

While the report-building tools are very good, I wish there was more ability to build exception-type reports particularly in the filters.

Replicon greatly improved our project visibility and made it easier for users to report their time

Kommentare: User interface is clean and friendly, so it is less of a burden for users to enter there time (which is often the last thing they think of). Now we can quickly generate reports to perform analysis of projects, which is helpful for planning new projects. It is also integrated with our SAP-Concur system, so we can see all time, expenses, and invoices billed against projects, giving us true visibility into our projects.

Vorteile:

Ease of adding/updating projects including use of import tool, control over which users can charge to which projects, the ability to force users to report time against tasks (when needed), the clean and user-friendly interface, and the ability to integrate with SAP Concur to pull in expense and invoice data. This last item is an important one for us, as we have struggled with how to report progress of projects including time spent against projects and expenses/invoices billed against projects. Another big one is the excellent customer service. The team is very friendly and responsive, and most of my requests have been answered/resolved in a short amount of time.

Nachteile:

Not much that I don't like, but I would like to see more simplicity in the use of reporting templates. Each template has only certain available fields, and it can be hard sometimes to find the template with the right mix of needed fields.

Replicon Customer Support is Fantastic

Kommentare: Replicon is a solid company with very responsive and individualized support that fits our company well. We use the software for time tracking, resource loading, and numerous reports for the many projects worked within our company. So far, it has integrated well with our internal invoicing and payroll software. I have been impressed with the immediate solutions I receive when various issues arise or the assistance in solving a need for various project requirements. If a solution isn't found immediately, Replicon's support personnel are very thorough to follow-through and make sure the needs of our company are met if at all possible. In most cases, a solution has been found. Thank you Replicon Support Team!

Vorteile:

Customer Support is very good. Very timely, responsive, and availability is great. This software works well for tracking numerous projects,employee time detail, and resources.

Nachteile:

There are some issues from converting to one version to the next generation that are still work in progress to get performance up to what it was. However, the new gen added some wonderful features, so it was worth the trade off.

Replicon Timesheet Review

Kommentare: Overall very happy, fast response from the user support, ability to make custom changes for us when needed, good discounts on prices. Also like that it is easy to use. Lastly, really appreciate a their Reporting capabilities, allows us to do all kinds of reports from the system to feel payroll, make decisions, etc.

Vorteile:

It is compliant with CPFF requirements, has a great ability to set up approval chains for supervisors.

Nachteile:

Inability to maintain multiple costs for contractors for different projects using the same login account for that said contractors

Good timekeeping system - DCAA Approved!

Kommentare: Highly recommend this system overall.

Vorteile:

This system is easy to use, allows for custom and preset charge codes. Things like holidays can be preprogrammed, but custom codes for special project can be added at any point. We also use Replicon to put in expense reports and get 2 tiers of approvals for expense through the system as well. They have recently added a good mobile feature as well for people who are at a customer site all day. Allows for notes each day for time charged, as well as reasons for any hours that may change.

Nachteile:

Mobile Application for time card requires you to download another app on your phone. You can also go through web on your phone, but the website loses its formatting and its is a bit challenging to do on your phone. Maybe it is how we set ours up, but any leave you take pops up as holiday and you need to select PTO from the drop-down, I wish it was the opposite.

Effective tool for tracking time

Kommentare: The Replicon Web Timesheets helps us track time against the projects, as well as track R&D activities, and provides productivity metrics for our team to use to self-improve our business processses.

Vorteile:

The main time-sheet is very straightforward to enter time records into. We use the reports heavily as well (see comments below), as well as tracking progress on specific projects and tasks.

Nachteile:

Reports are limited in that you cannot setup a fiscal year for reports to divide by fiscal year quarters. Nor is there a nice way to export the data into our own in-house reporting tool to synchronise with other accounting related reports. We have some project check point reports that we have run 3 separate reports in order to get all the data we need, which is annoying but not the end of the world. Also, the holiday calendar requires each holiday date to be entered manually instead of standing rules.

Replicon is effective time booking system

Vorteile:

It's interactive time booking features and the ability to define the projects at multiple level of segregation makes it an efficient time management and booking system.

Nachteile:

Nothing much to mention but attimes performence specially when user clicks the submit is a concern area.

Replicon Timesheet Use

Kommentare: Customer support is excellent. The tools are easy to use and provide a great deal of flexibility that allows our company to track in detail what our employees are working on.

Vorteile:

The methods to enter time and create new charge codes and related tasks are intuitive and straight forward. The ability to easily identify resources for charging specific codes and tasks is a powerful feature that allows us to track, in detail, what activities are being executed. The reporting features and the ability to filter on any of the reported fields provide the right level of detail and the generation of the report data for large data sets is fast. The timesheet approval chains are very flexible and provide the ability for multi-level approval.

Nachteile:

I have nothing negative to say about the timesheet software and its capabilities.

Replicon is great for time tracking!

Vorteile:

It's very easy to use and produces helpful reports. I keep it open always as I'm working through various clients.

Nachteile:

The reports can be unclear about which to choose...sometimes it takes me several attempts to pull the report I'm actually looking for.

Latest version is user-friendly and helpdesk staff are always friendly, patient and efficient.

Kommentare: Easy to keep track of client invoicing, particularly ones with multi-projects and tasks. I currently only use a small portion of the Replicon package at this stage and haven't had any issues yet. When I do have any problems they are always minimal and easily solved via the helpdesk chat box.

Vorteile:

We recently migrated to the latest version and as I'm not technologically savvy I was worried about learning new things. However, I've found it very user-friendly and the migration team were always there to hold my hand throughout. I have needed to use the Help Desk chat box a few times for various questions and have always found them prompt, friendly and very efficient. They make my life easier! Thank you.

Best timekeeping software available

Kommentare: We are a custom software and engineering services company, so we track every hour of our employees' time so that we can determine our operating expenses and to bill our clients. Web Timesheet allows us the flexibility to manage both time and materials projects as well as fixed price projects, and it does it effortlessly. I can't imaging using any other product to track my time and billing information.

Vorteile:

I like the flexibility and easy of use most of all. Of all of the products that we reviewed for timekeeping, Web Timesheet was the simplest to set up and yet allow us to configure it to exactly meet our needs.

Nachteile:

There are features that I don't use, but of the ones that I do use, there are no cons. I like the entire package.

Very satisfied.

Kommentare: Saved me a load of time and money. It streamlined my administration so I don't need any extra support staff even though my team size has doubled.

Vorteile:

Easy to navigate with an excellent support system. The replicon team customized the system to my "out of the norm" business model. Which seems a feat in it's self. All of the customer support reps are very, very well trained and have delivered solutions quickly, even when it has needed to be escalated to a higher level support group.

Nachteile:

I have been a customer though a generation update and my historical data didn't port over seamlessly. The support team was very diligent though in looking for a solution.

Replicon Gen 3

Kommentare: I have used many systems and with the new GEN 3 platform of Replicon, the project cost and expensive visibility for the project managers is very useful! I have recommended this product on several occasions and would recommend you try it!

Vorteile:

This software helps our Consultants to easily enter their time, our Project Managers to keep track of their project time, and our Finance Team to accurately invoice clients. Whether your company is large or small, Replicon and their support team helps make the timekeeping process easy!

Nachteile:

I don't really have any cons for Replicon, the support does an awesome job responding quickly to any calls!

Replicon Review

Kommentare: Fast and easy to use.

Vorteile:

Replicon is user friendly and efficient. I can set up new users in a few minutes. I can review and approve hours and expenses with just a few clicks. Customer service is very good. they are very responsive and easy to understand.

Nachteile:

No issues with the software. It was easy to use and there are many videos to watch about additional functionality.

Great Product with Top Notch Service

Kommentare: We use Replicon to split time in the field to our individual projects and it works great for our company. I have utilized the customer support team a few times now and each time they go above and beyond to ensure that they have solved my problems. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was a pleasure to speak with and helped me understand the RIA tool for mass-imports.

Vorteile:

The software is easy to use once set up properly and does a good job of fitting the unique needs of the oil & gas industry.

Nachteile:

Setup to fit your needs can be difficult but the customer support team is knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough.

Excellent Time Management Tool

Vorteile:

Cloud-based. Flexibility with respect to project setup and billing, since I have different arrangements with different clients.

Nachteile:

Maybe a little higher powered than I need as an individual consultant.

Been using Replicon since 2008. Overall great software!

Kommentare: Automation in time and expense tracking and project performance management

Vorteile:

I like that it is very user friendly, adaptable and DOL compliant. New user acclimation time is minimal because it is such an easy and straight forward system.

Nachteile:

Would like a printable user guide. I trained myself on a lot of functions using the guide in the old platform. Especially guide for creating and applying customized fields. Video instructions via links within the help window would be helpful also.

Record It

Kommentare: Provides the ability to have archived info at your keyboard without having to comb through boxes, binders, desks etc.

Vorteile:

Ability to store a lot of info related to a single topic.

Nachteile:

Might need a bit of practice to add external documents 9 (e-mail, fax etc)

Replicon Suite- Review

Kommentare: My rep is very helpful with anything I need. Easy to add seats.

Vorteile:

Easy for employees to enter time, reporting and easy to make correction on employee mistakes

Nachteile:

I am really completely happy about this software.

Timesheet / Billing Software

Vorteile:

Very user friendly, excellent reporting tools, and customer service.

Nachteile:

Problems with closing date on project numbers

Great Tool

Kommentare: I would have a difficult time without this tool. Especially if the company keeps growing.

Vorteile:

I can approve timesheets, assigned an outside rep to approve offsite workers timesheets. Additionally I can creates invoices and it can sync with QB.

Nachteile:

When I first started entering projects and users it took some time to learn the system. You can customize many features and reports. It can get complicated but the support is great.

User Friendly

Kommentare: Replicon is great for managing employee and sub-contractor time as well as reconciling leave entitlements. The project burn-down is also beneficial to manage client expectations.

Vorteile:

Replicon is easy and efficient to use. The report function is totally customizable which is beneficial for both billing and reconciling.

Nachteile:

Although the report functions are customizable, they can be difficult to fine tune.
