Kommentare: Finding B2B leads in small niches effortlessly. The fact that I can use the B2B database to search for a company in my niche on the other side of the planet is amazing. It lets me easily set up a cold email sequence, and since I'm not in marketing I really love its ease of use.

Vorteile:

B2B database is really great! It is worth the cost alone! Easy to use UI with super easy campaign setup The fact that it let you set up a multichannel campaign is awesome, and every feature you need is natively built-in.

Nachteile:

Email validation is not amazing, and I really hate that I can't upload the same CSV that I've downloaded from the B2B database, since it's not formatted in the proper way for email verification. Some of the mail from the database are of people that no longer work in the company I'm looking for, but you can check easily thanks to their LinkedIn profile associated with the email. That is really convenient.

Cheap faulty tool with no customer support

Kommentare: Watch out for this sketchy tool. Customer support is inexistent and if you can't access your account for whatever reason, you're pretty much forgotten. You'll also put your domain at risk from spam catchers by using them - beware.

However, this experience underscores the importance of rigorous quality assurance processes in software development.

My Go To Email Marketing Platform

Kommentare: Its been a positive one so far. The platform was very easy to use and i didnt need any help setting it up. Straightforward and very easy to set-up.

Vorteile:

I like the AI automation the most. Aside from their automation sequences that ai builds for you. It saves so much time, literally almost set and forget.

Nachteile:

Doesnt let you add as much info when describing your business to the AI.

Disapointing shift

Kommentare: Very disapointed. This used to be one of our main marketing tool. Then suddenly, B2B Leads Database stopped working. We would communicate with them but would get answers and now, we learned that since v2, they made a pivot that "forced" them to stop offering B2B Leads Database...

Vorteile:

I was one of the first buyer on AppSumo. I loved SalesBlink for the B2B Leads Database. I could manage some effective targeted campaigns because of this tool.

Nachteile:

After not knowing what was happening with this tool, we finally learned that they made a pivot that "forced" them to stop offering B2B Leads Database... Communication is not their forte

Great outreach software with good AI

Kommentare: I had trouble on the first day as I was unable to add my email account. I reached out to support and they tried to call me to discuss (I didn't pick up as it was a long distance number) but they also helped me figure out the issue by chat very quickly.

Vorteile:

The AI personalisation - it looks at the leads website (providing it was included on the contact import) to give more personalisation on the initial outreach email.

Nachteile:

The lack of a lead finder (a feature that it used to have) and also feel it could go further by personalising based on a linkedIn profile.

With this tool, we can definitely improve our email outreach strategy. It's packed with features like email verification, email warm-up (coming soon), also calendar booking, and image personalization.

Nachteile:

I'm really hoping to see their email warmup and bulk CRM delete. Right now it's not available.

So far I have been using Lemlist due to the possibilities of personalisation of images which is a big part of my current E-Mail marketing campaign. I came across SalesBlink as an equally capable but more cost effective alternative.

Nachteile:

Takes a minute to get used to. Looks very simplistic.

I believe there's room for improvement in making each feature more robust and expanding direct integrations with other sales and marketing tools. Eg the Email validation seems to be not 100% accurate.

Amazing Outreach Platform with Powerful Features

Vorteile:

Here's what I liked most about it: 1- Premade campaign templates 2- Integration with Gmail/GSuite and your own SMTP 3- Spintax is supported 4- Multiple Email Senders 5- Signature Setup in one place (easy to use on several campaigns) 6- Time zone control everywhere (you'd be surprised how many softwares don't add the time zone so you don't know what time zone to use!)

Nachteile:

What I liked the least about it was that I had to turn on Less Secure Apps inside of Gsuite and Gmail to turn it on. I know it's a pet peeve but hopefully this gets fixed in the near future to use a full-fledged integration with the highest security.

Kommentare: This has the potential to be a good product for conducting cold outreach campaigns for lead gen. It has decent UI, a responsive team and a decent roadmap - I am looking forward to the future developments and the direction this software will take.

Vorteile:

SalesBlink is a clean platform to lead generation, sales, and cold email. UI looks decent. I like that it is Omnichannel outreach via Calls, Emails and Linkedin. The program is feature-rich with company search, UNLIMITED omnichannel outreach and UNLIMITED image personalisation. Onboarding was easy and customer service was prompt in handling my query.

Nachteile:

The Image personalisation is too basic, the company search data is not very comprehensive, it lacks an email warmer (although it is in roadmap), and no landing pages like Lemlist. I would love integration with Pabbly connect and Dubb, which is not there at the moment.

I just describe my business, and it sets up a tailored outreach plan, including follow-up emails that I can tweak as needed.

Nachteile:

SalesBlink has some solid features that help streamline sales, but it's not perfect. For example, the AI sales sequences are a cool idea, but they don't always match my business's unique style, so I end up tweaking them myself. Also, the unified inbox is meant to make managing leads easier, but it can be a bit cumbersome when there's a lot of them. These are small issues, though, in an overall helpful tool.

Kommentare: The key problem we were trying to solve is to find prospects and turn them into leads. It’s the beginning of a sales funnel and we were trying to find a tool that could help us here. We finally landed on sales blink, and it’s enabled to notably scale our prospecting capabilities.

Vorteile:

Prospecting was made so much easier and streamlined for our company utilizing this tool. We really liked the email warmup function and overall utility of the tool for cold emailing.

Nachteile:

There is a learning curve for this tool that can be a little tedious. Overall, if you stick with learning it, you’ll get it, but it’s not as readily intuitive as you’d like for it to be. Once you get it though, you’re good to go!

All-in-one cold outreach tool

Kommentare: Overall I am quite happy with the tool. It has great automation features, which makes my life so much easier. I don't have to create multiple short automation, I can just create one complex automation and leave the rest to the software, it keeps working and I end up with potential clients.

Vorteile:

The best part is the Outreach functionality, it gives me the ability to create complex automation processes. Especially the email reply feature give me the ability to automatically reply to the lead incase they email me. Apart from that, there is also ability to not just include emails in the automation, but also calls, which is very useful to me as I would rather have a whole process built into one tool, rather than using multiple tools or keeping a tab on for leads I need to call. Has a lot of potential to be one of the best!

Nachteile:

I dont like the prospecting tool, the database is not providing adequate data especially in Australia. The data seems scanty and the fetch is not alinged with the search parameters accurately. Improvement is needed in this aspect of the platform. Once this is fixed, its gonna be among the top software out there for cold outreach!
