Excellent File Encryption App for Smooth Workflow

Kommentare: I work with the AxCrypt app throughout my shift. It is user friendly and the lag time during ecryption/decryption is almost imperceivable. My files are kept secure and makes my work flow smoothly.

Vorteile:

I can encrypt/decrypt any document or folder in seconds with just a few mouse clicks.

Nachteile:

The user interface design of the desktop app looks a bit outdated, kind of retro looking, although it doesn't affect the quality or functionality of encripting/decripting documents.

Good value and easy to use

Kommentare: Overall very positive. I've used AxCrypt for many years and been very happy with what it does for me.

Vorteile:

I probably only use small percentage of the AxCrypt functionality, but it does everything I need. I just encrypt personal files I keep on Google Drive. I especially like the functionality which allows me to open encrypted files, make changes to them and save files without decrypting them first and re-encrypting them.

Nachteile:

When you delete encrypted files, it appears that AxCrypt keeps a database of all encrypted files and when you simply delete them from the file system without decrypting them first, I get pop-ups indicating that they can't find files.

I like its strong focus on encryption, it gives us peace of mind that our data will be secure even in the event of unauthorized access. In addition, AxCrypt's ease of use is one of its greatest strengths.

Nachteile:

It would be beneficial to have the option to automatically encrypt and protect all files in a specific folder.

best encryption

Kommentare: This software has helped us keep of files safely with no threats of data loss since we can put our files on cloud like google drive and dropbox

Vorteile:

Has helped me secure company files automatically in google drive so that our files are stored on cloud, opening files by other axcrypt users is possible as long as they have our password which makes it easy to share stored data within the organsiation when necessary. it is also supported on our mobile devices hence easy to use

Nachteile:

It requires one to have an internet connection in order to encrypt the data making it hard to use when there is no internet connection

Excellent software

Kommentare: Superb experience. Install, setup and usage were all intuitive. I have never had to report a problem or ask for support

Vorteile:

AxCrypt provides easy to use and highly secure encryption for files and folders. I have never had any issues. I also like that I can use the software on Mac, Windows and my mobile phone to access and encrypt files stored in the cloud.

Works somewhat differently on Mac and Windows

Great for Home Personal Passwords and Documents

Vorteile:

I like AxCrypt because it was easy to set up, easy to use and effective. I don't trust big password managers that advertise a lot because I think they are bigger targets for hackers.

Nachteile:

My husband won't use it, so even though I have the front door locked and bolted, he has the back door wide open.

AxCrypt is very easy to use. We can encrypt files very fast and know that they are safe.

Nachteile:

Nothing. It works for us just like we need it to.

I use it mostly for file encryption, personal information passwords. I like the fact that you can encrypt a whole file with many sub folders at the same time. Safe and reliable.

Nachteile:

I wish I could use more than one password.

It is imperative, to have best control, to plan deployment so as to enhance file manipulation once encrypted. I didn't initially which caused extra work later on.
