Qimaone is a great benefit for our daily quality assurance work

Kommentare: My team is very happy and appreciates that we decided to use Qimaone for our internal quality assurance!We now have a great possibility for a more organised and professional approach of performing inspections, making data available and share feedback with our suppliers.

Vorteile:

Qimaone is easy to understand and to handle for everybody and it is always available, no matter if you sit at your desk with your notebook or you are on a trip with your mobile.

Nachteile:

I would like to have some more flexibility in some points

Kommentare: 1. Love to work with the QIMAone support team, they are professional, patient, full of passions.2. Love the "Live" feature - when we modify the workflow, new inspection implementation will follow the new changes, it is very helpful that we follow the most updated requirements, therefore, to benefit the quality.

Vorteile:

1. Standardized and editable workflow, it helps to keep stable operation process, very helpful for quality control.2. Document record, easy to find the inspection report.3. Data analytics.

Nachteile:

1. During the use on data analytics, when we filter the data on time, inspector type and suppliers etc., it takes long time to wait for the system to load the data, I hope it can be faster (improve efficiency).2. Pending for improvement: in the inspection report summery view, currently we can see the site name only, we also hope to see the PO supplier (entity) name. This will help us to better identify the supplier.

QIMAone quite basic out of box and not customizable.

Kommentare: I think this system may be good for smaller businesses or more simple and basic businesses, and not for businesses with a bigger supply chain set up. The customer service is good, but only could not really customize much or could not tailor much to our business.

Vorteile:

Mobile app for the QCs to make the reports from their phones.

Nachteile:

Does not allow for multiple supply chain steps to link to one Purchase Order number. Also it is not very customizable and there is not any good visualization or overview of the inspection schedule.

Reply very timely

Vorteile:

The function of "Analytics" is useful for me and also if we have problem to using any function in Qimaone, Qimaone colleague will give us the answers and their reply is very quickly

Nachteile:

The update is a little slow, for example, the report has been deleted, but this deleted report will still appear in the analytics function, and sometimes, there are some bugs on the summary report, I hope Qimaone can improve it

Vorteile:

The roll out of QIMAone was basically spotless. the Qima team took over the training and made it very easy to get everyone on board.

Nachteile:

We have not updated our ERP for the weekly uploads of the data to the system as we cannot integrate at the moment.

QIMAone is a good program

Vorteile:

QIMAone it is a very good software, all steps are in the correct order, which makes it very clear and understandable, even for those who come in to contact with it for the first time. In QIMAone each point is precisely described what the inspector should do in the next steps, making the work much faster and easier.

Nachteile:

The software is very good and we have no objections to it

Kommentare: Connect quality issue and supplier performances in one software in a easy way with good customization

User-Frindly software, inexpensive and flexible

Need to develop/improve the analytics side

Kommentare: J’ai une très bonne expérience avec Qima One. L’équipe est très réactive à nos questions et demandes. L’équipe améliore continuellement le logiciel, donc je sais que mon expérience s’améliorera encore. Ils écoutent nos observations et cherchent toujours à améliorer nos expériences.

Vorteile:

Toutes les informations sur les rapports d’inspection sont claires. La navigation se fait facilement et rapidement. Il n’y a pas besoin de beaucoup de "clics" pour accéder au rapport, l’examiner et l’évaluer.

Nachteile:

La navigation lors le booking d’inspection prend plus de clics. Exemple : Ajouter tous les PO, mettre le workflow (qu’on a parfois tendance à oublier), le site de localisation, etc. Il faut quelques clics pour finaliser la réservation de l’inspection.

This QIMAone system seems easy to use (up to this moment) and it is cheaper than others.

Kommentare: Nous avons pris Qima One pour gagner de l'argent et responsabiliser nos fournisseurs. Qima One nous permet d'économiser un certain coût d'inspection pour les fournisseurs de longue date qui ont l'habitude de nos exigences.

Vorteile:

facile d'utilisation, intuitif. Des modifications sont faites au fur et à mesure pour faciliter encore notre utilisation au quotidien.

Nachteile:

Pour lire les rapports d'inspection, il faut le télécharger ainsi que les photos ce qui n'est pas toujours évident car cela nécessite une manipulation en plus. Il faudrait pouvoir avoir les rapports et les photos directement en pdf et/ou directement sur le site.

De esa manena nadie externo tiene que venir a la fábrica, nosotras mismas hacemos ese proceso

Vorteile:

Llevamos dos temporadas usando Qima, nos ha gustado mucho ya que todo es muy intuitivo, siempre están haciendo actualizaciones que facilitan mucho el trabajo. Cuando hemos tenido alguna "problema" [CONTENIDO SENSIBLE] nos ayudo, muy muy eficaz, eso es de agradecer.

Nachteile:

Que no se pudieran elegir varios artículos dentro de un mismo pedido.

Fonctionnalités qui seront améliorées et plus compréhensibles en un coup d'oeil rapide (ça va prendre moins de temps à analyser car synthétisé ) -> Ecoutent des besoins des clients

Nachteile:

Le fait qu'il y a deux parties (Assignements et Reports) qui peuvent être mis ensemble (mais du coup avec plus d'onglet sur les statuts) Manque d'un onglet lors de l'acceptation d'une demande d'inspection sur les workflow disponibles (car par exemple pour les accessoires spécifiques ou encore par exemple les robes = Haut ou ensemble ...)

Vorteile:

Relatively user friendly. Customer help is always available and willing to help.

Nachteile:

I still find analytics difficult, but that may be my own thing.

Review at the set up stage

Kommentare: We are still at the set up stage. Believe Qima one improve our quality control workflow, proper data management and powerful data analysis. detect problem and make corrective improvement at the right place and right time.

Vorteile:
