Vorteile:

Die Software ist einfach und intuitiv zu bedienen, man kann gute Echtzeitdaten teilen und damit perfekt im Team arbeiten

Nachteile:

Das Berechtigungsmanagent ist etwas schwierig, teils muss die Freigabe mehrfach auf verschiedene Weise erfolgen.

Lucidspark - a window between worlds.

Vorteile:

Lucidspark is easy for everyone to pick up, the best part about it is that I can have people in design sessions that and they can pick it up within 3 minutes. Its easy to use implement and get different departments together and give some visibility on projects.

Nachteile:

I wish is had just a few more tools that are in offered in Lucidchart but that is why we have both I guess.

Excellent tool to go for across the other options

Vorteile:

Team collaboration in Lucidspark makes is extremely seamless. This tool is a must for enterprises and teams who would need collaboration across other members. The ability of the tool to operate through browser makes it very easy and intuitive to learn for the new team members. Lucidspark also comes with many pre-defined templates making the job easier for people who would work on multiple style of documents. Its ability to sync with Jira is also an important feature that I would recommend this tool for. All the teams who work on Jira can leverage Lucidspark to link their artefacts into the Jira issues/tasks, making the management of documents agile and simple.

Nachteile:

The design styling of the objects and auto-alignment features can be improved. Also, the presentation feature can be integrated with meeting notes in order to capture the ongoing workshop notes.

Expensive, but not better

Vorteile:

Its integrated with LucidChart (If you use it)

Nachteile:

Its more expensive than the competition Lacks features and integrations If you dont use Lucidchart there are way better alternatives. If you do, as well

One of a kind

Lucidspark was a great and amazing experience of mine it's really a helping tools in creating simple and good ideas.

Nachteile:

It's just that the pricing, but it is truly convincing to use this kind of tools.

Best Whiteboarding Tool

Kommentare: I will be using LucidSpark as my online collaborative whiteboard from COVID-times and beyond!

Vorteile:

Very easy to use, collaboration with others is easy - love the fact that it shows where participants cursors are.

Nachteile:

More pre-configured shapes would be great.

Incredibly Versatile Software

Kommentare: Amazing

Vorteile:

The UX/UI design features along with with the web design process flow templates and beta testing flowcharts served my business well. It cut down design times, and gave my team a solid foundation to design and develop our implementation strategies!

Nachteile:

An image library would be a great addition to the software.

Very Intuitive

Vorteile:

Very easy to get going. Everything is more or less drag and drop. If you need to add text, you can simply click into an object and start typing. Really impressed with how easy this is to use.

Nachteile:

There seems to be a short bit of lag with the drawing tool. This may be down to my internet connection but I'm not sure

Low-key replacement for post-it-notes and whiteboards

Kommentare: Lucidspark, like its sibling, Lucidchart, is intuitive and easy to use. You can get up to speed with using this software very quickly and with next to no training.

Vorteile:

This software is amazing for aggregating information and ideas and cataloging them in a meaningful way. I love how you can connect similar ideas and information to see connections and relationships. This has been very useful for capturing the wisdom and experience of retiring employees so it can be conveyed to personnel coming up through the ranks. Being able to catalog their different responsibilities and connect them together allows us to present a holistic view of the program so that new employees can get up to speed faster. I also love how this software is browser based so that it can be used anywhere on any device. This frees up staff from having to be in the office or worrying if they have a company computer.

Nachteile:

I would like to see a feature where you can attach documents to different sparks. It would be helpful to enrich different ideas and sticky notes with supporting documents.

Lucidspark is a powerful flexible mapping tool but not the industry leader

Kommentare: Lucidspark was valuable to us at a time but ultimately was replaced by Miro.

Vorteile:

The most powerful value proposition Lucidspark has is it is owned and built by Lucidchart. Being able to migrate a whole library of charts when Lucidspark came out was incredibly valuable for us when mapping become a lot more dynamic. Lucidchart collaboration is also excellent sharing lucidsparks and communicating over comments.

Nachteile:

Lucidspark is a very expensive tool, when you take into consideration already paying for Lucidcharts. We liked the tools but it didn't match up to the agile fluid design and implementation of Miro. Miro quickly replaced Lucidspark as a more affordable solution that offered the same, if not more power, alongside a community driven map library.

Visual Project Management

Kommentare: When I worked for a company big enough understand the ROI for a subscription it was my favorite work tool and helped me clearly and easily communicate project details and updates across my 53-person team instantly.

Vorteile:

I loved that I could easily create boards to manage and update projects. I could share project updates with my team in real time without having to inundate them with emails that go unread. And I could receive feed back clearly and easily from key team members.

Nachteile:

Cost. I have since changed companies and for a small business the ROI for an annual subscription is not something that I can sell to our decision makers.

Great software to manager complete workflow!

Kommentare: Super useful for all production planning and invoicing. It ensures we do not miss anything.

Vorteile:

Lucidspark is super easy to implement for all members of the team. Easy drag and drop placement of items and jobs and easy colour coding and brainstorming. Sharing with colleges is a breeze as well:)

Nachteile:

Automatically change the copy and paste of a text to the font that is already being used in the box.

Kommentare: I just started, can't say too much but so far I find it way more intuitive and easier to work with than draw.io

Vorteile:

Used it for mapping out processes for data flow between tools, how integrations are working. Lucid is pretty handy and flexible when it comes to visualizing these processes, drag and drop, copy stuff, colouring etc make visualizations clear and easy to follow.

Nachteile:

short cuts for example for clicking on a text link feelss a bit clunky, would be great to hover and then access the link via double click f.e.

Lucidchart makes engineers lives easier

Kommentare: Lucidchart removes needless busywork from the process of getting a diagram done and delivered to the business in a visually appealing manner.

Vorteile:

It isn't Visio. It's refined, it's usable, and it's friendly.

Nachteile:

Likely lack of user knowledge, but I feel as though the ability to align objects and connectors in a logical manner could be improved.

Great UX and experience for visuals

Vorteile:

Lucidspark templates have changed the game for me when compared with other open-source alternatives like Draw.io and swimlanes.io. It saves time and energy. My team and I are able to brainstorm rapidly.

Nachteile:

Sometimes it's a struggle to navigate the entire page. The text is too small and alignment is missing. I land up copy pasting the previous elements (templates) to make it work.

Outstanding Platform to Stay Organized

Kommentare: Lucidspark keeps me organized and travels really well. The options to color code, use sticky notes or boards to help my staff effectively coimmunicate with one another has been invaluable during the Public Health Emergency.

Vorteile:

Mind mapping! My practice has multiple locations and each location fails in different levels of restrictions with COVID. Some locations are COVID hotspots and require extra logistical assistance and others have few if any restrictions. Mind mapping allows me to sort information and color code the map . I love this particular feature.

Nachteile:

Upon first glance, I thought it would be difficult to use. The home page us very busy but upon actual use I have found that it is more user friendly than many other platforms I use daily. There is no "new language" to learn to produce effective materials.

Lucidspark JIRA integration makes software project planning/management feel sane

Kommentare: I've been able to communicate project statuses and blockers way more easily than before.

Vorteile:

It's the JIRA integration. It provides interactive JIRA cards you can place on a diagram that automatically update when JIRA updates are made like card status changes. Also, you can update the card status right from the diagram card too!

Nachteile:

I think I would like to see a few more shapes/widgets for technical diagramming. Because there are other features about Lucidspark that make it way more attractive for technical project diagramming as opposed to Lucidchart.

Visio on steroids!

Vorteile:

So many icons to choose from and integrates well with confluence

Nachteile:

Jira confluence integration could be better

Vorteile:

There are many options to use and is easy to find info through Help or inner browser

Nachteile:

Maybe at the begining of the flowchart creation should have all the templates to begin to use it

Great Product

Kommentare: My overall experience is a great one, I could not be happier, my bosses are too!!! I now have the ability to lay out cabinets and design networks on paper first to make sure it all makes sense before implementing. I would highly recommend this to anyone in any field to use this software, the possibilities are endless...

Vorteile:

This software is amazing, I have seen ads for this and spoke to other people that use this software, They all said it is the best one to use in our field. I was skeptical at first, wasn't really sure that LucidChart would meet my needs, I started out with the free trial, Being a Network Engineer, I need the ability to map out room, cabinets, and networks, to use them as a reference to look back on. The software is very easy to use, pretty much point and click. There are so many options you can choose from. I have only used a few of them, I am looking forward to using more.

Nachteile:

Would be nice to have more tutorials, more of how to's. I did struggle at first but after using it more I got more comfortable.

Looking for an easy but powerful tool?

Kommentare: At first impression I was considering to look for any alternative but found this as the one that most fit my needs also is pretty easy in comparison with other platforms. You can have one free subscription to test for you and your team and if that get the job done consider about getting a subscription for real and big stacks of work that meets your needs.

Vorteile:

You can use it to develop data flow diagrams very easy and is more likely to drag and drop. Also you can share easily enough your projects files and in the long run saves a lot of time for updating the current state of your development.

Nachteile:

If you are in a big group you will need more space to work and way more files to successfully get a big scope along all your files and definitions. So if you are in a small group I would say that free version is fine otherwise buy a license because you will need one but is not as expensive as other platforms.
