Vorteile:

Die Software ist einfach und intuitiv zu bedienen, man kann gute Echtzeitdaten teilen und damit perfekt im Team arbeiten

Nachteile:

Das Berechtigungsmanagent ist etwas schwierig, teils muss die Freigabe mehrfach auf verschiedene Weise erfolgen.

Must have for all Solopreneurs!

Kommentare: I love the ease of use! I have previously featured Lucidspark as part of a 'Best Platforms' series I did on LinkedIn and I would add it a hundred times over :)

Vorteile:

I am an operations consultant so I spend a lot of time thinking about, creating and documenting efficient processes for my clients. Lucidspark makes it possible to clearly map out the customer journey and contextualize their systems design. If a picture is worth a thousand word, a Lucidspark flowchart is worth two thousand! There is no better way to demonstrate how you can bring value to the most important stakeholders for your business- your amazing customers!

Nachteile:

When you are on the free trial, you can only retain/update 3 documents at a time.

Great for Catching Sparks (Ideas), But Not the Tool to Fuel a Bonfire. (Entire Project)

Kommentare: In my opinion, the pros, and cons are pretty evenly balanced, making Lucidspark a no-go for me. At least it would have been for me had I been evaluating integration for the whole company. Fortunately, all I did was collect and tally votes, including my own "Maybe," in the engineering team opinion poll after trialing the product. While I occasionally still use Lucidspark, other programs remain my go-to.

Vorteile:

The virtual whiteboard, idea collection and organization, and remote-first approach are among Lucidspark's top attributes.

Nachteile:

Onboarding/learning to use the software effectively and efficiently was a bit of a challenge, and without prior Lucidchart experience might be a dealbreaker.

Interesting alternative to Microsoft Visio

Vorteile:

Easy of use, web based and usable from anywhere ,The content to work with is new and drag and drop is king.

Nachteile:

Seems to have limited shapes in comparision to technology vendors , if I compare it to Visio then you could download packs but it was slow and cumbersome, If Lucid could broaden templates and shapes for architecture that would be great.

Excellent tool to go for across the other options

Vorteile:

Team collaboration in Lucidspark makes is extremely seamless. This tool is a must for enterprises and teams who would need collaboration across other members. The ability of the tool to operate through browser makes it very easy and intuitive to learn for the new team members. Lucidspark also comes with many pre-defined templates making the job easier for people who would work on multiple style of documents. Its ability to sync with Jira is also an important feature that I would recommend this tool for. All the teams who work on Jira can leverage Lucidspark to link their artefacts into the Jira issues/tasks, making the management of documents agile and simple.

Nachteile:

The design styling of the objects and auto-alignment features can be improved. Also, the presentation feature can be integrated with meeting notes in order to capture the ongoing workshop notes.

Great and easy product

Kommentare: The value of this software to my work is great.

Vorteile:

It's quick and easy to build charts. The best software out there of its kind.

Nachteile:

Would be nice if it were cheaper like $5/month for individuals.

Developing a process flow seamlessly

Vorteile:

The ease of use. There are variety of features to choose from. Legend and Symbol come with a mini display for its uses and function. And pieces by pieces were connected even if the component or the element that we input might not seem to feel right, the outcome of the whole process flow being put together makes the work look tidy and clean. Extremely satisfied but still not to the budget im hunting for.

Nachteile:

the price. I guess the price can be more of on a competitive range

Excellent software for diagramming

Kommentare: This software has help me prepared diagrams and relations that I would not have had the ability to create with other products.

Vorteile:

I have created a few diagrams and presentations with this software. They were very well received and look very professional. It's much easier to use than Visio. I appreciate the wide variety of templates. I purchased this software on my own dime because it's so helpful for me.

Nachteile:

I have no complaints. The software has been very helpful.

Good product, a lot of freedom

Vorteile:

The fact that you are free to do a lot of things, to express your ideas and help you with templates

Nachteile:

probably it is less intuitive sometimes, I had moments when I searched a little bit for what I was looking for

Overall, a good experience with the tools and functionalities of Lucid Spark

Vorteile:

The ease of Development and the main reason that we use this is as part of our development is to track the project status.

Nachteile:

We can improve the functions which we use to create a workflow and all, and can also include more icons to make a better UI

LucidSpark is a must have for Remote work

Kommentare: Love it, great addition to the other tools we use and really great team product.

Vorteile:

I love the collaborative aspect of the tool, being able to follow others and all work simultaneously on one sheet and not have to save and wait to see updates others have made, it's a game changer, also lots of extra functionality that makes it incredibly useful for presentations...etc.

Nachteile:

I think it's a bit tricky to learn how to use to start, there is SO much functionality it can be a bit overwhelming, I also think it can get a bit silly on the chats and team messaging stuff.

Lucidspark Review

Kommentare: Overall I think Lucidspark is a really solid tool with minor drawbacks and it's really good for brainstorming.

Vorteile:

Lucidspark is really good for whiteboarding and is really easy to use interface. For real time collaboration I think lucidspark is powerful too.

Nachteile:

Limited free tier version. And for some features we need to learn and dig deep to understand them properly.

Lucidspark - a window between worlds.

Vorteile:

Lucidspark is easy for everyone to pick up, the best part about it is that I can have people in design sessions that and they can pick it up within 3 minutes. Its easy to use implement and get different departments together and give some visibility on projects.

Nachteile:

I wish is had just a few more tools that are in offered in Lucidchart but that is why we have both I guess.

Fantastic collaboration tool for your team

Vorteile:

Ease of use, well designed and implemented to be use within your team but also to connect different teams

Nachteile:

I find the tool complete and so far I couldn't find any disadvantage

Great software that keeps communication simple

Vorteile:

Easy to use and get clients using it with me. It’s the perfect tool for remote collaboration.

Nachteile:

File organisation can be a little tricky and I’m not always sure which files are shared and which are private.

Getting familiarized

Kommentare: I have used it lightly for documenting my thoughts but I have not given it too much use since I consider I wouldn't be able to use with my team at a higher scale.

Vorteile:

I just started using it to have a place to document my understandings about a project I'm just starting to work with. I think it's very easy to understand, has all of the nice things I like about Lucidchart and I briefly tried to find ways to make it work during my Scrum meetings.

Nachteile:

I could have not really grasped the price structure but at a high level it looked pretty expensive to me. I have a personal membership for Lucidchart that I use for my professional work and I don't mind paying for it. But from what I understood, Lucidspark would be far too expensive for me to get considering the size of my teams. Additionally I was not able to find any option within the tool that I could use to test the tool with a small crew or an option to use it with my whole team although with limited functionality.

Great software, but confused on why Lucidspark is separate from Lucidchart

Vorteile:

A great tool to be able to brainstorm in a virtual environment! Everyone feels their opinions are heard when they visually see it on the Lucidspark page. Additionally, being able to share the document to co-workers is very valuable for preparation for a discussion session.

Nachteile:

How many accounts needed to collaborate can be tough. It would be great if we can have a LucidChart account be the host while giving guests access to anyone without them having to create an account. This way we can remain agile without a large number of unnecessary accounts being made. Additionally, its a bit confusing on the different capabilities of the Lucidspark program and LucidChart, as it feel that both have strong brainstorming functions. Wish they were together in one package.

Visual Project Management

Kommentare: When I worked for a company big enough understand the ROI for a subscription it was my favorite work tool and helped me clearly and easily communicate project details and updates across my 53-person team instantly.

Vorteile:

I loved that I could easily create boards to manage and update projects. I could share project updates with my team in real time without having to inundate them with emails that go unread. And I could receive feed back clearly and easily from key team members.

Nachteile:

Cost. I have since changed companies and for a small business the ROI for an annual subscription is not something that I can sell to our decision makers.

Good software to express your ideas with schematics

Kommentare: I started to use it for wireframes, but then I started to use it for flow charts and other schemes

Vorteile:

Really intuitive and fairly full of features. It helps me from mind maps to website wireframes

Nachteile:

Not really, it does what it has to do in an easy way

Amazing, Simple, Elegant

Kommentare: A wonderful program that I would recommend to anyone who is seeking a way to organize and display their thoughts, plots, or plans.

Vorteile:

The ease of use for the software makes any project a relaxing, focused use of time rather than struggling to organize everything well in advance.

Nachteile:

The options for templates seem a little limited right now.

Good value for money

Kommentare: Overall, it's become our primary tool for mapping business processes.

Vorteile:

Lucid is an easy tool to use to quickly build robust process flows, and share them with other collaborators. The tool is mostly intuitive, and the help pages are useful to fill the gaps.

Nachteile:

The export feature takes a bit to get used to, and could have been a more guided experience.

Some basic features, like having a line with no forced end-point shape, just a regular line, why isn't that line available, or is it me that doesn't know how to get a line.
