sehr intuitiv besonders als Chrome Extension, alles was man an Daten benötigt wird angezeigt.

Kommentare: Very good. I can't complain. Although I only used the free trial and the free extension, as I mentioned before, it's very useful and it's pinned on my Chrome Extensions.

Vorteile:

I'm an SEO consultant, and for me is very useful to know which kind of technologies do my prospects use. Wapallyzer allows me to know in 10 seconds which kind of platforms they use and that makes me win a lot of time.

Nachteile:

That I need to pay to get the contact information. I would like to have some "free" information per month.

Kommentare: Wappalyzer was able to save me so much time with it’s comprehensive solutions. It is the software you didn’t know how much you needed.

Vorteile:

I love that Wappalyzer provides the ability to detect the analytics tools, content management systems, servers, verify emails, social profiles and so much more on any website in just a few clicks.

Nachteile:

While there are some features available at no cost, full access can seem pricey but in exchange for what you have access to, it can prove far more valuable. I do wish there was a starter version or a limited plan to become more familiar.

You can only see what technologies they use but it doesn't provide any details of what technologies they use.

I believe that Wappalyzer now has a credit payment option so that you can use it as needed rather than committing to a full plan. I believe it makes a lot more sense since, although I enjoy using this tool, I don't necessarily require it all the time; rather, I just use it when I'm conducting research.

Kommentare: I would recommend this tool to save your time from lengthy analysis of a host and for reconnaissance stage of a testing. This is a great tool to get a brief look of technology stacks of website, but not for an elaborate reporting on the strategizing and monitoring. The extension is super helpful.

I use the extension feature of this tool almost on a daily basis. It is very efficient and reliable. When I compared the results of this tool with my own research, it matched 100%. Reliability is an important factor on which this tool has maintained it's consistency.

Nachteile:

Some technologies which are highlighted are not detailed further in this tool. Suppose a website uses JavaScript, it does not highlight it's version everytime. Also, it doesn't compare the version of the technology the website is using with the latest version, or any security implications in it. It provides an overview, not a detailed report on analysis. You surely would need a thorough research after getting the overview from this tool.
