Re: Takes the thought out of routing

Kommentare: Can't tell you how positive it's been. Customer service is perfectly in-tune with their application and so is management. There are a lot out there to choose from, but we came back to this. Very happy!

Vorteile:

It's ease of use. We evaluated several different titles and none of them were as easy to use for the Field folks as this. Landscaping has its own challenges, and technology certainly is one of them. This app worked. It just worked. After the demo we went to Industry specific routing app for landscaping, but the guys couldn't figure it out. For the back and it's very very easy to use and configure. I pay for Verizon Connect, and this is a feature that I'm paying for. It's horrible.

Nachteile:

For our business, and the amount of trips that we have per day we believe it's pretty pricey. We believe that the company can work on their price structure slightly or include additional features like a billing management system. The cost that we pay per month is $200, and I get routing and customer notifications. I also pay $65 a month for Zoho CRM. It would be nice to pay $200 and be able to get everything in one product.

Overall good app - Must have an improvement with more simple features

Kommentare: Overall okay. I can't say I'm happy with it. I'm satisfied for now. Howver if tomorrow I'll have a better alternative - we will switch.
It's also the reason why we never added it to other vehicles & locations.

Vorteile:

I like the platform overall. It's never buggy, and drivers seem to get along with it. However on the route management side - the story is completely different

Nachteile:

Some simple features are still missing (see me points). In addition your routing algorithm requires more features. You have to understand that not everyone who uses your software runs a amazon/ UPS style package delivery route. For some logistical company's it is highly important to serve a specific delivery at an exact time. However the algorithm literally choose this for you based on the route (i.e - I need to deliver package A at a 10am, when pressing the "optimize" the algorithm might decide on a allocating the delivery window to 2pm...)

Delivery Scheduling Needs work

Kommentare: Overall, Circuit is adequate for optimization, but scheduling need work.

Vorteile:

Route optimization is critical to our business. Circuit does a good job at this.

Nachteile:

I can set "Arrive between (Hours:Minutes) and (Hours:Minutes)" but I have several customers who are closed for an hour or two for lunch. Support can't tell me how to schedule around those closed hours. Seems simple to me.

Complete Circuit

Kommentare: Overall it has been a great experience. It's come a long way from when we first started to use Circuit. We appreciate that the team is always listening for ways that they can improve the application and I often see requests get implemented down the road.

Vorteile:

I like the fact that we can input our entire day of deliveries and optimize how our day goes based on our clients needs in the most effective way possible.

Nachteile:

I do wish that there were upgrades to the phone app so that if our driver needs to add someone before the route starts he has the ability to do so(which I know he can) but with the ability to add a email or phone number so the the client gets a notification. At this point I have to enter it in on my computer for that to happen. There are times when we add someone mid route and if our driver adds them it would be nice for the client to get notifications.

Perfect Small Business Delivery Solution

Kommentare: Overall, good things to say. The app is super user friendly and provides everything you need for a small local delivery service.

Vorteile:

We like having a simple app to create routes for our local deliveries each week. The basic plan is suffice for 1-2 days delivery 4-30 orders.

Nachteile:

The only dislike is the route directions sometimes don’t make sense. When you choose first stop, it takes you to it but then will direct you all the back to the second stop which could be farthest away rather than rerouting to make the next closest stop, stop 2. I have tried a few different hacks to fix this but we end up just hopping off the route and getting back on.

Clean Efficient Software

Kommentare: Circuit has helped our staff have a one stop program for scheduling and reporting eta's to customers. It has hugely benefited our entire staff and customers alike. We are thankful for it.

Vorteile:

This routing software has a clean, intuitive interface that runs quickly and smoothly. It helps the delivery crew accurately report delivery status as well as helping the sales staff to make much more informed decisions as to scheduling. I am confident that there are many deliveries that would not have happened without this software.

Nachteile:

Recently a "save changes" step was added after "re-order all/changed stops". This extra click is easy to miss and has resulted in a few inaccurate routes when a browser was closed/computer restarted. Though, we are now on the lookout for that.

One Of My Favourite Apps

Kommentare: Finding the Circuit app has been a true highlight and I've loved using it ever since. It's a great inexpensive app which is easy to use, constantly being improved and is very well supported by their customer service team. It saves me time planning deliveries for my drivers and saves my drivers time by optimising their route efficiency. I know where my drivers are at any time which means I can provide very accurate information to my customers regarding their deliveries.

Vorteile:

Circuit is a great app for anyone who organises deliveries and/or drivers as part of their work function. It's user friendly and inexpensive and can be used by anyone with a phone. It sorts deliveries in to the most efficient runs, provides a 'proof of delivery' function, shows real time tracking of drivers and notifies customers. The Circuit team provide great customer service, are constantly improving their product and are happy to take suggestions onboard for further improvements.

Nachteile:

There's nothing I don't like about Circuit. There is one improvement that I have already suggested to the team, which they took onboard. This was the ability to click and drag a particular delivery and place it exactly where I want it in the delivery run, irrespective of what is the most efficient order. This would help as occasionally our customers have particular needs that don't fit in with the most efficient route.

Great Time Saver

Kommentare: Overall we really enjoy the product and think it offers great value for money. Even for a small business like ours.

Vorteile:

We like the route management so we don't need to manually sort a drop list for our drivers. Circuit automatically gives our drives the most efficient drop list and route.

Nachteile:

Real time adjustments to the delivery locations and order would be great.

Amazing Product

Kommentare: Absolutely love circuit, it made a huge difference for our deliveries. We take the orders via our website then import them into circuit and boom it builds the route, and tells our customers when to expect us. I love the fact that our customers can send us an in flight message and this has been really handy when they have had to unexpected go out and want to leave us instructions. Circuit has saved us so much time and enabled us to provide a very professional delivery notification service. Love it!

Vorteile:

Great for route planning and keeping our customers in the loop.

Nachteile:

Nothing really, would love a your next notifcation for the customer

Very Helpful Tool

Vorteile:

We love the interface and real-time traffic patterns. Route customizability is also very strong.

Nachteile:

I wish an API was available to integrate and we wish it was less expensive.

Magazine Delivery

Kommentare: It is the least expensive and most reliable route planner I have used.

Vorteile:

I feel confident with the routing choices and it works flawlessly

Nachteile:

Would like the ability to import a Google Sheet. Now I create the route stops on a Google Sheen then convert to an excel sheet to import.

Using circuit for route planning

Kommentare: I’ve been using it for 3 years now and never regretted my decision

Vorteile:

I can plan in advance and map out my route for the next day which makes my job more efficient and easier

Nachteile:

Everything is good no complaints I don’t have any issues currently

Circuit -- Such a gamechanger.

Kommentare: Circuit has made our organization be able to be more efficient as well as help ensure that we are able to give our clients their food on a weekly basis due to the simplicity that our routes are easy to create, maintain and function with.

Vorteile:

Circuit has allowed our organization to be able to serve more individuals in need that qualify for our services due to the dramatic amount of time we were using to hand-type and navigate ourselves for our deliveries. Now, with Circuit, we can base our route off the week before that was saved within our team and add and take off deliveries instead of having to manually do it by hand.

Nachteile:

The mobile app can be more of the way to go in terms of routes but sometimes we do have to use the webpage. I have seen it be significantly slower on that aspect.

Great resource for routing

Kommentare: Overall Circuit has been a big help in our business. We can all see what has been routed so far from our separate computers and can get routing answers for our customers quickly.

Vorteile:

The visual map that is created after inputting a route helps me know if we can add more stops to that day or not.

Nachteile:

There are several steps that seem unnecessary what adding a stop to the route. In Google maps you can manually adjust the route to fit your town or truck and you cannot do that in Circuit.

Saves me time when I'm at my busiest part of the day

Nachteile:

From the beginning to now, most of my needs have been met with version updates. Would be nice to be able to add a driver to a route currently in progress.

Improvements

Vorteile:

Having a more scalable billing method, for clients like mine who don't have a very high or seasonal demand.

Nachteile:

There's nothing not to like about it, it's a very good system.

Circuit for Sales Review

Circuit makes me so much more efficient and makes route planning a breeze.

Nachteile:

I wish I could add general notes for the entire day, instead of just for each individual client. That’s really my only complaint and it’s not that big of a deal honestly

Routing GPS in the political world

Kommentare: it was positive, I would continue using it

Vorteile:

Routing my drivers is the only thing we use it for, and for that it works great

Nachteile:

The GPS Sometimes puts addresses in other areas of the city, but if you don't catch it you could send the driver to the wrong house miles away from where they should be.
