Vorteile:

Es gibt keinen Punkt, der mir an der Software am besten gefällt.

Nachteile:

Störend ist, dass das Telefon bei einem eingehenden Anruf bei allen klingelt. Der laute, dominante Klingelton lässt sich nicht verändern in der Art oder Lautstärke.

A really great affordable phone service provider for businesses and just for phone needs in general.

Kommentare: Overall I really recommend this product this platform is a great Google has done a good job here it's got great clarity great customer service for several different services that are essential for phone providers and it's really affordable and easy to implement an integrate.

Vorteile:

Google Voice is so easy to use it's a very reasonably priced it offers several essential phone service functions and a great quality they have great customer service And it's also easy to integrate with any other Google service and just many services in general being a Google product.

Nachteile:

Honestly there really wasn't much at all I don't think I can think of anything at all that I did not like about this program I'm very very happy with it. It is really been a pleasant experience and I'm glad I chose them to go to for my second phone line for my business needs.

Kommentare: It's great for ancillary items, but once you grow past a certain point, it's difficult to recommend.

Vorteile:

It's the cheapest option that requires the least amount of setup. You can be up and running in a matter of minutes.

Nachteile:

There aren't any advanced features, so you can't set business hours or after hours so the system behaves differently under different conditions.

Decent phone service for start-up.

Kommentare: This is a fine service for the price. It is an effective way to get your employees united under one phone program

Vorteile:

Being a part of a small business driven by sales, the biggest struggle we face is being in constant communication with each other. This service is a great way to accomplish this with company directory, easy call transfers, and texting capabilities, which is beneficial with truck drivers who don't want to answer phone calls.

Nachteile:

Difficult to use with air-pods, weird echo, and microphone doesn't seem to work well. Doesn't happen often but there are some dropped calls and connectivity issues.

Much needed for a business line!

Kommentare: I use Google Voice for my business phone line, it's very convenient and has always been free! I can access it across multiple phones or from my laptop, so I never miss a call or text from customers.

Vorteile:

I love how I'm able to access voicemail messages via email on my laptop or I can read voicemail transcript in the app. This helps me out big time!

Nachteile:

The name prompt when receiving a call. Most of the time callers think it is my voicemail and hang up. I feel this feature should be optional for users.

We can't live without it!

Vorteile:

I own two hair salons and we don't have a receptionist at either location. Google Voice has made our world so much better and allows us to streamline all client communication through one number. A few of my team members have access to it on their devices and we are able to communicate from home or away from the salons! Can't get better than that. We love the texting options also!

Nachteile:

The only thing I would change is a simple feature... I'd love to have the option to "unread" text messages, to help us keep track of who has been communicated with. Other than that, its great!

Essential tool in property and guest management for streamlining communication!

Vorteile:

Google Voice is a fantastic tool I've incorporated into my business from Day 1. Most business owners would prefer not to give out their personal phone number to clients and that's where Google Voice jumps in! I've used Google Voice for managing my MTRs and STRs and it has been an essential part of my business from communicating with guests via texts to jumping on a call with them for emergency questions or concerns. Highly recommend to other business owners!

Nachteile:

No cons that I can think of other than sometimes, the voicemail transcription doesn't work.

Google Voice best out there so far

Vorteile:

I like that google voice is linked capable to my phone number and gives me the option for using that number or another number provided by google.

Nachteile:

I have yet to really find anything about google voice that i can say i dislike.

Great VoIP to use without paying a phone bill

Kommentare: I love being able to call customers without them knowing my real phone number. It is perfect for business on a budget and cannot afford to get a business phone landline.

Vorteile:

Love that I can use this on my phone and a desktop.

Nachteile:

I would say the only con is that you can not use emojis.

Google Voice

Kommentare: I loved using this as an option when it came to communicating with parents, or coaches. It helped me communicate with them without them having my personal contact information. Perfect way to keep business and personal life separate.

Vorteile:

I was able to speak with customers without having to use my personal phone number.

Nachteile:

I didn't always get the call, and I had trouble using the voicemail feature.

Google voice for Teachers

Kommentare: I use google voice to communicate with teachers. I also send text messages if I’m unable to speak verbally

Vorteile:

It is a good way for teachers to communicate with teachers to communicate with parents without sharing their personal phone number .

Nachteile:

I wish there was a way to make a phone call with google voice on a cell phone without having to go through the app

I like the fact that the pricing is easy and convenient and I don't have to give my real phone number and when my clients call me from my Google business page it takes them right to this Google Voice phone number that is registered to my account and my phone rings like it's regular

Nachteile:

There is nothing that I really don't like about the Google voice it's pretty easy convenient into the point

Sometimes is hard to tell when call is forwarded to your cell from Google Voice.

How Google Voice Affects Our Day to Day Life

Kommentare: Google Voice has helped life continue on normally longer. It has certainly contributed to the general wellbeing of countless men and women all over The United States of America, and is a great addition to any office or home.

Vorteile:

This product is amazingly useful for the differently abled community. My father has been diagnosed with ALS for over a year, and Google Voice and similar programs are integral to his day to day functioning, as finger mobility has decreased. This program helps countless differently abled men and women to still perform their day to day tasks and has been necessary for my father to continue working.

Nachteile:

The biggest annoyance is that the texting feature is limited to the USA, which I understand due to the difficulties of incorporating it globally from both a financial and practicality standpoint. There are only a few instances where it would be nice to text folks from other countries, though, so thankfully it is not a huge issue.

Decent Solution for Free Business Line

Vorteile:

I only have the free version of google voice and I must say it does just what I need it to do. It doesn't have all of bells whistles but I really don't need those. I just need a local number and a number that is not my personal cell.

Nachteile:

Although it has a "Do not disturb" feature I would love it if I could set office hours, so that I don't accidentally pick up calls after hours. Also would be cool if clients received an automated message with office hours when they text after hours. But again, this is a FREE no frill options...so I think for me the pros outweigh the cons for now. Not sure this is a great option if you plan to scale your team quickly, but again I don't know much about the upgraded plans either.

Great Alternative to Adding Multiple Phone Lines

Kommentare: Positive experience overall and any cons of Google voice are far outweighed by the benefits.

Love being able to use my own cell phone and provide me the privacy of not having clients have access to my personal number.

Nachteile:

Wish there was a way to distinguish when a call was coming through my Google line versus regular line.

Google Voice for communication in transportation

Kommentare: Overall Google Voice is a quick and effective way to get a team connected at all times when needed. In my experience, it's easy accessibility helped me achieve a more effective communication.

Vorteile:

Google Voice's intuitive way to get abroad makes it easier for our Freight driver to get on board with the software which makes communication with our carriers and drivers a lot more quicker and effective. The most important part of this is the fact that it does so reliably.

Nachteile:

The desktop version makes it very difficult to send in Images to our chats it just barely works. It's also a bit lacking in features compared to the competition

If you don't have Google voice then u don't care to be easily reachable wherever you are

I love Google voice. I love Google because of wonderful apps like this. I have been using this for 13 years. Therefore for 13 years of different carriers, numbers and plans. Thought these changes one thing has been the same and that's my Google voice number that piggybacks off any carrier I am with and if in not I can still be reachable by my Google voice number

Nachteile:

I don't like that u need an actual phone. Number already to set up your own number caus otherwise you get. Number that either u can't call out or call in...I forget Im 13 years in from the I initial set up

For occasional use, it's perfect

We use google voice as an alternative to giving each staff member a cell phone and maintaining an account. For that, it's great! Very simple, intuitive, etc.

Nachteile:

Our staff mostly DO NOT interact by phone, so google voice works for us. But if they don't occasionally log in, google takes back the number. That makes sense, just remind the staff: log back in occasionally to keep the account active! My suggestion is to make everyone do it in a meeting once a month or in order to know it's really being done.

Doesn’t work in the PNW states.

Kommentare: Lame as lame can be. No local numbers available in my entire state and surrounding states.

Vorteile:

I liked the IDEA of Google Voice, but sadly I tried every single area code in Washington, Oregon and half of California and there were NO free phone numbers left.

Nachteile:

I couldn’t use it so now I’m paying $12.99 a month for OpenPhone which is okay but I’m not impressed.
