I use DocHub to edit all of my PDF's

Kommentare: Overall experience has been positive. DocHub is simple to use and it helps me to edit the PDF's that I have to edit on a weekly basis.

Vorteile:

I like how easy it is to use DocHub to edit PDF's. I frequently get sent invoices and supplier confirmations that I need to make edits to, and DocHub works well.

Nachteile:

There are times when I edit a PDF and it doesn't save exactly how I have edited it. That can be frustrating. It doesn't happen a lot, but it does happen occasionally.

Best Electronic Signing App

Kommentare: My overall experience is super satisfactory. I couldn't imagine using another app.

Vorteile:

How easy it is to maneuver and understand.

Nachteile:

I would say the only thing I dont like is not being able to do it on my phone all the time, sometime it glitches out.

Great for smaller teams, confusing when dealing with multiple teams

Kommentare: It was really good from sign up to testing, super easy to configure and get ready to deploy with internal teams, but fell short as we weren't able to have seperate teams use the portal without having access to each others documents - we don't realistically want the HR team to see the Finance team's documents.

Vorteile:

Simple and straightforward to use. The page is simple to use and it's really easy to send a document for e-signature.

Nachteile:

Getting support is painfully slow. Having a ticketing system rather than a named contact to reach out to makes getting answers to questions a long process. Would really love it if there were account managers to assist with onboarding teams.

DocHub Review

Vorteile:

I know how to use it so it's easy to jump in and out of it I use it mostly for electronic signatures so that is helpful for our business to have this service

Nachteile:

The manual process of inputting text, signature and other fields when sending a document to someone for signature. Wish there was a way for it to be more automated. Also, the pdf editor feature if lacking in this field

Great PdF filler software that integrates with Google Docs and Gmail.

Kommentare: Easy to learn and use. My office relies on it daily. Highly recommend.

Vorteile:

It is easy to use and includes a signature request feature.

Nachteile:

I wish I could cut and paste text from a pdf within DocHub, or convert to a text file.

Necessary for all offices!

Vorteile:

The ability to text edit is crucial for my business. I also appreciate the many other features that it offers including signatures, pdf conversion, and merging docs.

Nachteile:

It tends to glitch sometimes, which leaves me having to refresh and then all my work is lost.

DocHub is very easy to use

Kommentare: It's easy to use for any user. I use this mainly for my real estate-related work where signatures and initials are required on most documents.
I also enjoy using this software when I prepare invoices outside of real estate documents for personal uses.

Vorteile:

The easy function on how to use DocHub and share with clients to get their e-signature and initials. I also like the feature that I can see from my side when the client opens the document and when they sign it.

Nachteile:

When I make a copy of an existing document and I try to add a new 'insert date', it blocks it and won't let me put the insert date on the exact area where there was a date inserted.

Extremely Helpful When Running a Business

Vorteile:

Great to use and very cost efficient. Able to create templates with ease.

Nachteile:

I have not found anything to dislike this far and have been using it for years!

Doc hub vs Adobe

Vorteile:

I find doc hub is very easy for me to use. I have tried Adobe and with the new versions it's either so complicated or just not user friendly.

Nachteile:

If I upload a document from my account, I find an error within the document while it's in document hub, have yet to be able to correct the error without going back to the original document and reloading

Solid tool in the toolbox

Kommentare: Solid, no reason to switch. We could definitely describe it as a positive tool

Vorteile:

Works well for us and most of the customers we send it to

Nachteile:

I feel like we aren't getting as much out of it as we could. Would be nice if they made suggestions based on our usage

Makes filling in and signing PDFs so easy!

Kommentare: I use this for filling in PDF forms and signing them right in Drive.

Vorteile:

DocHub makes it so easy to fill in information and add signatures to PDF forms in drive and then also easy to download as attachment and share with others.

Nachteile:

I haven't had any issues using this software as of yet. It's been perfect for my usage.

Great Product Amazing Price

Kommentare: I recommend this to everyone I know that sends contracts.

Vorteile:

All the tabs up top are self explanatory. You don't really need to do a tutorial on the use of this program because it is so easy to use. Everyone in the office uses it!

Nachteile:

Nothing! great program, easy to use, self explanatory and sends quickly.

Good software to use during a pandemic.

Kommentare: I would recommend this software to all who need an easy document modifying and signing program.

Vorteile:

This software can be free to use as long as you do not sign more than 5 documents a month. You can also edit and modify documents as needed. It is easy to upload docs into the software. Worked out well when I had to sign and return documents electronically during the Covid lockdown.

Nachteile:

Sometimes I get stuck using it. Although you would think that you can do some basic tasks in the software, I cannot figure them out. There is no customer service that I know of to call. It is free unless you pay monthly so I do not complain.

Vorteile:

DocHub is excellent for doing minor edits and PDF creations. It is also very cheap compared to other PDF editors.

Nachteile:

It will not allow you to edit text already on a file.

Kommentare: It has been really easy to use. It automatically saves as pdf so you don't need to convert it.

Vorteile:

It is very easy to use. You can combine multiple documents and send everything at once to be signed. Clients find it easy to click and sign.

Nachteile:

Once you have submitted the file to be signed you cannot make any edits. You need to void the request and make a copy to make the changes on a new copy and re-send.

Dochub Review

Kommentare: Good. Great software.

Vorteile:

Editing Pdfs and using to customise contracts. It negates the need for a printer in most exchanges.

Nachteile:

It isn't free. The pro version costs money, wih the free version you only receive five edits. On the sixth edit, it will allow you do it - but will ask you to pay to download the completed version. Which can be waste of time and energy.

Best e-signature solution.

Vorteile:

I tried several well known solutions before implementing DocHub. I find it easy to use and the end users, our tenants, also like the solution.

Nachteile:

Until recently, it was fiddly to use the browser solution on my mobile. I've just downloaded the app. LOVE IT.

I would like to be able to click on a line and just start typing instead of always having to add a text box.

Easy to use and easy to link

Kommentare: Does everything that i need. Quite intuitive but the contributor issue is annoying.

Vorteile:

It connects with google drive very easily and then its easy to use.

Nachteile:

When you add someone as contributor, they don't get the link emailed to them, you have to do it manually.

Vorteile:

The best thing about dochub is that it lets the users send docs to sign!

Nachteile:

There is nothing that is very concerning that I dont like!

Quick & Easy

Kommentare: Has eliminated challenges of signing and ammending electronic documents.

Vorteile:

Makes my life easier for signing contracts and ammending pdf's. Very easy to use and for others to grasp quickly. Just send an email with signature request.

Nachteile:

It is quite intuitive but do have to look up how to do tasks that I don't normally do. I haven't had to call customer service so can't comment on that.

Limit for free option was too low, thus forcing a paid account.
