I love that it's easy to use and syns with Salesforce.
I don't like that there seems to be a lag in sync time with SFDC and Boost.

Early Adopter
Kommentare: Overall experience has been extremely positive. We were an early adopter of Boostup and feel as though our ability to increase visibility in our sales stages and forecasting outcomes were driven by our shared vision. Boostup was advancing the solution and we were looking for specific tailoring which net/net, lead to a significant outcome on our sales enablement capabilities.
Vorteile:
We utilize and get value from Boostup in three primary areas; One, to assess risk of the deals in our pipeline and plan strategies to achieve. Two, to review the activity level of our reps, across key criteria (1st mtg, demo, negotiation stage) to maximize our sales enablement and at the account and deal level. And lastly, to provide a bottom up forecast based on deals in our pipeline and stage to identify early in the qtr to ensure we hit plan.
Nachteile:
At times linkages between salesforce and outlook are disrupted but, that has improved.
Risk, no more
Kommentare:
Has helped with 3 main problems:
1) Time prioritization - Helping the entire GTM org prioritize their time and efforts.
2) Forecasting - Streamlined the forecasting process to remove the manual spreadsheet work.
3) Coaching - Changed the dialogue of deal reviews (from IC to Management) to focus on engagement risk rather than other vanity metrics.
All of the above ultimately has helped with aligning all the GTM teams to focus on mitigating risk during the journey of the customer from first outreach to the renewal.
Vorteile:
Combines seller reported data (CRM) with email and calendar to provide a full 360 view of engagement.
Nachteile:
While the data engine is incredibly strong, it's still early in their product lifestyle. However, the team has been great to work with and has made a lot of custom configurations for us.
Developing Product - UI Needs Improvement

Vorteile:
It's much quicker to load and update than Salesforce and saves time by syncing into Salesforce.
Nachteile:
When you write in one of the boostUp fields, if you accidentally click out of the field, it doesn't save and you lose all that info you wrote. This is incredibly frusterating and happens all the time, making me lose a lot of time rewriting notes.

Eric, we take customer feedback very seriously - so, thank you. After reading your review, we added an enhancement that saves everything you enter as a draft until you are ready to submit. You can now move around within the platform, and everything will be saved automatically.
The only product AEs don't complain about!
Kommentare: The BoostUp team is an incredible partner across the board - from bug fixes and new feature development to training and support. BoostUp really does seem like the future of deal health and a great common language for an entire go-to-market team. The adoption rate speaks for itself.
Vorteile:
When we thought about rolling out BoostUp, one of the chief concerns (as with any sales-focused product) was AE adoption. When we discussed how the product worked overall, there was a feeling that this might contribute to micromanagement or be used to just call out where they could be doing more work. What we saw was exactly the opposite. This is the only tool that we've rolled out that AEs have enthusiastically adopted. It has made forecasting easier for our AEs, Directors, and Sales Ops team, given us a common understanding of what an account actually looks like, and made account handoffs far more complete. We ended up rolling out to the SDR team as well and again, quick adoption and strong support there.
Nachteile:
It was buggy when we rolled out and there continue to be some issues in terms of completely living in the platform w/r/t . The good news is that the team is incredibly responsive and has been willing to partner with us to quickly debug, fix issues and put things on the roadmap. Occasionally there are also issues mapping contacts on cross/upsells and filtering out marketing emails from the prospect company.
So much easier/ less time consuming to use than Salesforce
Vorteile:
I love that when I am looking into previous activity in an account I can just hover over each buyer and seller email on a time line to see what has occurred vs. having to click into each activity in Salesforce. This was instrumental when I was new and taking over accounts from previous reps to learn what had occurred. I still use it all the time to refresh myself before calls or sending follow up emails. Its great that I can see not only my emails, but previous reps as well as what my SDR has done recently in an account. It is also helpful, especially in these remote work times, for my manager to be able to see exact emails recently sent and received during our 1:1's so I can get coaching on next steps without having to forward each email to him or read them over the phone. Lastly forecasting is a breeze. I just go in each week and update my number as well as add any notes on what occurerd this week for my manager to review
Nachteile:
No dislikes yet, makes my job far easier, excited to see what they add next to help me in expediting processes
Good Product

- keeps managers up to date on where we are at with our opportunities - syncs with Salesforce
Nachteile:
- not a realtime update and sometimes syncing with Salesforce can take 24+ hours - some fields you cannot edit within Boostup
BoostUp is a GAMECHANGER
Vorteile:
BoostUp does an excellent job measuring the forecasting and identifying the biggest risks in our deal cycles. One of my favorite features is the ability to identify disengaged contacts and remind our reps to close the loop on our outstanding connections.
Nachteile:
Not really much to dislike in my experience. We were formally very Salesforce based and now all of my pipeline reviews and pipe analysis happens in BoostUp

Kommentare: Saves me time when discussing forecast with leadership. Makes me more productive as I spend my time working on then right deals. Helps shorten sales cycles since I'm able to identify risk and get ahead of it.
Vorteile:
Speed to insight. Spend time on deal strategy not endless sales forecasting discussions.
Nachteile:
Software is constantly improving each time I log in a see a new feature. Any feedback I provide get quickly resolved and folded into their solution.

BoostUp makes it very easy to dive into trends, details and risk of your pipeline and is a great tool for managing forecast
Nachteile:
Early stage so some of the features we have to make ad hoc requests to get done, but they do it quickly
Incredible tool for Forecasting, Deal Risk, and Deal Investigation... be confident in your pipeline!
Vorteile:
It's ability for Sales Reps and Managers to submit their weekly forecasts alongside the insights from BoostUp. The Engagement Risk score provided by the tool for individual deals. Allows me and my Sales Management to easily investigate deals and defend why they are / are not higher / lower in the forecast. Their slack support is incredible, by far the best of any vendor we have today. Very fast response and resolution times.
Nachteile:
The admin tools could be stronger (ex: I cannot log in as a users, I cannot add my own filters to the data), this issue is mitigated somewhat by their very good support. It is difficult for the AI to identify deals that are heavily / primarily partner run, resulting in the deals being identified as being riskier than reality. I do not like having to wait for the Forecast Risk AI Score to 'learn' from my data for a few months.
Amazing sales tool for tracking
Kommentare: I have seen better traction within my pipelines since using this tool and having better visibility of prospect engagement.
Vorteile:
I love how this tool tracks engagement with prospects and assigns a risk score. This lets we know with a which account to prioritize on a weekly basis.
Nachteile:
I have problems signing in sometimes due to the size of my monitors. The error says I'm in a mobile browser but clearly I am on my dual screens. Not a major complaint but something they should look into.
Cool engagement scoring but a platform in progress.
Kommentare: I think there is a lot of potential here but it needs some smoothing around the edges. I think it will be a great platform in the next couple of years.
Vorteile:
Boostup does a great job of measuing the "engagement" with a specific deal. It takes the emails and meetings that are happening and outputs a score. It's pretty darn accurate and does a good job helping to give you a "glance" at your deals with out diving to deeply.
Nachteile:
I have run into multiple issues with submitting forecasts. There have been many times where I submit the forecast but my manager can not see it. I think that it's gotten better over the past few months but definitely a little concerning when your manager comes back to tell you that you haven't done something that you have :)
A Great Platform for Finally Understanding Your Pipeline
Vorteile:
I'm impressed with the BoostUp capabilities for tying into all the various data sources to provide a true estimate on what pipeline will likely close, which is at risk, and what needs to be done to help save it.
Nachteile:
I can't think of anything that can be improved at this time.
Interesting software but UI is not very intuitive
Kommentare: It has some interesting data to help an AE but right now is mainly used to submit forecast week-over-week. I'm sure it can do more but it's not part of my day-to-day yet
Vorteile:
- I really like the deal momentum analytics - it does a good job of tracking activity, title, meetings, topics and calculating how the deal is trending. I've found this useful to both self police my opportunities and plan next steps with my manager
Nachteile:
The UI could use some work. It's difficult to view your opportunities as a whole. It's great for tracking active deals that are forecasted for the current quarter, but I find myself having to click a lot of buttons to see my entire pipeline for the FY or even the next quarter.
