Fantastic Customer Service

Kommentare: Fantastic customer service. This is my 8th year with SC as a tool I've used for Quality Forms. I'd recommend to anyone that is currently using paperwork.

Vorteile:

Ability to customize all of the quality checks to fit your facility. Ease of use and support that we receive.

Nachteile:

Just a few features that the SC teams are working on, but I always want them sooner than their release time.

Safety Chain User

Vorteile:

Safety chain is a user friendly application with many functions that helps us quickly capture production data and recap to necessary stakeholders. The customer support team is very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Nachteile:

There are some key features in Safety Chain that need updates to make them more effective- Cases is one of the tools that is highly worthwhile for use but does not currently have the right usability features. The charting tool is not very user friendly and it is not easy to determine form design for end data viewability when creating new use cases.

Schain review

Kommentare: Good software for forms, documentation but need some time to plan it properly.

Vorteile:

Forms and dashboards are great tools to visualize.

Nachteile:

Building forms without fonts, auto saving, the delete button, adding questions after the forms as been started , etc

SafetyChain

Kommentare: SafetyChain has helped greatly with standardization and visibilty

Vorteile:

Customer input for enhancements to the system. Active listening via customer panels, beta testing and CSM.

Nachteile:

Some aspects are clunky but the te is actively working towards solutions.

Committed to food safety

Kommentare: Working with this software since near the beginning has been an enjoyable and rewarding experience. From day one safetychain has been committed to developing a useful and user friendly food safety software.

Vorteile:

I love how user friendly safetychain is for everyone. Form Development is intuitive and using the app is just as easy.

Nachteile:

The app uses alot of bandwidth. If the wifi is not adequate then offline mode will be utilized often.

Navigation can sometimes be difficult. I would like to see tips or some type of communication that says….. did you know….. you can do this

SafetyChain? More like SafetyReign for being the best in the business

Vorteile:

The versatility of this product, being able to work within all of my documentation requirements, is fantastic!

Nachteile:

I want the barcode scanning feature to come standard in the program. It is a third-party addon.

Kommentare: The people are willing to help with issues that pop up and to help work through new use cases to ensure it works for your company’s needs.

Vorteile:

The ability to build and create to meet the needs of our company.

Nachteile:

The load times for some of the features.

Customizable and Versatile

Vorteile:

Customizability and versatility are the top two for me.

Nachteile:

If you have internet connectivity issues it can be troublesome to get all the submissions to flow through.

Vorteile:

The real life speakers! Realizing that we have so much more to learn and do and create.

Nachteile:

The breakouts were a little face paced.

Safety Chain

Kommentare: Easy to use and great support

Vorteile:

Ease of use for form creation and use of the system.

Nachteile:

Locking of dynamic flow carryover fields, document control for secure profiles. Currently can print PDFs shared. Would like only signed records to be reviewed or available to 3rd party secure profile.

Safetychain review

Kommentare: Good experience.

Vorteile:

This product is easy to use. A lot of potential. Great customer service support. Enjoy using knowledge base.

Nachteile:

Safetychain can do more than I expected, but still require training to know what all functions to understand the full capacity.

Admin Review

Vorteile:

Elimination of paper and easily audited records

Nachteile:

I still haven’t received a formal introduction to cases. Also, sing-offs versus verifications is hard to explain the differences to upper management. I’m feel there are many features I could be utilizing but didn’t get proper introduction/explanation of the function.

Vorteile:

Friendly User interface and the ability to create/design our own forms

Nachteile:

Maintenance of system without integration

SafetyChain Review

Vorteile:

Supplier Management, Quality Management, and Compliance management are flexible, fairly simple to configure and allow for quick implementation.

Nachteile:

Mobile application functionality roadmap might need to be expanded to allow for some of our challenging use cases.

Quality Product that continues to evolve.

Kommentare: I have had an excellent experience and continue to learn more about the new enhancements they continue to make.

Vorteile:

It allows us to tract product easily and easy access to records.

Nachteile:

Nothing, excellent product.

Safetychain what?

Kommentare: Very good and well received by the everyday user.

Vorteile:

The ability to edit and alter to how it is needed per business unit, not a program that is only one-sided usage.

Nachteile:

The instances when the system has errors, no description of error until seeking assistance from customer service.

My options on SafetyChain

Vorteile:

As per my experience with SafetyChain, it meets all our requirements in quality assurance side.

Nachteile:

SafetyChain needs to offer a more advance set of features in workflow management side.

SaftyChain Review

Vorteile:

Support is outstanding. The user interface is intuitive and easy to learn.

Nachteile:

Most issues we have are not related to the software. We do however notice an increase in bugs from recent releases.

Food Quality Management, Elevated

Kommentare: SafetyChain has allowed our company to elevate our in-house quality systems. We can focus our attention on continuous improvement and growing the business rather than reviewing paper records and manually transcribing data for statistical purposes.

Vorteile:

The easy-to-use software is well designed and allowed our company to transition from paper-driven process to electronic document and record management. The software is configurable to operational needs and is intuitive for users at all organizational levels.

Nachteile:

I haven't had any notable issues with the software or support to date. Any questions or concerns have been handled quickly and fully.

Great Product & Efficient

Kommentare: Overall we’ve been happy with application and most importantly the relationship and customer service which Safety Chain team has been there though high and low.

Vorteile:

Feasibility of use and ability to customize to align with company needs and wants.

Nachteile:

Performance but it’s something we’ve been able to work together and push improve customer experience. Definitely area of opportunity.

Future in Sight

Vorteile:

Great software for moving from paper and pen to digital record keeping. The more you use it the more you see the capabilities.

Nachteile:

Some areas seem overwhelming but are great once you learn it.

One of the best FSQA Management software

Kommentare: The implementation was done with the support of the SafetyChain team. The goal was to train their customer by implementing a selection of forms across different plants with their support. The first GO-Live went flawlessely and was a great success. The project Manager dedicated to the project from SafetyChain side does a phenomenal job. Their support during the implementation is excellent.

Vorteile:

Extensive SPC tools with real-time control charts Easy to design forms Intuitive interface Very stable software Accessible through many different platforms (Web, tablet apps, Windows 10 app)

Nachteile:

Lack of some customization for some basic stuff like: 1. Not possible to customize the number of digits displayed on results from calculations in forms 2. The versioning method of documents can be improved

Overall great platform!

Vorteile:

For a day to day operational function safety chain is great.

Nachteile:

Data can be a little hard to process and extract for analyzing.

Good Software
