> **Vorteile**: Zoom Phone makes it very easy to check your voicemails by adding them to a queue in the Zoom Workplace app. It also adds the transcription for you by sending you an email with the voicemail and the transcription. That's very nice for catching phone numbers and things of that nature. Meetings are very easy to schedule and log into them when others are using Zoom. It was easy to learn the system. I like being able to change my availability and out-of-office status with the app in the background options.

> **Nachteile**: With the voicemail I can clear them out in the app, but it won't clear them out from my desktop phone automatically. This could just be the type of phone we have hooked to our Zoom workplace system.
