Excellent! Fast & stable connection via desktop and mobile apps. Premium service without compromise just for $1.9/user. Great customer support. Can only recommend it!

Nachteile:

Really not much. We’d also appreciate a Linux app. It’s suited best for 100 users – but if you contact the sales team, you can get a custom offer.

GoodAccess has clearly outperformed our previous cloud VPN, demonstrating greater stability and speed. Where our office gateway fell short, GoodAccess has been there with effective solutions. Most notably, their support team is remarkably quick, helpful, and courteous, setting a new standard in customer service.

Nachteile:

One area where GoodAccess.com could improve is in their documentation. While the platform is intuitive, more detailed guides and tutorials would enhance the onboarding process for new users.

A great value VPN at a reasonable price

Kommentare: Overall I've been happy with GoodAccess. I've been with them since they were smaller and it's been nice to see them add in powerful features that help to simplify our infrastructure.

Vorteile:

I like the simplicity of the UI in the dashboard. There are a lot of powerful options, but I'm not overwhelmed. It's intuitive to use. I like being able to manage port forwarding. I also like being able to configure systems within the dashboard that I can share with other members of our team.

Nachteile:

I didn't like having to purchase a minimum number of seats to get the features we needed. We don't use all of the seats, so it feels like that could be a better experience for the customers.

VPN of choice for our Remote workers

Kommentare: Overall experience has been great, even though the company is not based in North America, anytime I had a question or concern and reached out I had a prompt response back from their customer support.

Vorteile:

Great customer service, reliable and simple to use. Their system is much simpler to set up then the other companies I had tried and perfect for what our company needs are.

Nachteile:

Wish they offered custom packages for fewer than 10 users needing access.

Good Access

Kommentare: Excellent! Eve has been our go to, if she didn't know the answer, she would find someone that did. Very helpful!

Vorteile:

Customer Service, hands down, the best, quick responses and very helpful. The auto start is also very helpful, when you log on in the morning, the program starts working!

Nachteile:

When there is a product update, the program doesn't work, you have to log off and update, restart and then run the program. Having an email sent prior to the update so we can make sure all the employees know they have to update and restart for the program to work effectively.

Very Good Service They Provide!

Kommentare: The experience is the best, this is the first VPN Static IP provider that I used and never regret using it.

Vorteile:

I like the ease of using the software, Stability and Good Service it gives.

Nachteile:

The Customer service is not 24/7 I guess. I need to wait 12 hours for a representative to respond when I had a little problem.

Vorteile:

GoodAccess VPN is an outstanding value and provides everything we need. The VPN is reliable and fast. User security is easy to maintain with SSO against our GSuite. Their customer support is fast and effective.

Nachteile:

The documentation on SSO setup was slightly lacking detail. I see it is being expanded though. We ran into an issue with the GoodAccess app not working on Macs. However, it was resolved swiftly after we reported it, and has not returned.

Effective solution with affordable price

Kommentare: GoodAccess costumer, tech and sales support is fantastic. They are very quick to reply and have made an extra effort to meet our demands.

Vorteile:

The software is very intuitive and easy to use. It allowed us to access remotely our systems which require fixed IP. It is cost effective and fit very well to the size of our team.

Nachteile:

We had some difficulty installing the software on older Windows 7 systems.

So far I am very pleaseed with the service

Kommentare: I found the customer service excellent and they reply quickly. The product is exactly what I need and has not dropped off once (unlike the main other 3 I have tried).

Vorteile:

It is simple to use with lots of features (also, in my experience the only reliable VPN I have found so far)

Nachteile:

I did feeel the minimum amount of users was a little steep at 10, but that is a minor gripe.

Very good VPN for remote teams and controlled access

Kommentare: We have been very happy with the reliability of the service, we added an extra team to this service once we evaluated the product using our first team. We find the connectivity and stability of connections stable, we have users across multiple countries and experience has been very good.

Vorteile:

Teams can share the same public IP address, team administration is very straight forward using the portal with very good security controls that can be used. Teams can have multiple gateways which adds good redundancy.

Nachteile:

Adding users to teams needs to be done in chunks, for smaller teams this makes it difficult as we end up with unused licences. It would be really good to add or remove 1 user at a time as our team sizes grow slowly.

Great for our team

Kommentare: Great. GoodAccess is so easy to start using it, had no complaints or feedback from our team. We switched from another service and are happy with the results.

The team setup, is easy to add a gateway and add our team into it.

Nachteile:

No problems so far, our team has no negative comments towards it.

As far as functionality is concerned, it exceeds my expectations. Everything I need is here, from dedicated IP/server to security. My expectations were truly raised by Good Access.

Nachteile:

It would be nice to have 24 hour chat support. It would be great if you could integrate that.

GoodAccess Keeps our Company Connected

Vorteile:

Along with a VPN we require a static IP to access our servers which host our applications. Security is obviously of utmost importance as is reliability and we get that with GoodAccess.

Nachteile:

Nothing major whatsover. The few times I have needed support it has been provided extremely fast.

A good VPN service

Kommentare: We started working from home during the COVID period and with GoodAccess VPN we were able to work as if we were in the office.The main feature is that all users connected from different locations can have the same IP address and this facilitates the configuration of Firewalls for the different services we access.

Vorteile:

The service is simple to use and configure.It's high-performance and I don't remember the system going down during the entire time of use

Nachteile:

There are no features missing regarding VPN service

Kommentare: Our company operates worldwide and many clients limit their business to their country by blocking the application for the rest of the world, so we cannot access it either. GoodAccess allows us to solve these obstacles in a very simple way.

A very simple way to create an account. Very easy to use. Very stable and reliable product. It is complementary to all major operating systems. I would recommend GoodAccess VPN to everyone.

Nachteile:

I think there should also be a GUI application for Linux users.

I'm very happy with GoodAccess, it has proved to be a very reliable and stable VPN solution for our team. I particularly like the easy set up (for both users and administrators), the well designed intuitive team dashboard and client app, and excellent customer service and support.

Nachteile:

I can't think of anything. We did have an edge case user access bug that was resolved quickly and is resolved long term with the addition of SCIM which they have recently added.

Iam using GoodAccess As static ip with my smtp servers in my company they helped me and they have clean ip in white list

It's really easy to set up and assign team members. The user interface makes it very easy to use. We use it as a VPN and restrict access to company resources.

There's really nothing not to like about it. It does everything I need at a great price.

Fixed IP with no fuss

Vorteile:

I just need a fixed UK IP address so I can connect to my servers remotely with a 4G connection. It all works very easily in the background.

Nachteile:

No issues at all. It works when you turn the computer on.
