An easy to use shipping platform with every integration I need

Kommentare: XPS is a workhorse. It's a straightforward, hardworking, and reliable resource that I use all day every day.

Vorteile:

Besides ease of use, XPS integrations allow me to bring orders from all my sales channels into one page. It's super easy to batch process address verification, packing slip printing, and purchasing/printing shipping labels. I couldn't run my business without it.

Nachteile:

The one feature I'd like to see added to XPS is integration with QuickBooks to automate cost and inventory transaction reporting.

Easy to Use, No Customer Service

Kommentare: I like the ease of use but we have mainly switched over to another platform because they do have actual friendly customer service. We ship probably 10k items a year and now only use XPS for a small amount of that.

Vorteile:

Very easy to use, easy to print labels even though it forces you to print two pages at a time.

Nachteile:

There is no customer support and when you do reach out for customer support the representatives act as if you are a problem and are never willing to help. I literally had to request that a particular employee never contact me when I have an issue because she has been so rude.

Why you should use XPS Ship

Vorteile:

the integration feature and data export/import features make it a good product to allow growth of use along with growth of business

Nachteile:

Adding custom packages seems a bit cumbersome, but it is not off-putting.

Like XPS ship better than competitors.

Vorteile:

Software is much easier to use than competitors. Even though a smaller firm like that we can reach customer service for help via telephone for immediate answer.

Nachteile:

It is hard for a small company to compete with FREE SHIP offers when we cannot qualify for better discounts. Brand loyalty should count for something!

Excellent Service for all your shipping needs

Kommentare: We started using XPS on recommendation of a Postal Worker. It's been smooth ever since we got it set up. Sometimes the interface feels dated, but the software is just robust and simply just works. It's absolutely wonderful.

Vorteile:

Integrates well with our other software, makes it easy to get labels, track shipments and compare pricing across all our accounts.

Nachteile:

At times can feel dated. Copy/paste of addresses doesn't always work.

funny the Service Charge I don't like that I'm charged a fee to use because my understanding was it was free. After a few month adding additional money to the account I started getting the service fee

Easy to use......very simple for busy small business owners Fantastic customer support. Always there to explain and educate on anything needed.

Nachteile:

Nothing negative to say! It was a little learning curve when occasional unique shipping circumstances pop up, but SO easily resolved with customer support (and they teach you how to manage it for next time!)

Vorteile:

It is pretty simple to use once you get your system setup. And getting your system setup is fairly simple too with instructions along the way to help.

Nachteile:

I'm not a fan of the recent addition of shipping deadlines listing in red type for items in the integration list that were just added that day. I would be in favor of revising the system to a variety of colors defining how long an order has been listed on the shipping list. For example, if I come in to my computer on a Monday, I would like to ship the orders that may have come in to my system late on Friday or early on Saturday. These could be highlighted red, but the Sunday orders could be yellow, and any orders from the last 24 hours should still only have a green highlight.

XPS for the Win!

Kommentare: Overall, we have been very happy with XPS. We started using it as a "back-up" shipping option for when PayPal was glitchy or down. Now we use XPS for almost 100% of our orders over 1lb in weight. It's quick & easy and the customer service is great.

Vorteile:

XPS integrates easily with my website & paypal. Client purchases show up and it is easy to print labels. I especially like the "usps verified address" that pops up. It has helped to minimize miss-ships. For packages over 1lb, XPS offers some of the most competitive rates. Their customer service has always been top-notch whenever I need to call in.

Nachteile:

With the increase in shipping prices, XPS is no longer competitive on USPS "first class" packages that weigh less than 1lb.

Thank you for the review, Ellisa. I will just mention that our USPS pricing is Commercial Pricing, and our pricing on First Class is the lowest available. USPS doesn't making better pricing available than what there is on XPS.

XPS -- easy and less costly way of shipping WITH tracking!

Kommentare: XPS gave us the ability for many users; i.e. shipping and customer service departments, to see status of our shipments to our clients so everyone could give updates. Increased our efficiency.

Vorteile:

The abiity to track shipments and its ease of use for all.

Nachteile:

The people selling it should be more knowledgeable about the product. Seems like we were learning it together. Our person who presented it to us was great and very helpful, but I have a feeling it could do more that I don't know about. Hated the FedEx integration aspect; the billing was abysmal -- over 1 month late and by that time, it was very difficult to contest charges that should not have been charged to us. Was a nightmare. Would not recommend this part of XPS at all!

Terrific shipping aid that helps us save money for our customers

Kommentare: On the rare occasions that I need support, the support is friendly and my issue gets resolved fast!

Vorteile:

Access to lower rates for our customers is the best feature! The API that auto-fills the fields for shipping is a close second. It saves us labor and prevents errors! Being able to build an address book of customers is also a helpful feature.

Nachteile:

There is nothing I don't like! There are other automations that could further improve my efficiency. The customer indicates her/his desired shipping class in WooCommerce. It's very helpful having info. passed to xpsshipper and it would be even more helpful if that shipping class would be automatically selected (so I don't have to select it - but I could override it).

Simple easy to use application

Vorteile:

I love the ability to interface directly with XPS ship from the customers order page. This avoids duplicate effort and ensure to ship accurately

Nachteile:

I do not have any negative comments to make, I have used the system for years and have not had any issues.

Job and cost saver!

Kommentare: Made my job so much better. No more post office issuers as to label and postage requirements. No more second guessing it rounding up postage fee in hopes of getting the correct amount. Love the integration of my digital scale. I am now a post office expert on the office :) I also absolutely love the incredibly supportive, kind, and patient Customer Care Representatives. They have walked me through the process and have been amazing during my follow up calls.

Vorteile:

Printing labels from my desk that the post office approves - we had issues with mailing Priority packages without the bar codes. I always get the postage amount right (no more retuned packages for insufficient funds). I can “price shop” different services for most cost-effective shipping. I can track a package up to 6 months to ensure delivery. Love the discount, too as well as automatic probe increases by USPS reflected.

Nachteile:

Please integrate the ability to add the cost and service of return receipt and certified mail.

A gamechanger for us

Vorteile:

We have used several of the competitors to XPS but this is the best for us. XPS easily integrates with shopify stores, ebay, Amazon and others so when you log in, your orders are right there! We also integrated our UPS and Fedex accounts so the price shown includes our discounts. XPS prices are lower than USPS. Most surprising thing: calling for help (which we have only done a handful of time) is fast. We have never had to wait on hold and....the reps give you the correct answer quickly. Shocking!

Nachteile:

shipping prices on ebay are often a little cheaper on some items but we're talking pennies.

Easy to use and print labels. There is no monthly fee. Login is simple

Nachteile:

UPS rates are too high. You should offer more discounts with UPS. When we ship via ebay or amazon the UPS rate is significantly lower. Copy and paste address does not work properly. I've asked customer service and was told that after a certain volume with UPS. UPS asked XPS to have it's users (us) create our own account. I don't understand why there is a rule like this. Since we use Amazon and ebay's to purchase shipping labels via UPS and it's all under accounts, not ours.

Kommentare: Overall experience has been excellent, and we especially value XPS's customer service. We have not used it often, but when we have needed support it has been available on the phone, immediate, and excellent.

Vorteile:

The software is Intuitive and comprehensive

Nachteile:

Definitely the biggest problem with XPS is that it will not allow us to integrate the two separate UPS accounts that we have--it only allows integration with one UPS account at a time. Other shipping software (e.g., Shipstation and Pirate Ship) have this functionality. For this reason and this reason alone I am looking at switching away from XPS.

Best Product To Date

Kommentare: We save a lot in shipping cost by using this software. We found lost packages quick and easily by having a barcode tracking label.

Vorteile:

This product is the most easy to use by myself and employees. Just click and print. It saves all our customer data information for repeat buyers.

Nachteile:

The ACH withdrawal authorization does not stay with account. In the past several months the software switches to credit card and charges us a fee which means we loose valuable shipping monies to fees. This has been very discouraging to us.

Kommentare: This software makes shipping orders very convenient. It saves a lot of time from standing in line at the post office, especially when we have more than ten orders to ship a day. It is also very easy to reload [ayments to the account.

Best Software I have found!

Kommentare: I love the software and recommend it all the time. I do have people tell me that it doesnt necessarily have the best shipping rates - many have recommended Pirate Ship - but I love the product and how easy it is to use and dont plan on changing.

Vorteile:

I love that XPS integrates with my website to import all our orders. While other competitor products have this feature, XPS integrates seamlessly and reduces time in our shipping process.

Nachteile:

I really wish that XPS had greater analytics or reporting into our shipping costs, common shipping locations, etc.

The best shipping option!

Vorteile:

It’s easy to use, pairs with Shopify and offers postage rates lower than any other I’ve found.

I have no complaints at all! XPS has been a game changer when Shopify shipping was nothing but problems for me.

Vorteile:

This is user friendly and any single time I have had an issue (usually an APO or international label) or with adding funds/purchasing a label, and have used the 800 number, the customer service has been quick and fabulous!

Sometime slow to load, but that could also be on my network's end
