Intuitive with TOP NOTCH suppoet
Kommentare: We are so happy we switched! It’s been almost 2 years (next month). Being able to access the system (not some online report version of it) from anywhere is awesome!
This software is very easy to learn and use. It is extremely customizable and you don’t have to have to be a programmer to do it. The support is the best! If you don’t have time to get something setup right away, just call or send an email and the changes will be done ASAP! They understand our business and they have lots of good ideas to help us improve our guests’ experiences.
The reporting is not the best. It takes some really good Excel skills to sort the data for some of the reports. But they are very responsive to suggestions and requests.
Active8 should run the world!
Kommentare: Staff training and onboarding has been very smooth. I get feedback from customers saying that the system on their end is very easy to use. I often have guests that have already filled out waivers, bought tickets and checked themselves all on their own before even stepping into the park. It brings me great satisfaction because it lets me know the system works and it makes my job as on operator a lot easier. I also love that Active8 is always innovating and actively searching for ways to continue making their system better.
I love that is cloud based and that I can log in from anywhere remotely. The system is very easy to learn and naturally intuitive.
I would like to see a calendar view at some point. Being able to see a full month calendar view would make it easier to see every party booking at a glance and help prepare to schedule accordingly. I have mentioned it before and I believe it's already in the works. Hopefully is part of a future update.
Active8 is thee best!
Kommentare: Active8 has the most perfect client support division ever. They are continually able to help or respond to any question and it's consistently a speedy reaction. The product setup is very easy and most functionality is super user friendly.
It brings me extraordinary fulfillment since it tells me the framework works and it makes my work as on administrator much simpler.
Functionallatiy comes to a halt if the network drops
Kommentare: As someone who has been working with the system since the company first began (Our company was the first location it launched in) I can honestly say the system has improved immensely. Like any new software it was rocky at first, but as time went on Active8 made amazing progress, this POS is Easy to use And the company is a dream to work with.
Overall easy to use, it’s very intuitive and Dream for training.
Some functions on the backend get a little complicated... nothing major, plus the customer service is always willing to help you, and explain to you the process.

Best Customer Service
Active8 has the absolute best customer service department EVER! They are always willing to help or answer any question and it’s always a quick response. There is nothing more stressful then running a business and having their support when it’s needed is so reassuring.
The onboarding process was super easy and we had [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]
come out and get us setup before we opened. He also trained us and our staff, sooo helpful.
Easy for staff to use, the reports are great and super functional. The product setup is very easy and most functionality is super user friendly.
I think the scheduler could use some work, but it’s not a deal breaker. I do wish that things weren’t so hard coded on the back end, it makes us needing changes a challenge because only Active8 can make the changes. However, I understand the reasoning behind this, too many cooks in the kitchen is never a good thing.

-Active8 is much more intuitive and user-friendly than other POS systems I've worked with -Onboarding process was streamlined and the team was very detail-oriented -Support team always addresses issues within a few hours with clear, concise, and accurate answers
-Depending on the number of inventory items you have, check out for snacks and drinks can be cumbersome. Use of attributes and/or barcode scanning can help mitigate this issue

Kommentare: Awesome, they have been very helpful from startup to opening. Lot of support, always willing to help and talk.
The ease of use, and the ability to call with questions. They really helped customize and set up exactly what we needed, and worked within our timeline to make sure we were ready to go the day we planned to open.
Only thing we have noticed so far is just not allowing us to type in the names of all checked in customers and then selecting a differing product for each. Must select the same product for each search you do.

Active 8 is best in class for the family entertainment industry and specifically Trampoline Parks. The team at active 8 is constantly asking the right questions and staying up to speed, as much as possible, in adding the ever changing features our business needs to adapt and thrive.
While all POS systems have their shortcomings, A8 is constantly improving and adapting.
Kommentare: We've been on the system for a 1 week now and very happy. There have been learning curves but A8 support has been there every step of the way.
- Ease of use. Intuitive - Support: Deployment, Technical, Back Office - System functionality is available from any location. For example if the staff is having issues with the system I can log in to the system from any location replicate their issue and guide them to a solution.
- Network dependent. If our network drops we loose functionality. Having a local hot-spot backup is an option.

Very customizable to meet customer needs. All in one POS for all park needs from tickets to parties to employee management
Only thing that can be improved would be to search accounts easier with similar matching items. Not the POS fault when customers make the mistake.
Ease of use. intuitiveness. Light years ahead of previous product we used.
receipts at front desk cannot be printed without "tip" option due to needing that function in food area.

There is no kitchen module yet but it is in the works and should be live before the end of the year.
