Kommentare: I liked Padlet. I LOVE Sandbox!! So easy to use, and as a professional trainer, user friendly on the other side of a virtual call as well!

Vorteile:

I have been mourning the loss of Jamboard since I first received notice that it was going away and searching for a replacement since. Sanbox is THE PERFECT replacement!!! Easy to use and share with some cool new features as well! I work as a professional trainer. Sandbox is A LIFESAVER to ensure I can get participants engaged and sharing thoughts and ideas easily and instantly.

Nachteile:

It would be nice if there were more solid background color choices.

Padlet as an instrument for Lesson Delivery

Kommentare: It has been pleasant and useful as I enjoy engaging my students in the learning

Vorteile:

Ease of use with AI, is the added feature which I found useful.

Nachteile:

None yet. I will certainly use it with students in the new session and provide my feedback. I enjoy an interactive presence online with my students.

My Educator's Appreciation for Padlet!

Kommentare: My Pros describe--I've used in my math and reading content teaching with 5th grade. I've also used extensively with my Adult ESL students! They enjoy using it, adding pictures and it enhances their writing skills. Love it!

Vorteile:

Many different ways to use for teaching strategies/writing/math, all content areas at all different levels, plus the captivating backgrounds! Please add more captivating backgrounds!

Nachteile:

Nothing! However, possibly, when you have updates to the different areas of the platform, it's a bit hard to adjust to the newness. Have used for years! Still want to use!

The Ultimate Multi-Use Sharing Space

Kommentare: Overall Padlet is a fantastic toolset. I would highly recommend giving it a try.

Vorteile:

Padlet is a great multi-tasker - the Swiss Army Knife of digital collaboration. Many features that are the central selling point of entire services exist within Padlet as just another option for how you create your space. I use Padlet for sharing, working with teams, submitting ideas, and even to gather feedback.

Nachteile:

One downside of Padlet is the freedom and openness can mean that you have to be a bit more intentional about how you set up your space in order to get what you want. More options and flexibility is great! But it also means there's more to choose from and more to filter out.

Everything in one spot

Kommentare: I have been using it for about 5 years in flipped classes of children and adults, it is a useful space for both sharing ideas and socialising.

Vorteile:

It is user friendly, you do not need any extra skills to use it. It is easy to design for different target groups and needs.

Nachteile:

There isn´t anything like this, sometimes there are more changes at a time but you become familiar with very quickly.

Great for visual people!

Vorteile:

Padlet is a great way to organize and keep track of information in categories. I am a children's librarian, and I use it to keep track of the books I've read aloud to students by grade level, but I also use the map feature to show where on Earth the books I read are set. Rather than simply writing the title, I can save the and organize images of the books plus their titles. This really helps me as visual person. I've also used it to create text sets of information for students to access . For example, I have an Oil Spills text set that include links to books we have in our library, youtube videos, and infographics. When students study this topic in science, they can reference the text set Padlet to find all the information they need in one place. It's just a really great and versatile app that can be used in tons of ways.

Nachteile:

My school district pays for Padlet, but I'm not sure I'd use it if it weren't free through the district. I've used way more than my allotted three.

Padlet is excellent

Kommentare: Excellent! My students and conference attendees can add and use the product as I control when it is locked and unlocked! Love the QR code as well to share!

Vorteile:

When other programs fail - Padlet will play resources!

Nachteile:

Moving the icons into place; however, you can control this we different templates.

Loving Padlet!

Kommentare: I was introduced to it in 2019 and have found so many different uses for it in my face-to-face and online courses.

Vorteile:

I love the many different ways I can use Padlet in my courses. I use the map feature to discuss periods and poverty in my sex education course; I use the video uploads for students to introduce themselves; and I use the picture upload for a qualitative analysis of culture in my gender roles class.

Nachteile:

I don't like that I have to pay to use it in order to benefit from the uses I have for it, but at least it's tax deductible as a teacher expense.

good to give more space

Kommentare: easy for me to collect students opinion during my class. so, i can read during my break when i don't have time to share or discuss in the class.

My Padlet Experience

Kommentare: I had a very positive experience, and I was truly disappointed when I found out that it was only a free trial. I thought the district hafd bought this app. for the teachers and students.

Vorteile:

I liked to use Padlet for vocabulary lessons. Students apply the vocabulary words to write sentences. It's an efficient way to check their understanding and application of sentence structure. Students love to post/ publish their sentences with the related word. Als used for brain storming ideas on different writing genres.

Nachteile:

It was easy to use, fun, and time efficient. (User friendly)

Easy way to organize your self.Its a game changer.

Kommentare: Before keeping files and records was hard and mind numbing, but since i started using it things are easy and effective.It keeps assets and my team files very well.

Vorteile:

It is easy to use this software and very flexible.Used it for a while to organize my work and ideas.It is used for collaboration of files, keep digital files visually.It gives it's users control and flexibility to customize their work.It has been great to me and my team.

Nachteile:

No complaints but instead am glad that it exists.

Easy way to share my information

Padlet is great for student to record themselves speaking!

Kommentare: My overall experience was great! I use Padlet more because flipgrid is gone.

I love that I can have my ESL and Spanish students record themselves practicing speaking!

There is not anything that I did not like about Padlet.

I love very much my Padlet!

Kommentare: I knew the Padlet in the middle of 2020 year and since this I use for profissional and personal purposes. Like teacher, I share contents, exercises and stuff with my students. As private purposes, I use like photos galery to share with my family and friends. When my father was sick my sisters and I share all contenst that we found to help us to understaind his disease.
I think that is a great tool for many purposes

Vorteile:

It´s easy to use, allow exposition of contents and interaction with the readers. It´s funny, humorous and versatile. It´s for free If you wish!

Nachteile:

Nothing! Believe me, I joke around calling myself "The Padlet crazy girl!", because I use Padlet for everthing!

Ease of use

Nachteile:

I can’t mark/ annotate and upload the same piece of submitted work. I’ve to repost after downloading the picture. Sometimes when I download the photo, the word “downloading” pops up on my phone but I can’t file it in files or photo album. So I don’t know where does the downloaded file stored.

Padlet for Life!

Kommentare: I love it! I am always sharing tips and tricks about Padlet at work with my team. I conduct training for Padlet in my university. I also share the constant updates about Padlet with my team members. I cannot imagine planning my lessons, training or anything else without Padlet!

Nachteile:

More formats please. More webinars too. I would also like to work for Padlet 🦾

Best tool for classroom

Kommentare: I really enjoy using it in my classroom as it's an easy way for students to share their works onto Padlet.

Vorteile:

the amount of Padlet I can create. Maybe it can be added if a new user joins Padlet via my referring code.

Padlet Review

Vorteile:

I use Padlet to work, I am a French teacher. I love that Padlet is easy to use and share content with my students. They use it to submit homework. I would like to have more tools in writing (e.g. changing the color of the font or the font itself).

Nachteile:

- the little amount of free padlet to create - the fact that you can only pay via Paypal (I dont't have Paypal and I was willing to purchase the premium access...)

A good teaching tool

Kommentare: I'm a high school educator, and I've used Padlet since 2018. I think it's a great platform that allows to students to make creative presentations, and I've encouraged other colleagues to use it as well.

Vorteile:

It's easy for students to use, it allows them to be creative, and it facilitates collaboration.

Nachteile:

I feel like there are so many features that I haven't taken the time to explore, but this isn't real problem.

Education tool

It is very useful to sort and store resources and also for communication and collaboration.

Nachteile:

The fact that you can only attach one link or resource to each post.
