There some gaps in this that should be improved like customized filters, tags. For pre screening, you should add some questionnaires.

It's very easy to use and convenient. The UI which makes it easier to add or remove any details or to customize the fields.

I really love the Kanban style of hiring stages, Just drag and drop, select templates, saves a lot of time. So many features available similar to the top ATS like Job diva and Bullhorn for a very reasonable price.

AI Parsing could have been better, especially for the PDF files.

100Hires is very easy to use and has a great intuitive user interface. It does not take long to start using the software and become a pro. The value is 5x the cost in terms of time savings for me and my team when recruiting. The platform has all the features I was looking for and made switching from Google Hire easy and pain free.

My only request was some type of built in interview or call scheduling feature.

This platform alone provides all of the features you would require from three other systems.Your recruitment team will surely save plenty of time because its seamless integration with job boards and social media networks expands reach and visibility, allowing you to reach a larger audience. They provide plenty of job description templates, have a phone call and text message feature, and have email nurture campaigns that other ATS are missing.Also, they have a Chrome extension where you can easily import candidates' information from Linkedin and other websites.
Nachteile:
They are new to the market, but their features and functionalities beat all other existing ATS on the market!

This is what the new feature I recently discovered, which has made managing candidate information much more convenient. The extension allows you to update candidate details, hiring stage, and notes directly eliminating the need to visit their full profile page. I have done a test trial and was amazed at the benefits. The new feature of the Chrome extension is incredible. The only thing I would like the team to revise is the rate.
Really loved this Tracking System
Kommentare: Working for 1 year as Tech Recruiter in an American company I have seen that only 1 platform (100hires) substitutes at least 3 used daily, more intuitively and easily to be used.

What I liked most in 100hires is how the extension and platform replace many other extensions used by American companies in the Recruiting sector. It can save candidates' profiles (directly from LinkedIn) to the ATS without the need to export or change any information. It is also intuitive and easy to use while accompanying the candidates.Easy and faster management with all functions needed by Tech Recruiters, since importing profiles, bulk editions, the entire follow-up, and many other features.
Nachteile:
Nothing so far. It already has many features that aren't found all in only one platform, also many new features are being implemented (some of them unique and innovative in the market).

Best ATS I've used!
Kommentare: My overall experience in 100 hires is really good. I would say that as a recruiter, this ATS is a one-stop shop for all your ATS needs. You can screen your candidates here, you can schedule for an interview and score them all in one site. You don't need to transfer to other ATS for other tasks. Aside from saving time accessing ATS, I think it also helps recruiter use their time in a more productive manner if they only have one login credentials for all ATS.

What I like most about this software is the customization feature and the Chrome Extension feature. One of my dilemma as a recruiter is copying email templates from my notes and manually pasting them in the ATS or outlook and then manually input candidate's email address and other details. Their customization feature is very flexible for recruiters. The Chrome Extension is also a great feature as we can easily add candidates from other portals with their complete details already in it! Amazing, right?
Nachteile:
Just one thing that I've noticed is the pop up notification on the lower left side of the site about a random person has applied, something like that.

It cannot import reports in Excel, there is no option to import candidate dump in excel

Maybe the interview scheduling aspect is a bit confusing.
