Perfect ATS system
Vorteile:
The ability to tailor the hiring workflow to our specific needs has been a huge benefit. We can create custom stages, adjust interview templates, and design evaluation criteria that fit our company’s recruitment strategy.
Nachteile:
Managing multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously may slow down the process for individual hires

ATS - Create Great Candidate Experience!
Kommentare: I am feeling that 100hires is like my vision in ATS has come true. I am very like the capability to have custom features everywhere; that's maybe one of the strong USPs. Recruitment can be more efficient and effective.
Vorteile:
1. The custom feature to decide the workflow process based on the company's needs. 2. A comprehensive feature of ATS that can be very user-friendly. 3. Robust data analysis to get insight from the recruitment process. 4. Seamless integration with another application (ex. career website internal and external). 5. Easily design the candidate feedback to create a great recruitment experience.
Nachteile:
Many features will lead to confusion for the user at the beginning so we have to understand our own recruitment business process
ATS review
Vorteile:
It helps in searching the candidates through different platforms, Job advertisement and It also help in maintaining the internal database, initial screening and scheduling interview. So, it is cost effective.
Nachteile:
It can be more user friendly. Few features like offer release and upload can be added to maintain the record of candidates offer.

I have been using 100hires for a couple of weeks now, and I am definitely satisfied with the result. It helps me reduce my time on sourcing the candidates up to 40% through its comprehensive and professional workflow and dashboard, and I am sure it will be reduced the more I use it. As a professional in HR with around 20 years of experience I have use many HRIS and ATS apps, but this one stands out with its professionalism that allows you to work fast and get great results.
Nachteile:
Still no cons, I will definitely get back with my suggestions if I notice anything during my work with the system.

I love the ease of use of this product! Everything you will need to communicate with your internal team and candidates is here, and it will make your life easier with every step of the process with drag-and-drop features and every step available at your finger tips.

Nothing so far! I think this is a great ATS for all levels of companies.

It is an easy to use platform, I'm able to connect easily with different job boards and has a lot more features when compared to other ATS.

Kommentare: 10/10. The features of the system is very easy to understand even without some training, you will be able to navigate the system easily.
Vorteile:
What I like about the ATS is the way it easily organizes candidate movement or pipelining. It can also group candidates based on the job order or opening. Job Posting option is also easy to navigate,
Nachteile:
There's none. It is an excellent ATS and would recommend.

What I liked least about 100Hires is its limited integration capabilities with other HR tools and systems. This can create challenges in maintaining a seamless workflow, especially in a tech ecosystem that relies on interconnected applications for comprehensive talent management and data analysis. Expanding its integration options would greatly enhance its utility by enabling smoother transitions and data sharing across different platforms.

ATS for simplicity and maximum candidate outreach
Kommentare: Overall exp is positive and satisfied with the offerings. Hope they keep on implementing new features.
Vorteile:
100hires gives easy options and approach to scale up talent requirements faster by posting jobs and getting applicants in well arranged manner. They have interface which is easily understandable for non-technical person, lightning setup and provide a microsite as a basic webpage for organization. Each job can have multiple stages, we can set stages of evaluation as per our requirement. Messaging system allows candidates to reach out to TA team for any doubts. Their easy apply like option of easy addition of candidates with Google Chrome extension makes maintaining candidate pool very simple task. As summary, it is fast and gives great ROI as it pushes jobs on multiple job boards free of cost.
Nachteile:
They have to improve on some colors as colors look bit faded. I could not find option of setting up in Brand colors.

Smooth ATS

Vorteile:
Easy to use, easy to navigate, integration seems easy to follow, based on previous experience, I find 100hires more suitable for any organization, no matter the size, it gives the right information and statistics at any given time, which is important on a daily basis, makes hiring process more enjoyable for both HR and HM managers.
Nachteile:
The color seems too dark compared to the letters and font.

Vorteile:
Easy User interface, automated feedback mechanism, reliable support desk if the need arises and visually appealing design.
Nachteile:
None at the moment. However the cost for subscription is quit amazing.

100Hires - new great solution for recruiting
Vorteile:
1. Straightforward and user-friendly UI/UX; 2. The system can automatically generate the Job Description based on the title you fill out when you create the new vacancy. It can be helpful to have such a template for companies that don't have any Job Description templates; 3. You can customize all the recruitment stages, add comments to the candidate card, attach additional files to the candidate card; 4. You can send emails via the system or send a message via your mailbox, and it'll automatically displayed in the system, which is super helpful so you have all the communication info in the system also, not only in your mailbox. Make the recruitment process more accessible by automating and synchronizing different mailboxes (Gmail, Outlook, etc.). There is a customization 100Hires can do especially for you in the system if you have some requests, which is also great.
Nachteile:
There is always an opportunity to grow. At this stage, almost all the necessary functionality is in the system. Also, I think this product will develop and add some new features in the future.

I liked the flow of the app and how intuitive it is. It has customizable pipelines, integrations with different job boards which allows posting jobs for free!

Maybe they could change the font, or some button colors, but that is design related. Everything else is good.

Superb portal should go for it it had made easy tracking, onboarding and have great Workflow management. The UI is easily understood .
