Webmerge has been an amazing tool for our organization.
Vorteile:
Webmerge has a very robust templating system and offers a large catalog of integration tools and API access which enables us to develop automated solutions in a secure and timely manner.
Nachteile:
It would be good if Webmerge could add more Azure Cloud services integrations, such as Azure Storage. Right now they only support Amazon S3, Google Drive, Box, and Dropbox.
A reliable tool for everyone
Kommentare: I would recommend it to everyone especially if you are in the field of recruiting that requires a lot of documents that needs a signature of the candidate. It makes my work so easy, same for the candidates by just clicking the document they can instantly sign the documents.

Nachteile:
So far I don't see any problems with Formstack, it has been a great help to recruiters like me especially if we need the candidates to electronically sign a certain documents.
A little bit complicated to create documents with salesforce

Easy change of document layouts and integration to other tools, especially salesforce and the divergence of documents to create

Process efficiency for standard processes. For users it does need too many steps to create and wait for the created documents
Extremely Valuable Software
Vorteile:
Webmerge has streamlined our business processes and saved us money, increased accuracy, and increased speed. The integrations with docusign make sending contracts out for signature absolutely seamless. In addition, the integration with Zapier makes Webmerge infinitely configurable.
Nachteile:
None, The software is very well designed and is reliable. We have not ran into any issues. Customer service is very prompt, so even if there were any issues, they would be addressed within minutes.
WebMerge - enhancing our internal system and customer interactions
Kommentare: Positive, clean, efficient, to the point, easy and straightforward.
Vorteile:
It easily integrates with Zapier and our Kintone platform. This allows us to streamline our processes even further; including customer interaction.
Nachteile:
It does require a tad bit of programming to handle attachment fields - but it's certainly not a deal-breaker.

1) it helps us to quickly merge documents. 2) it is user friendly and reliable. 3) best thing is that customer support service is too good.

This is really a good tool which I highly recommend to all. Price is the only thing which is quite high.

Total Lifesaver
Kommentare: We use WebMerge to pull client project details from several apps out of Podio. We collect a ton of information over the course of several months. WebMerge allows us to click a few buttons and generate a set documentation to hand off to the client at the end. While it can be a little technical to set up, the customer support is as good as it gets. Great service!

Very efficient for automatic pdf

It's very easy to use it with their API Also, customising mails and PDFs helps you to automate complete processes on your business like sending quotes, invoices, reservations etc
Nachteile:
Design and user experience are a little bit too old compared to the value of their software

Saves the time

The webmerge really helped us in saving our loot of time we have to sebd loot if emails to our potenital customer and webmerge had realky made it easy and fast for us

Webmerge is a gem
Kommentare: Our company has been using webmerge for a few years now. We use it for all of our reporting. The implementation for automated text assembly is extremely easy to use. We also use it to generate tables in documents and insert figures. All of these features are seamless with our Podio project management system now. Nothing but excellent things to say about Webmerge!
Vorteile:
Easy of use with Microsoft Office documents (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Seamless integration with Podio and Zapier.
Nachteile:
Complex table generation is somewhat cumbersome, but honestly haven't found a better cloud solution unless you're willing to set up a server and apply custom code.
We use this software as an extension to Pipedrive to quickly generate documents.
Kommentare: Fast and systematic document generation, high versatility along with very nice integration with other software or web services.
Vorteile:
We like the strong versatility of this software thanks to its ability to fully read the data provided by the API of the software it integrates with. The conditional formatting of the documents is really thorough, allowing us to make elaborate documents for which the information is adapted to the user. It requires very low maintenance once your setup is done. Delivery options are vast and very well made: for instance, you can deliver your documents to Dropbox, which is neat. The data routing feature is also amazing to quickly discernate which document template should be used based on a set of predefined conditions.
Nachteile:
The triggering and delivery behavior can sometimes be erratic depending on how quick the user does the trigger event for document generation. However, this is minor and the problem rarely manifests itself. Otherwise, I did not find anything impacting my workflow negatively with this web service.
Great service, Stellar support
Kommentare: I've been using WebMerge for the past few years to merge proposals from our CRM. It has removed the tedious task of copying/pasting customer data into proposals, greatly improving the efficiency of our sales process. WebMerge's great service is only surpassed by its stellar support. Beyond its robust help articles and community content, I have received almost immediate responses to any submitted support requests - which adequately answer any pending questions. I would highly recommend this software.

Makes document creation super easy from the data you already have
Kommentare: Trying to create documents where you need to output a specific option based on the inputs you have is very time-consuming. Formstack take all that away and it's pretty much the only tool that can handle those complex logic paths. Excellent.
Vorteile:
Easy to get started and design your documents the way you want them to look. Pull in the data from multiple sources and it all happens super fast. The Airtable integration makes sit a breeze. The conditional visibility function is incredible for complex document creation based on multiple input options.
Nachteile:
Can be a little expensive and the pricing options can be confusing, but the value it brings to creating large numbers of documents or very complex documents makes it a must-have.
Great Product - Something more companies should be looking at
Kommentare: When I originally started with my current company, I was in the position where I could make changes that would fundamentally change the way we onboard people into our company. Going paperless was the first task I had in mind, and WebMerge made that possible with very little training. The only slight niggle I would have with their system is their account packages, the higher one being less value for money.
Lowering human error
Kommentare: With Webmerge we have lowered the human errors in making document packages. Manually combining document sets and trying to make sure everyone in your team uses the right format for documents is a thing of the past! No more inconsistencies or funny looking documents! Yay!

PROS
WebMerge is user friendly and scales to our needs. Exemplary workflow and document creation. WebMerge provides integration with numerous other software providers. We were pleased to see Adobe EchoSign (now Adobe Document Cloud) among the integrations as this is critical in our workflows. The price is very reasonable and we experienced an immediate return on investment as staff time saved and paper process reduction continues to offset the monthly cost.
CONS
Advanced integration setups that send data in an array or JSON object requires a slight learning curve but support is very quick to respond and clear help documentation is available.
BOTTOM LINE
If you are looking for an efficient and reliable way to merge your data into virtually any document scenario, you should consider WebMerge. A free trial is offered so there is nothing to lose and a lot to gain.

Webmerge Is a Life Saver!!!
Kommentare: I use Webmerge with Infusionsoft to populate quotes to send to my clients. I almost gave up on infusionsoft because the in app quote tool was so terrible. After months of searching I found the Http post sync between infusionsoft and webmerge. Webmerge populates a custom quote that pulls all the contact data from infusionsoft and pluggs it into the Webmerge PDF quote.

The setup instructions for what I was doing were confusing and took me forever to get working

Great possibilities to use reports and comfortable handling. WebMerge fits perfectly into Salesforce, no technical problems so far. The support team reacts really fast and the preview function is very useful.
Nachteile:
It could be faster while generating reports, sometimes its a little bit laggy. The pricing model is ok, but could be better. Especially for a high amount of documents.
Great product, great service!
Kommentare: Our company had a situation where we needed a form and a way to output the form into PDF depending on how our clients answered the form. One of the agencies we work with recommended using WebMerge. We gave it a shot, and WebMerge had all the answers to the problems and situations we had to solve. If we didn't know something, we contacted Customer Support, which helped us along the way. Customer support was stellar by the way; speedy response time, great solutions, and it made the whole service and experience great. Currently, we are still using WebMerge as it works great and still answers our needs for this particular project.

Nachteile:
Minor things, like we didn't know out of the box that we could add custom css into the fields.
