I also love that you can set up payment programs and subscriptions. It's a very user-friendly product made specifically for coaches.
I have clients who prefer to pay for their subscriptions differently and while you can manage that in plans, it requires setting how many appointments etc. That can be a hassle for me.

Vorteile:
I love the feel, the design of Paperbell. It keeps my clients in the same high level visual from my sales page to the checkout process. It is easy to use, easy to update and easy for my clients to navigate
Nachteile:
I'm not getting the text reminder features. Slowly great features are being added but I'm also paying twice as much as I did with Acuity.

Paperbell Payment Platform Gets Better and Better
Kommentare: One thing I love about Paperbell is that they're constantly improving and upgrading. The Paperbell I signed up for last year was already a lot of bang for my buck (and I'm so glad I signed up for a full year, rather than month-to-month!), but the Paperbell of today is on a whole other level. For example, I had an issue where the wrong Zoom link would show up in my scheduled sessions. Shortly thereafter, Paperbell sent an email saying that they had tweaked the online conferencing process such that I could plug my own Zoom link into the session more easily. I think I got a better feel for the calendar management process, but there's room for that process to be even more streamlined.
Vorteile:
I've had Paperbell for almost a year now, and it has been great! I love that it streamlines the payment, scheduling, and client management process into a one-stop shop.
Nachteile:
Payment processing is it's strongest suit, while calendar management could stand to be more user-friendly. I have had difficulty in the past with plugging in my calendar availability for certain programs, even though my synced calendar would show a time slot as being available. I had to disconnect and reconnect my Google calendar to get it to work correctly.

Almost the Bell of the Ball
Kommentare: I enjoyed my initial trial phase and enjoyed much of what was offered but in the end, it was not the most ideal for me or the clients I help to find smart solutions. I do think it's a great option for established coaches looking to streamline their processes and I appreciate that they are still finding ways to improve their offerings.
Vorteile:
I like that it provides an all in one solution, the automated contracts and that you can customize bundle options depending on clientele. It is super convenient for someone looking for ease in execution once you are familiar with the process.They have recently done some upgrades which add to their appeal.
Nachteile:
Although it is an all in one, it has limited integrations and the price point is a bit high which can be cost prohibitive, especially for newer and smaller businesses. The fact that you can only access via the web is also a bit restrictive.

The intuitive client management choice
Kommentare: Schedule and payments are breeze. It has allowed me to make the best use of my time and collect subscription payments seamlessly. Although the client note section is very clunky, Zapier integrations allow an easy fix.
Vorteile:
I love Paperbell. It is easy to set up and deploy. My clients find it quite easy to use. The developers consistently add more features so the program becomes more robust. And it's great as it is!
Nachteile:
I don't have any complaints! But some clients have a difficult time with the login process and finding the client portal. Paperbell has done quite a bit recently to help with the second issue. The client notes section is very clunky.

Vorteile:
It was very easy to set up Paperbell compared to other pricier brands. It easily connected to my website and allows scheduling to happen without redirection from my site. I have a clean client facing interface.
Nachteile:
I wish the store front could be more customizable because it just looks like a bunch of boxes just thrown on the screen without regard to make it look attractive. It would be nice to choose from a pre-existing template for how the store front will look or even the package landing/checkout pages. I wish clients could message me or email me directly in the app. A testimonial feature built in would be amazing.

Love Paperbell!!
Kommentare: The whole setup was super easy and all their supporting documentation was brilliant and answered nearly every question I had. The integration with Stripe had me up and running in no time!
Vorteile:
I wanted calendaring software that was more than just enabling my clients to set up appointments AND was easy to set up emails and availability. I wanted to minimize my time in setting everything up so I could get started quickly and still look professional to my clients. I love the Notes section for each client as I've been trying to minimize the numerous notebooks I have for each client.
Nachteile:
Would really love the Client's Notes section and would like it if it was searchable. Want flexibility for my clients or me to reschedule appointments in less than 24 hours...emergencies happen.

Great idea with searchable notes, will add that to the feature request docket. In terms of reschedule/cancelations totally feel you there, emergencies do happen. It's still totally possible to reschedule within 24 hours, you'll just need to be the one to cancel/reschedule - not them. You can do this by modifying their appointment. Samantha, Team Paperbell

Kommentare: Overall, it's been really good. The customer support is AMAZING & take requests to heart. I've had several items requested be updated in the software & it's been awesome to see. They're also very quick to respond during the work week. (they don't do weekends, for work/life balance for their employees, which I think is wonderful!)

I love that this software allows you to have everything in one spot. Programs, Group Coaching, Clients, Scheduling, Payments (Pay in full, bi-weekly, monthly, subscriptions), Client Notes, Contract Signing, Appointment Tracking, Surveys, Private Content, Direct Emailing to Clients.
Nachteile:
The notes feature needs to be updated to allow time-stamped note-taking. It currently is just one big text box that requires you to designate when the last session was (I put a line after the last session & new date). This causes a long scroll though to get to the end of your notes for the next session.

Vorteile:
I love the simplicity of this product. I actually appreciate that it doesn't have too many bells and whistles. It manages my appointments and packages and payments are a breeze. I also love that you can set up payment programs and subscriptions. It's a very user-friendly product made specifically for coaches. I tried another very popular system and hated it, so I'm very happy to have found Paperbell. I also love how easy it is to embed the scheduler right onto my website, and it looks beautiful. There is no fussing needed to make it look nice on the site.
Nachteile:
I'd like to see the option to set up in-person appointments. As it stands, I have it integrated with Zoom, and it automatically sends a Zoom link, which I appreciate. However, I am currently having to use Calendly to supplement in-person appointments.

One thing we recommend is using the Custom URL. This way you can add a link to your Zoom as well as the address you hold in-person appointments. Perhaps this could be a good workaround for now! Kommentare: The customer service is very good in terms of responsiveness and taking my suggestions and questions into account. So far, I've had a good experience overall in client scheduling and management.
Vorteile:
I like that my contracts are automatically connected to halo sign and I don't need to worry about not completing the signing process.

That I can't change the date for recurring payments

Very concerned about data security
Kommentare: I enjoyed my free trial but I did not feel comfortable migrating my client data into the system when they did not seem to have security features in place for data encryption or could not answer other questions most SaaS companies are ready to answer.
Vorteile:
I was very much hoping to use Paperbell because so many of their features are helpful for this line of work.
Nachteile:
When I asked support about data security, I was first given phrases like "industry standard" and "continuous protections". When I asked for clarification, like end to end encryption or how I might access my schedule if there was a disruption of service, I was told "We're a super small team serving thousands of customers, which means that we can't answer specific security questions like these.All we can do is point you towards our privacy policy. If that doesn't contain the kind of information you need, we totally understand if you go with another solution."This leads me to believe they have not made plans around service interruptions or for data security because those are not difficult questions to answer if you have.

Paperbell - My Professional Game Changer

EXCELLENT VALUE FOR THE PRICE. I am saving tons of time that I would usually spend scheduling, communicating with them scheduling their call on zoom, billing or invoicing for money, collecting money, sending reminders, and sending out forms to sign and other useful documents.
Also, I love the back-end features to learn how many packages I have sold and how many sessions are left

This software has revolutionized at the very core some administrative duties I incur in my coaching and consulting business thus creating a 300% improvement. Scheduling, collecting money, and sending out critical documents and reminders - a sequence that all gets initiated when clients pay and schedule. Saves me tons of time. Makes it easier for the clients to find their scheduled appointment or make a new ones. It has saved me lots of time and raised my professional game~Little Bell Big Impact!
Nachteile:
The difficulty for cleints- the complexity too many steps for verification for clients to log into the portal. The look and feel of the offers. I wish that was more clean and uniform with more user experience. Looks really basic.

Paperbell Rocks!!
Vorteile:
I love the way Paperbell is set up, from start to finish. It begins with having customers pay for packages and appointments before they book, streamlining the billing and invoicing process. The platform integrates with Stripe, so clients can pay monthly if they'd like. Paperbell also integrates with my Google calendar and Zoom, so when appointments are scheduled, clients and I have everything we need, including the meeting link. I also love the fact that Paperbell keeps and ICF Coaching Log for me; it makes it super easy to track the hours I've coached and whether they were paid or pro-bono. Love this software!!!
Nachteile:
Some clients have been thrown off by receiving email such as appointment bookings and reminders from Paperbell; I think it would be easier for clients if those messages came from me.

Love the auto subscriptions and ease of client sign on. Don’t love the scheduler yet.

The ability to create subscriptions and have the client read through my onboard package, sign and pay all at once.

I wish I could book recurring appointments. Single booking is time consuming and cumbersome.

I love Paperbell
Kommentare: I find Paperbell very useful and easy to navigate. I use the frequently asked question section a lot as well as the support section to help with any confusion I may have at the time. So far I haven’t had to make a call to the support center. Long story short, my overall experience is excellent.
Vorteile:
I love that Paperbell have a complete break down of the sections that clients can view to help them with the scheduling, purchasing and emailing the clients invoices, and I also love that I can automatically send reminders to my clients.
Nachteile:
Honestly nothing so far, I’m just starting out as a coach. In fact, I learned that I needed a contract for clients to sign, before a purchase is made. Again I didn’t know that in the beginning, so Paperbell is a thumbs up for me.

Great Platform for Coaches and Consultants
Kommentare: Excellent. I love that I can set up automated emails that make my job so much easier. The integration with Zoom, Stripe, and Google calendars also streamlines the process so I don't have to do all those things manually. I like that I don't have to patchwork a bunch of different systems to get what I need done.
Vorteile:
Paperbell is very responsive to feedback and many things I have wondered about or asked about have eventually been added as features. The price point is perfect. I and my clients have been pleased with this software.
Nachteile:
I would like client email logs to have a toggle function to view the most recent email first, rather than scrolling allllllll the way down for the most recent email. I would also like to have the option for multiple contracts and documents to be e-signed by client; for instance if they start off as an individual coaching client but then join a group, there is no way currently to add an additional contract for them to sign electronically through the system.

Saving money and looking classier for my clients!
Kommentare: PaperBell is saving my business over $90 A MONTH. It might take a little bit longer to upload your own contracts, emails, and forms, but once it’s done it’s done. I love that the clients have to pay before being about to schedule!!!
Vorteile:
I love that PaperBell is pretty. It looks pretty and is easy to navigate. The other client management services available are “clunky”. The screens aren’t overloaded with informations and I do not have to go to the help section every minute. PaperBell is very self explanatory.
Nachteile:
I wish there was a one time purchase of pre made emails, contracts, and forms.

Cannot recommend this enough!
Vorteile:
Paperbell allows you to spend your time being a coach, instead of an administrator! I love that clients can purchase packages through one click, get automated emails, can book their appointments (or receive the calendar invitations for group sessions), can reschedule as needed, sign their contracts, fill out their in-take and off-boarding surveys - all in one place! And, I keep all my session notes for each client in Paperbell, too, which makes it so easy for me to reference where we were and what we were working on prior to each session.
Nachteile:
Nothing yet! The great thing about the Paperbell team is they are always taking in requests and adding to the Paperbell functionality! I've had a few requests get incorporated and implemented already! :)

Great Software for Coaches

Vorteile:
The payment plan billing for my clients is worth every penny because I no longer have to manage invoicing every month. Being able to have a sales page with all my packages simply laid out is so easy and great for my clients and me.
Nachteile:
Website integrations, the automated emails I get every time someone schedules an appointment (it's like 3-4 emails every time someone books a consultation), and the inability to sync with individual google calendars. All that being said, it's still an amazing software that's still in development. They are working on adding these features.

Vorteile:
I appreciate that this software was created by coaches. They understand even the littlest detail - ICF hours being tallied automatically, for one.
Nachteile:
The packages layout can be a little cumbersome when you simply want someone to reuse the same link to purchase without having to be counted as a new client.

I love paperbell
Vorteile:
All of the integrations are really helpful such as the emails, payments, notes, booking.
Nachteile:
I wish there was a way to have a message access in the app this way I wouldn't have to use a third part app. Would also love to add in a paypal integration.
