Vorteile:

Viele Programme können über Pabbly verknüpft werden. Mit den Automatisierungen kann man viel Zeit sparen, auch wenn es manchmal ein wenig aufwändig ist, alles einzustellen und zu testen. Selbst mit der kostenlosen Version kommt man schon sehr weit und kann mehr Verknüpfungen erstellen als bei Zapier.

Nachteile:

Manche Verknüpfungen erschließen sich nicht intuitiv, aber der Support ist sehr hilfreich und antwortet schnell.

Amazing alternative to Zapier

Kommentare: Overall, I am super happy that I found out about Pabbly, I have two active integrations through it for this current client and I am planning to buy extra lifetime credits to use for future clients too. There's simply no way I would pay for Zapier in a future where we have Pabbly Connect.

Vorteile:

Vast number of integrations, combined with a super versatile webhook and API connectors which allows you to connect virtually any app with any other app. Interface is fairly straightforward. Support is alright. The service is overall reliable and works pretty fast (within the minute!). Did I mention how affordable it is - and there's even a lifetime deal if you're like me and hate monthly subscriptions!

Nachteile:

Interface can be improved upon, it looks a bit old, and sometimes doesn't give you actionable feedback when some error is encountered.

Easy workflows for data automations

Kommentare: The movement of data has always been the biggest hurdle for our business. Client side and backend data of ours needs to move in all kinds of areas of our business, from live services, database data for our developers, support, feedback capture, to different designated teams. All through Pabbly Connect, it's truly a fantastic experience to never miss a beat.

Vorteile:

A plethora of supported applications, even if you don't have a direct way of connecting data to app, or API to some other database. You'll likely find a way with Pabbly Connect. The team work so hard getting information out to you too, workshops, how to's, private and public forums, and the support is outstanding they really help you think about automation in many creative ways.

Nachteile:

I do truly wise there was a way to bundle automations and distribute with our team. There are times, web, local and collaboration automations could truly be leveraged by Pabbly, build these together would also be a truly powerful ability.

Heavy Pabbly forms user/admin feedback

Kommentare: I love the effort and dedication of the company, but we are considering alternatives that are easier to maintain. It appears this product is intended for users with a developer background.
They need to invest more in documentation and support and make it easier to use/troubleshoot.

Vorteile:

-rich integration -extermly cost effective solution

Nachteile:

-Workflows are difficult -troubleshooting is not easy -every time you add a field, you need to restart the process from the beginning. Very difficult with a form with 50+ questions -No phone support. -Few bugs hear and there. -Lack of good "print" documentation with examples. Heavliy relaying on Youtube for documentation.

Best tool to connect different platforms

Kommentare: I use Pabbly Connect for my own projects and also my client ones. I started playing around with a free account mainly for testing and then moved to the paid one.
Most of my flows are related to Google (sheets, slides, Gmail) and work awesome, I use webhooks a lot and most of the other SaaS I work with have integration with Pabbly Connect. So far It has been a great tool, easy to use, not expansive, active community and always bringing new integrations.

Vorteile:

Pabbly got an amazing community that is very active, the founder is there and it keeps sharing tips, use cases, and news. They also got a huge amount of video tutorials for many use cases, it is so easy to follow them to create your own workflows. The lifetime deal is insane, in my opinion both lifetime and monthly plans are the most competitive in the market.

Nachteile:

Honestly I haven't found anything I dislike from Pabbly connect.

Probably the best Zapier alternative

Kommentare: It does all the automations we need. For emails, for CRM, for blogs, for SMM posts. Even to Telegram! When we are stuck with setting up some task we look for Pabbly tutorial video. Even if its not helpful or non-existent, the support team will help you shortly.

Vorteile:

We like the most that we dont pay for our workflow tasks anymore like we did when we were using Zapier.

Nachteile:

It may seem a little bit clumsy, messy and overwhelming at the start compared to Zapier.

Vorteile:

The product is extremely easy to use. If you have never used similar software, the learning curve is about an hour. It has my favorite softwares.

Nachteile:

What I like least is the new configuration of the portal. It becomes difficult to know what products are or are not included in the product. It's a minor problem.

Connect the various tools easily

Kommentare: I mainly use it to connect my different tools such as, for example, from my landing page I can pass the data to my email automation tool, or my bots or interview tools to understand the market well.

Vorteile:

I loved Pabbly from the first moment I met, previously certain operations were precluded to me due to the decidedly higher costs of competitors, especially because mine was a business that was about to start and with a low budget.Thanks to the excellent work, the intuitive scheme that gives me to connect my landing pages with my email automation tool, I manage to do excellent lead generation.

Nachteile:

I would like to have support in Italian too, but it is not absolutely essential in reality. For the rest everything is ok

Much more expensive than it seems

Kommentare: I bought the lifetime deal because of the hype there was around it. I knew they was having a different way to calculate the task usage compared to other tools (Zapier, Integromat, etc) but I would have never thought it could have been so absurd. In short, if you build an automation with other tools you can put all the tasks you want in it and the entire execution will cost you 1 task. With Pabbly you will have to pay for every single operation you will do. With Integromat I have a plan for 10.000 monthly tasks and I consume only 10% of it. With Pabbly I have 6.000 monthly tasks and I consume all of them in 1 week with automations which are much simpler than the ones I built with Integromat. It's ridiculous

I appreciated the Lifetime Deal because it seemed a good deal to me, and it is the only good thing I found until today (the availability of an LTD)

Nachteile:

First, the price and the task calculating system, then the quality which is very poor compared to the other tools they are trying to "compete" with. The quantity and the quality of the integrations available are much less than other similar tools.

Ours is a small business for which cost effectiveness is critical. - The largest collection of integrations we have seen for a free service. - A zero coding solution, all you need is to create a sample flowchart of your automation using their interface and its done. Link your accounts/API and it would start working immediately. - Solid product offering, SaaS applications and API's can be linked with other services easily via the Connect app, no problems faced in the whole process even once. - The one time fee reduced the burden that subscription based services create on our books. - Hosted pages are a boon as they increase the platform versatility.

Nachteile:

- Support is a miss, though their Facebook support compensates well for it. - UI can come out to be confusing at times. - Would love to have more payment gateways, especially regional ones. Indian payment gateways were missing. -

Automation made simple, its really this simple

Kommentare: I have been able to forget about tedious processes from gathering data and transferring where it matters, to automatically creating shipping labels for our online store, so one of the things I find incredible is the time it has saved me on recurring tasks.

Vorteile:

Of course, the ease to make automation a reality, the UI is greatly to blame for that but also the availability of the team who is constantly listening for new requests and opportunities to automate your processes.

Nachteile:

I believe what I like least nowadays are developers that are not generating webhooks to pair with Pabbly.

1. It is easy to use. Integration tools can be complex, but Pabbly is easy to use. They have got a huge video library where they patiently explain the connections. They use lay person language and not technical jargon thus making it easy for anyone to understand. 2. They offer a lot of free tasks, which helps you manage your integrations with ease. 3. The dashboard gives great insights on execution of your workflows 4. They are prompt on adding tools for integration

Nachteile:

1. Help based on live chat will be wonderful 2. Deeper integration in addition of webhooks will make Pabbly the best in business

Saves so much time

Vorteile:

It’s easy, I’ve never had errors with the system. When I set something up I leave it and it works. No worries about human error or forgetting. Saves me so much time and helps me keep my customers in the loop while giving me more time to focus on my orders. Also the free tasks are nice. A lot of workflows I have are half free tasks, this really saves a lot as well.

Nachteile:

I really like the software honestly. I’ve had no issues with it so far beside trying to learn how to do more complicated automations takes a bit of figuring out. Luckily they have a lot of video tutorials.

Best integration tool available in the market currently and it's a very easy to use and badass tool. We can able to integrate 400+ apps that we use on the daily basis. After purchasing this tool, my digital business runs on auto pilot.

Nachteile:

Need to improve the integration apps and sometimes errors happen with the flow. But support and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is really great to sort it out quickly.

It is very affordable and very easy to set up, even a novice can set up it without any help. Moreover, they have created so many self-help Tutorials Videos, and docs for help. You can even ask them to help in the integration. I am really loving Pabbly Connect.

Kommentare: It works excatly how it should for all the triggers and actions that are available. I also bought this for the integrations that are available, so anything thing that comes from now on is a bonus in a way.

Nachteile:

When an integration is done, most of the time the integration are not full fledged. I mean they work excatly how they should for what is available, but if you compare it to zapier or any other well established players they have lot more triggers and actions. Pabbly team is working on this but not all the trigger and/or are available in an integration
