Bigin ist ein erschwingliches, intuitives CRM, das alle kundenorientierten Vorgänge optimiert und dabei hilft, stärkere Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen.
I am using this becasue of automation, not very costly, and function wise it is very good. Customer care are not very good, they do not help immediately, need to wait for few days only then call back.
It broke down several times. However, it finally worked.

Bigin by Zoho CRM ist als Basisangebot für Startups und kleine Firmen optimiert und bewegt sich dennoch innerhalb der ZOHO-Produktfamilie.
Nachteile:
Bis jetzt ist mir noch nichts Negatives aufgefallen.

Hard to beat for the price. I am moving over from hubspot after years of happily using their excellent free service. When I looked at upgrading Hubspot, i found that the USD100 p/m price they charge is the same as 1 YEAR of Bigin. for a Solopreneur like me, I need to save money & streamline my workflows wherever I can, so this just makes sense for me.

Bigin is easy to use and pretty user-friendly while still providing a lot of the needs that most companies will be looking for in a CRM. It gives you the ability to set up multiple funnels so your team can handle the job no matter what department they're in or what product/service you sell.
Nachteile:
Setting up the automations and workflow can be a little confusing at first when you're looking to create something a little different than their templates.

Kommentare: Overall, in spite of the problems, I really like Bigin and am very happy I found it. I'd recommend it for sure. But I'm looking forward to the bugs getting fixed so I can like it more.

There is so much I love about this app. It's pretty simple to use, has a lot of great features, probably everything I need, to be honest. After they work out the bugs, I think it will be pretty great.
Nachteile:
There are bugs, as in some things don't even work, important things. I've reported enough to make me feel like we're beta testers. But though it reveals something about their dev team, I'm still hopeful they'll eventually get it right because they do try hard. It's obvious they put a lot of time and money into their support team, but as hard as they try to get this right, they really need to train them better. Sometimes I end up having to find answers myself and then train them. They also need to have a team in the U.S. as they are very difficult to understand through the thick Indian accent on the phone.

As a newbie to CRMs, I was looking for one with just the right fit and finish
Kommentare: I'm just getting started on CRMs – including the exploration I did on other platforms like Nimble, HighLevel, and EngageBay. I’m just looking for the right one with the right feeling that’s going to accelerate my business’s growth. Over time with Bigin (or some other CRM), I’d love to see some automations, tie-ins to appropriate third-party apps, and AI integrations. I need a CRM capable of supporting different workflows – and everything that naturally spills out from that process.

Bigin seems to have cracked the code for CRM newbies like me. They've done an incredible job of making things remarkably simple on the surface, while clearly having much more to offer within the service. I've spent a lot of time researching CRMs, and Bigin just kept on coming up to the top (especially when I combined features and cost together).
Nachteile:
I was concerned about the possibilities of a constant upsell from Zoho CRM – as Bigin is the baby version of a much bigger platform. Thankfully they haven't experience this in practice. They haven't oversold me, and I'm very appreciative of that. So, in effect, the biggest Con never materialized!

It is simple, straightforward, to the point, and easy to use. It integrates easily with other Zoho applications. Its also affordable.
Nachteile:
It has limited features compared to other CRMs I've used previously. It has less customization.

Best CRM for beginners & small business.
Kommentare: Overall its the best CRM to start with. Easy to use, easy to setup and most interactive one.

Easy to use & set up. You can start using it without any prior training or complex onboarding process.
Nachteile:
Complex dashboard. It could be made more easy to understand and setup. It seems bit complex to me to setup according to my KPI's.

The app UI is very easy to use and user friendly. Hardly takes any time to setup.

Didn't see any cons so far as its been only a couple of weeks since we have been using the app.
Bigin is the business - brilliant CRM for small businesses
Kommentare: Bigin by ZOHO CRM is absolutely fantastic! I love everything about it. I've tried lots of other tools and not been sold. This one is the best by miles - and the most affordable!!!
Vorteile:
Bigin is very easy to use, and others also pick it up quickly. The best part is customising fields for all modules - super quick and easy to do and can be done on the fly. The Gmail add-on is also excellent, and seamless, as is the use of IMAP emails. Brilliant tool.
Nachteile:
Not any con's I can think of, other than the email templates bit wasn't as intuitive as the rest. I worked it out, but that was the only thing that had me a tad puzzled for a while. Very minor detail.

There is no better CRM program for small businesses

I've been exploring CRM programs for some time now. As a small business owner, I've checked out popular options like HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Monday. However, I struggled to find one with the best email integration. Then, I came across Bigin. It's more affordable and offers everything a small business requires. Setting up email and WhatsApp integrations was straightforward.
Nachteile:
The developers even made a WhatsApp integration specifically for small businesses. I think soon we'll get access to WhatsApp's marketing and service tools too, which would be fantastic. And if developers add Facebook Meta Business integration, Bigin will cover everything a small business needs.

Bigin CRM is perfect for our Small Business

The Sales Pipeline is very intuitive and simple. We always pull up the Bigin Sales Pipeline on our weekly sales call as the team discusses current sales opportunities.
Nachteile:
Little tricky to find things sometimes. For example, today I tried to figure out how to merge multiple contacts into one contact to eliminate duplicates. Was pretty intuitive in ZoHo CRM, but not as easy to do in Bigin.
Great product with easy to use features
Kommentare: It was positive overall, but mostly to a really good product which seems basic but has plenty of feature to start with.

Easy to implement. We were up and running within 24 hours. It is easy to customize along the way as you see or need to make changes.
Nachteile:
Service is lacking. While the product is easy to use, you will have questions and the service is offshore and very very spotty

Nice CRM for small companies and startups. One user ist free, premium accounts only costs 7 € per month. Actually I'm just testing around, but it feels nice :-)
Nachteile:
Connection to MS 365 isn't hazzle-free. It broke down several times. However, it finally worked.
