At JLP GLOBAL, we needed a CRM that could help us organize leads and follow ups better, without adding a lot of complexity to our day to day work. Bigin has been very easy to understand and use from the start.&#10;&#10;It gives us a clear view of where each lead is, what needs to happen next, and who needs follow up. We also think the price makes a lot of sense for what it offers. For a small team that wants to be more organized without paying for a heavy CRM, it has been a very good fit.

> **Nachteile**: What we liked least is that some integrations and automations take more trial and error than expected, especially when working with external tools. The CRM itself is simple, but some setup details can be less straightforward than they should be.&#10;&#10;Also, if you want very advanced workflows, you may need a bit of patience to get everything working the way you want. Still, for our needs, this has not been a major problem.
