Vorteile:

Very useful for start-ups and new projects in existing companies. Very friendly as well for SMB consultants. I'd just recommend multilingual UI for the platform.

Nachteile:

Not multilingual. Spanish is critical for our customers.

Vorteile:

You guys are really awesome. Everything I found on the platform was great and unique. The reports, the plans, the control panel, everything was amazing.

Nachteile:

Support the Arabic language. I think that if you can do that, I will be the first to contribute to spreading and marketing the platform in my region.

The good, The bad and the ugly

Kommentare: Overall it ask all the rite and difficult questions and although the questions are tough to answer it guide you is the rite direction to a complete plan.

Vorteile:

The best feature is the pre-set sequence of how it is put together and at the end it give you feedback of how viable your idea is

Nachteile:

One improvement might be to be able to ask a question when the AI answer is not exactly what you had in mind. I feed I waist my AI generated answers and I can not ask a more specific question to the answer it gave me. Also the button that you have to click to say you are complete with a section unless you put the button at the top for a reason it might be a good idea to move it to below the notes box.

Great tool, but needs data export options.

Free test option does not allow you to see the result of a business plan, it should be a good idea to convert customers, hard to commit without a full test

The perfect business plan for entrepreneurs

Kommentare: I am a future entrepreneur with little experience in creating a Business plan. I have previously used another BP that was full of business jargon and complicated to navigate... hence I scoured the internet to find the right business plan that is user-friendly and offers a "roadmap" and guidance on how to complete each chapter which is where the AI feature comes in handy. IdeaBuddy is exactly that. I will definitely recommend this to new, inexperience entrepreneurs.

Vorteile:

IdeaBuddy asks all the right question which helped me clarify/define my project to the greatest detail.

Nachteile:

I have not found anything I didn't like.

No unnecessary details

Kommentare: I am using the trial version. Everything is fine for now, I have a budget plan that I need to complete in a very short time. I have to do it all myself. While I was buried in Excel spreadsheets, IdeaBuddy was an incredible savior!

Vorteile:

I loved that he didn't bother me with unnecessary details. I'm working on my budget plan and I have a lot to think about. In IdeaBuddy I only enter the necessary data and save time. Working with percentage in budget planning+++

Nachteile:

There are too many blocked sections while in the trial version. I cannot act as freely as I would like regarding the date when entering expenses in the budget section. I didn't understand what the restriction was based on.

La funzionalità, la semplicità, l'approccio intuitivo e guidato accessibile anche a chi non è propriamente avvezzo alla tematica.

Nachteile:

Non tutte le versioni corrispondono, per cui io ad esempio non vedo dal mio profilo l'app da scaricare, cosa che invece ha trovato un mio collaboratore anche se poi si è trovato in difficoltà perché i dati non sono stati sincronizzati con il web e sono andati persi.

Very in-depth business planning tool.

Kommentare: I only got through the trial but I did spend a good bit of time testing and filling in the different sections. Even with as much time as I put in, I feel like I only scratched the surface of what it can do. I initially put my information into the wrong section so I wasn't able to create an actual business plan out of my notes. Once I realized my mistake, I was nearing the end of the trial. Once I did jump into the business plan section though, the system opened my eyes to several things I hadn't thought of and was very helpful in walking me through everything I need to consider when drawing up my plan. Highly recommend if you are looking for a step by step way to create a business plan and really dive into what it will take to truly launch your business.

Nachteile:

Slight learning curve mostly regarding functionality of each section of the system.

Kommentare: I’m glad I found IdeaBuddy when I was looking for a solution to create a business plan. The user-friendliness of IdeaBuddy is outstanding. The fact that its design is very clean, the business plan creation process becomes a simple matter. By following each step, you can be sure that you won’t miss any important aspect of the creation of a good business plan. I especially liked the comprehensive financial planning section. It gives an accurate picture and financial analysis needed to devise an integrated business plan which is, in my opinion, a key element. In conclusion, my experience with IdeaBuddy has been positive, and I recommend it to anyone seeking a comprehensive, easy-to-use business planning tool.

I have a rough business plan but the process of building has been tedious. I tend to let it sit for a long time (which I know I shouldn't do) because I feel unmotivated to tackle the areas I struggle with aka SWOT. (I like that it helps me organize my objectives and key milestones into a digestable map I feel confident with. It also inspires more structured thinking around my vision and mission.

Nachteile:

I can't say it's been super intuitive to use. When I started I was a bit unclear how it was using the information to support my need for a business plan. It felt like it was just asking me to write down my ideas, mission, etc and then not produce anything with it beyond that. For me, I already know the frame of my company; I'm looking for platform to help me refine areas that need more attention. I didn't get that.

Vorteile:

As co-director of a small business, most of our time is spent bringing in the business and doing the doing. With the best intentions in the world, planning rapidly and regularly moves down the priority list. However, whilst we're still not perfect, IdeaBuddy has made the whole process incredibly simple and easy for us.

Nachteile:

What's not to like? If I could change one thing, it would be to include collaborators in the free version.
