Most useful plugin for a manufacturers website

Kommentare: We use this plugin on 3 platforms, and on 3 levels which is B2C, B2B and selling to Sub Distributors and a few different pricing levels for customer. SO this is great and since we are linked with our accounting, perfect for us.

Vorteile:

We use this plugin to enable our customer to buy in bulk at a wholesale price of course. We can easily integrate it with our forms to enable customers to create accounts and the versatility for prices for customers is just literally insane.

Nachteile:

To be honest, it's hard to find something wrong about it. So far, and I've been using it on many sites, this was not the first, it over performed so unless we speak about the fact that they don't offer a NET30 gateway to go along with it or something like that which is obviously not the basic purpose of this plugin, I don't have anything bad to say about it.

Wholesale suite saved the day!

Multiple roles and ability to customize.

Nachteile:

Wholesale payments isnt compatible with my build or has bugs but aside from that plug-in, everything is great!

Just getting started - good customer service

Kommentare: I am still getting familiar with the platform. I would like it if my customers didn't have to log in and place orders themselves. I want to take orders over the phone or email, then enter the sales myself so my customers have to do as little as possible.

Vorteile:

I'm just getting started with wholesale, and this is the product that was most highly recommended by people in a WooCommerce user group. I had an issue with a registration form not showing on my Divi site, and their customer support logged in and solved my problem in a handful of hours. I thought that was great service.

Nachteile:

There was a glitch showing the wholesale registration form on my Divi site.

A Wholesale Plugin Suite Above the Rest!

Vorteile:

The full suite of projects helps handle anything and everything we need across our clients' needs for Wholesale options. We love the ability to capture leads, approve clients that fit the bill, and list all of our products and pricing setup in a way that matches the needs of the business. The conditional pricing feature is perfect as well as sometimes you need something a bit out of the box when setting up your own wholesale rules and this plugin suite delivers in the best way possible.

Nachteile:

I would love to see some shared inventory functionality with the plugin for bundled products. It would be great to list a base amount of products that another bundle could draw from and the individual items that make up that bundle could be reduced. We had to resource some 3rd party softwares that didn't really capture the function 100% but it worked enough but it would have been great if this was a native function within this suite.

Very usefull for B2B ecommerce

Very useful plugin for WordPress and well documented, easy to use..

Nachteile:

It's so powerfull so it has a lot of options, so it require a bit of learning time.

User friendly, awesome customer service that helped me out big time when I was having some installation issues.

Nachteile:

The only issue right now is that Stripe isn't forwarding the data for invoicing.

Easy setup. Sufficient settings to encode prices for different types of wholesale users.

Nachteile:

Out of all the settings you provide, I use maybe only 10%. So maybe allow us to enable and disable whatever features we don't use in your plugins, this would boost performance of our site (especially in backend).

None. I did not encounter any difficulties in the implementation or set-up of this product.

BEST Wholesale Software and BEST staff support

Kommentare: I want to say the customer service is some of the best I've ever experienced. I'm not a web designer so they are so patient with me as I try and understand something. Many times I've given them a login so they can go in and do whatever it is they need to do to make a feature work.

Vorteile:

There are so many reasons why I like the bundle. The order form is very clear and simple. On products that the customer is required to order more than one it auto populates it in the cart. I like being able to have custom customer roles and being able to hide certain products from a group of roles. Most importantly it keeps my inventory correct. For example each time a product is purchased be it from a retail customer or wholesale customer it deducts from the inventory count. This was the actual reason I switched over from Shopify as I had to purchase an app that didn't always work then my inventory count was off from my actual inventory on hand.

Nachteile:

I would like a broad search for customers. Seldom do I remember their business name or email and the way my business is set up, I need to see if there are other wholesale customers in certain locations. If I could search by city, state or zip code then I would know if I already have someone in that area. I would also like a drag and drop feature for the wholesale registration form. It would be so much easier than the number system now.

A really useful Wholesale tool for your business

Kommentare: It's a great, straightforward wholesale plugin that does the job we needed effectively. The regular updates and tips from the developer are really useful too to help grow the ecommerce website.

Vorteile:

The ability to control lots of features is great with this software. The lead generation form is a really nice addition to get wholesalers to sign up before approving them.

Nachteile:

There aren't any major issues from what I have experienced

By far the best wholesale plugin for woocommerce

Kommentare: We loved the customer support the Wholesale plugin developer is offering. We have very quick response from a very friendly team. Their software made a lot of the website development easier to manage

Vorteile:

This plugin allowed us to build a complex e-commerce in multiple language and currency. It integrated very well with Woo Multistore and wpml

Nachteile:

We will love if the developer allowed us to set a fixed wholesale price for each currency. At the moment, the conversion for wholesale prices in other currencies will use the exchange rate set in WPML. Our site use fix rate and not auto conversion.

Great complement to WooCommerce

Vorteile:

Our client needed a wholesale solution for their WooCommerce store and it had to be compatible with Aelia Currency Switcher for multi-currency stores. This solution is hands down the best option, and works really great.

Nachteile:

In the early days there were a few bugs - the catalog mode in particular was slow - but they have resolved those and it works really great.

I’d only use WSS for upcoming websites

The integration of WSS in the site is very smooth and clear. It completes the functionality of the webshop. Very easy to use.

Nachteile:

I would have loved to have plugins like “VAT numbers” already in the package instead of having to buy an extra license for that.

Wholesale Plug In A Dream

Kommentare: Really positive experience with this product. There is lots of functionality to give you lots of options on how to manage your wholesale channel.
Customer Service is excellent.

Vorteile:

Super Easy integration & set up with great customer service. I find the Facebook Group really helpful for quick answers as well - for someone with no technical background, its very easy to use & get your head around and once your up and running with it its very easy to manage.

Nachteile:

Features I think that could be improved added - % discounts on wholesale prices function - max quantity limits on wholesale items/variations.

Wholesale Suite Truly Does It All

Kommentare: Wholesale Suite is by and large one of the best plugins you can get for your WooCommerce store. Even if you didn't consider it before, this is the all-in-one solution you need to increase those wholesale orders.

Vorteile:

If you use WooCommerce you understand both the flexibility of the platform but also the needs that arise for unique solutions. Wholesale Suite identified the need for wholesale order management and selling through WordPress and they did it FLAWLESSLY! Seriously, we have an entire WS business because of this plugin.

Nachteile:

What's not to love? The support is tremendous and they even have an active Facebook community of shop owners just like you and me.

Very Useful Plugin

Only complaint is I wish it had bulk editing for products

Kommentare: After a few frustrating attempts with other software (where the customer support was the weakest link), Wholesale Suite helped us accomplish a lot of what we needed in quite few steps.

Vorteile:

Takes care of many things we need in a pretty comprehensible way. Not only wholesale prices, of course, but just as importantly: to display prices without VAT for wholesale customers but still add and charge it at checkout (how it works when selling B2B in Sweden). It's also easy to exclude some consumer products from wholesale customers and vice versa, making it easy to have one shop for all. The order form is an appreciated gem.

Nachteile:

It's not expensive, really, but even more affordable renewals would be welcome.
