Literally everyone should be using BrandMail!

Vorteile:

I've been trying to figure out the best way to verbalize the way I smile whenever a new employee thanks me for their beautiful signature and I know that they won't be able to break it no matter how hard they try or cheer when my [SENSITIVE CONTENT] says that it's a real game changer to be able to have all our most updated attachments right there in her email instead of forcing her to search for things in SharePoint or giggle when I upload a new email template to make tech support's job easier, so basically what I'm saying to you in this massive run-on sentence is that you will experience real joy from using BrandMail. I promise.

Nachteile:

If you're one of those people who doesn't read an instruction manual, like me, it will take a while to learn and retain everything you need to know. But the leadership team is always there to answer questions (even when the time difference means they're answering questions at 10pm their time!) and the Knowledge Base is expansive.

Efficient & Professional: My experience with BrandMail

Vorteile:

Customization: BrandMail provides users with a wide range of customizable templates and branding options to ensure that emails are on-brand and visually appealing.Deliverability: With advanced spam and fraud filters, BrandMail ensures that emails are delivered to the intended recipients, making sure that important messages don't end up in spam folders.Analytics: BrandMail provides detailed analytics, allowing users to track the success of their email campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, and more.Regarding ease of use, BrandMail is known to have a user-friendly interface, making it easy to navigate and create email campaigns without needing any technical skills or expertise. Additionally, integration with existing processes is also considered easy, as BrandMail provides seamless integration with popular CRMs, marketing automation tools, and other third-party applications.

Nachteile:

Not being able to produce email campaigns through the software is slightly frustrating, there is limited capability in this area… we would love to house quote robust templates for areas such as internal communications and staff awareness campaigns. At this time, email templates are not built in HTML which means creativity is limited.

No compatibility on Mac

Vorteile:

Looks professional. In terms of use on Windows in Firefox it works out well

Nachteile:

It doesn't work out with Microsoft Outlook on Mac

Email Branding solved!

Vorteile:

We had email branding challenges for a long time, having tried multiple products over the years we were finally introduced to the BrandMail team. My organizations email branding issues are a thing of the past. The product is easy to deploy and use and does everything it promises to do. Having multiple mailboxes for different companies has always been a branding issue, BrandMail has solved this for me as well. The ability to have a central location for all our templates and client facing documentation has made our organization more efficient and helps to ensure we met our compliancy obligations by always having access to the latest documents. The ability for an organization to always ensure they are using their latest documentation is going to become more important with the imminent implementation of the POPI Act. The BrandMail team are a pleasure to deal with on all levels. From design, to support and administration they have always been prompt and efficient. The team listens to feedback and suggestions. I have seen one of our feature requests implemented in the product in short time.

Nachteile:

There is nothing within the product that I dislike.

Email management done right

Kommentare: Just fantastic and easy to manage and maintain.

Vorteile:

Centralised control of ALL our signatures in the same back-end as BrandOffice has made the management of content and assets that much easier where they are shared. No user can make their signature pink and Comic Sans anymore and we can control our campaigns at a granular level. The two BEST parts for us are the analytics on usage and deep dive data on the emails sent, and the BrandMe page. We have seen very many click throughs to BrandMe which means people are storing our contact information and having a great experience doing so.

Nachteile:

Honestly, similar to BrandOffice, no cons at this point.

Beautiful branding and great service

Kommentare: It has been relatively easy to teach my coworkers how to use BrandMail and they are using the templates frequently, which streamlines and provides consistent communication with our clients.

Vorteile:

Our company is very happy with the professional branding of our emails. It's definitely an upgrade in professionalism and marketing, and the shared templates have proved useful for multiple departments. We have a complex setup, with multiple offices internationally and BrandMail is able to accommodate easily. [sensitive content hidden] has been especially devoted and helpful in getting us up and running and happily making all the tweaks requested by upper management. [sensitive content hidden] has been an excellent technical resource, walking me through installation challenges and other hiccups.

Nachteile:

I would love to see BrandMail offer the ability to copy templates between toolbars/companies. This would make my job as an admin a little bit easier. We did have some technical IT challenges with BrandMail installation, but these were likely due to specific parameters of our server and remote setup.

Small Business that needed branding

Kommentare: My overall experience has been stellar from the [sensitive content hidden] of the company to everyone else. This company knows the meaning of what stellar customer service and customer experience is. It's rare that I will do a review but in this care, because of the care and the experience from BrandMail, I had to.

Vorteile:

What I like most is the people, specifically the [sensitive content hidden]. She's an amazing entrepreneur AND person. This product is the best all-in-one solution specific for email mail communication and branding. You can tell it was well thought out and that they put themselves in the shoes of the people that would be using the product. The features are many and can replace having many other products. I'm thrilled to have found this company because as a startup that needed to get out of the gate quickly with a stellar looking brand, they made it happen quickly. I recommend them to anyone, and I will!

Nachteile:

There is a little learning curve but nothing that prohibits being able to quickly use it.

Brandmail signature

Kommentare: It was easy to move transition from our exiting platform. The ease of use to access reports and make changes to signatures.

Vorteile:

Ease of use. The ability to customize signatures by Department. The stats you are able to generate. Being able to schedule banners.

Nachteile:

The software cost for an educational institution

Kommentare: Our experience has been great! From our first meeting through training it has been a pleasure. Everyone we've worked with at BrandMail has been kind, helpful, and easy to work with. They are not just a business - they know what they are doing and know their product very well.

BrandMail is truly a game changer for businesses. We shopped pretty much every email signature company and ended up here. They offer an amazing product that truly serves a benefit to your business. The idea is to work smarter and not harder. BrandMail is exactly that. It allows you to spend real time on your work rather than the technicalities that keep you away from completing the task.

Nothing! There is nothing that I don't like.

BrandMail is a Game Changer!

Kommentare: My experience has been incredible. I really can't stress enough that their customer service is simply incredible. There is a lot of bad customer service out there, and when you run across such exceptional customer service, it really makes you feel special.

My experience with Brandmail has been remarkable, mainly due to their extraordinary customer service. Despite the size of my account being relatively small, they've always shown me the highest level of respect, truly making me feel like a valued client. I can say without a doubt that their customer service is second to none in the software sector.Turning to their product, it has been an invaluable asset to us. The outstanding quality and visual appeal of our new email signatures have made a significant impact. I initially ordered signatures solely for my usage. However, my business partner was so taken with my first email showcasing the new signature that she immediately asked, "How do I get this?" Needless to say, we got her set up right away.In summary, the combination of BrandMail's extraordinary customer service and impressive product establishes them as a trailblazer in the realm of email signatures.

Nachteile:

I can't say that there is anything I don't like yet about BrandMail.

BrandMail email solution

Kommentare: I have found the support to be excellent and the staff quick to assist and to answer any questions. Being able to manage the system myself is also great as I can make required changes directly and the system updates and sync's easily.
I haven't yet explored all the features offered but intend to do so.

Vorteile:

BrandMail is easy to set up and updates automatically so that I don't have to worry to do everything manually. The email signatures across the school are now tamper-proof and consistent with our brand. I enjoy being able to update and edit as and when necessary and the customised email banners are excellent! The banners allow email signatures to be phase-specific and I can run different campaigns across the phases. The banners are also able to alternate automatically so each signature can have more than 1 banner.

Nachteile:

It took a bit of time to get everything set up initially as I needed my IT department for this. The support from BrandQuantum was excellent though, and they worked with my IT team to get things running smoothly. You currently can't see your email signature when sending an email from your mobile phone. The mail sends with the signature but is not visible to the sender. This is a bit frustrating as users often sign off their emails not realising that the email signature is attached.

BrandMail review

Kommentare: Support from the BrandMail team is fantastic. They are always willing to assist and help out, from the top management to the support engineers. A pleasure to deal with the team.

Vorteile:

BrandMail's email signature management solution enhanced our email brand consistency. We did not have a solution prior to this, and it was time-consuming to create each signature, as well as keep track of users when they changed their signatures. The platform offers easy customization, analytics, and promotional banners. Brandmail is a valuable tool for companies seeking to improve their brand image and promote their services.

Nachteile:

If I could make one suggestion, it would be to enable/build the functionality where you can see tracked changes and comments appear in different colours for different email users in the body of an email.

BrandMail - Good for Business

Kommentare: I think its a terrific product.

Vorteile:

The software is customizable and has created a unified look for our staff emails. I like the ability to have a staff photo and bio for individuals who don't know us already.

Nachteile:

In the first few months of our integration with this software, auto updates were slow. But this problem has been corrected.

Brandmail Review

Kommentare: Overall experience with the product and company has been fantastic - their support tends to be same-day resolution.

Vorteile:

Brandmail offers digital signatures and the ability to load collateral and NB documents right into the outlook menu toolbar for easy accessibility. It also has a host of other features like mailer templates for campaigns and the ability to save time with pre-populated, repeatable mail templates.

Nachteile:

There isn't much I don't like. It would have been nice to have a mail tracking feature (opens, reads, click-throughs) but I guess that is bordering on campaign management software.

Brandmail is an amazing product

Vorteile:

Both brandmail and brandoffice are highly effective and make sharing brand aligned templates with the entire organisation very easy. The brandmail banners also serve as a great advertising tool and drive measurable engagement. Integration with our organisation wasn't easy due to our stringent security requirements however the BQ team worked closely with our IT teams and managed to make it work.

Nachteile:

The daily login and authentication process can be tricky at times once one changes their password.

Absolutely Fantastic

Vorteile:

It was a game changer for us finding BrandMail, we are small family business who are expanding and growing. Elements of the business required updating such as marketing campaigns, signature and logo. Brandmail was our solution. This package allows you to get great advice and brilliant designers to help you create what you would like for your company. [sensitive content hidden] were fantastic to deal with, great customer service and outstanding advice. Everything was done in good time and the actual product/service was easy to implement. Since joining we have had a few questions which have also been answered swiftly. I would throughly recommend Brandmail. We will be looking to work with Brandmail again upgrading other systems.

Hard to beat!

Vorteile:

BrandMail is super easy to use with lots of useful help guides should you need them. It works seamlessly with outlook 365. But what I love best about the software is the support team. They respond quickly and nothing is ever too much trouble - fab!

Nachteile:

Genuinely I cannot think of any cons with the software. It is helping our business to deliver a clear message through consistent and confident branding and which doesn't cost the earth. We love it!

The only company you need

Vorteile:

The BrandMail team is incredibly responsive and works diligently to address any and all concerns. They listened to my needs and made recommendations based on my unique circumstances. Their insights and knowledge was priceless, helping to guide me through the process and make decisions I didn't feel qualified to make on my own. We had some issues due to my email client and they went out of their way to find a solution.

Nachteile:

There is literally nothing to dislike! In my opinion there are no downsides to working with BrandMail.

Our review on Brandmail

Kommentare: We can give a more professional aspect just by sending e-mails. We also can promote our products without being labelled as “spam” by using smart banners about our products. The possibility to automatically insert them in e-mails containing text, photos and a link to our product site is a life saver.

Vorteile:

Simplicity, ease of use. Professionalism, predisposition and awesome fast support.

Nachteile:

I'm not a fan of installing add-ons on Outlook because of performance or speed decline. But I can live with that.

Instant professionalism on my email signature.

Vorteile:

The installation was quick and easy. The support and assistance from BrandQuantum is next level. The design they did for me is beautiful.

Nachteile:

It takes a little bit of time to learn the admin interface.

Brandmail | Ease of Access

Kommentare: I have no hickups in using BrandMail - it is an effective tool for adding signatures, getting data for reports as well as adding documents for easy retrieval on mail.

Vorteile:

It is very easy to navigate and does not require much training but is readily available if needed.

Nachteile:

No cons really, the platform works great, no issues yet.
