Kommentare: Our portfolio has consistently overperformed since moving to Entrata. We have more time to focus on our communities and their needs now that AR, AP, and leasing are so easy. Having all of our products in one place is fantastic.

Vorteile:

Entrata is built from the ground up. There are no integrations to worry about with other software for the core functions of Entrata. It is easy to use, intuitive and makes doing our jobs on a day to day basis much easier. On the admin user side, the settings are simple to navigate and with every change made in real time, Entrata makes it easy to change a company wide setting to make an instant change in function or procedure.

Nachteile:

Some of the feature requests take a very long time to be handled or recognized. I wish there were more sessions held on the updates made to the system on releases than just a weekly email on the updates. Having an Affordable piece that was not only ready but good would also be immensely helpful.

Best PM software on the market

Easy to set-up, customer service is amazing, affordable compare to other platforms.

Set-up can be challenging as there are so many options.

Problems with Entrata

Kommentare: I think my comments are pretty clear. I do not like to have my week interrupted because of a system like Entrata. My reason for doing a review is that as a user it occurred to me that with the unmistakable difference between debit and credit and the abrupt dismissal of my concern and that of my property manager, the service must be substandard, probably with the system, and most certainly with the problem solving.

Vorteile:

Did not like or dislike until I had a problem, the thing I dislike most is that the system cannot discern between credit and debit, although it looks like over 1000 transactions have easily recognized credit versus debit. Using my debit card cost 7 cents per transaction, using an Echeck cost me near $3.00. As a consumer I resent being forced to change because of system shortcomings.

Nachteile:

My experience is that a debit card cannot be distinguished from a credit card by Entrata, yet the rep told me I needed to check with my bank. Obviously not willing to see why the 1 in 1000 experience was only with Entrata. That type of approach has never solved a problem for anyone but the one trying to avoid the investigating.

Leasing professional

Kommentare: My overall experience with Entrada is pretty good I love the organization that the site provides. it's very user friendly and if you don't know how to do something there are trainings on how to find it.

Vorteile:

I like that Entrata shows you which task is urgent; it helps me stay organized. When I complete all my tasks, I like to see that the number is at zero it makes me feel accomplished.

Nachteile:

what I like least about Entrata is when I'm doing my non-progressing leads, I have to hit non-interested just for the lead to go off the screen I wish there was a different option for it instead of it saying not interested.

review of Entrata

Kommentare: It was hard at first but I got use to it.

Vorteile:

It is easy to use and I can get a lot of things done in it. I can do my bills and run checks and do the delinquency's.

Nachteile:

Cannot think of anything right now. It was hard to get use to after being on Yardi for 20 years but all in all I finally figured it out.

We love Entrata

We love the ease of use and that we can use Entrata instead of all different platforms.

Nachteile:

It tends to be a bit buggy after a standard update to the system.

Property Excellence with Entrata

Kommentare: I really like entrata its been easy to learn and helpful with keeping up with traffic. entrata makes my day to day task easy breezy.

Vorteile:

easy to operate and understand. I like the fact my calls pop up on my computer screen while it ringing. multiple way to do task.

Nachteile:

i don't have any complaints about entrata

Floating Property Manager

Kommentare: It's a great software. I love the tab for History in the reports section. It's a real time saver.

Vorteile:

It is user friendly and comes with a lot of support.

Nachteile:

The report section could be a little easier to navigate through.

Excellent PM software

Kommentare: Great and easy to use, user friendly. I had no training with Entrata and used Yardi previously. I figured everything out by myself.

Vorteile:

User friendly, easy to manuever with little to no training

Nachteile:

Criminal/credit background screening delays.

Making Property Management Simple

Kommentare: My experience with Entrata has been wonderful. The program is easy to use, I can learn new things quickly with all of the different options for training, and the customer service is next level!

Vorteile:

I love how user friendly Entrata is! I utilized the trainings when I first was introduced to this program. I was impressed about how helpful my trainer was and how thorough it was. The trainer checked in with me after to make sure that I knew exactly what I was doing, and where to go if I needed any extra assistance. The customer service is spectacular!

Nachteile:

I have only run into one issue with Entrata. Several of my residents were charged extra for using a commissions based debit card not realizing that there was a difference. My issues were resolved quickly though.

The Gold Standard for PM Software

Vorteile:

Entrata is an incredibly streamlined, user-friendly PM software website. Different features are well laid out and divided among different pages to allow for a clean user interface. Lease execution and tracking is incredibly easy with the implementation of a third-party API. Accounting features, from resident ledgers to rent tracking to yearly budgeting, are also powerful and easily customizable to anything you may want and/or need.

Nachteile:

The biggest flaw with Entrata is their proprietary training center. While there are many helpful videos available to get you acquainted with the software, it has been the shared experience of myself and my staff that the quizzes are not always very intuitive or follow important items within the training. Rather, many of the quizzes are confusingly worded and often result in them not being passed and having to retake them again.

Resident Communication

Kommentare: I'm a fan! I would be interested in seeing how the full package works with the accounting platform. But I also know how hard it is to get accounting groups to veer away from Yardi...

Vorteile:

If you are looking to track resident communication properly, this is the best platform. I am also a fan of the lead management setup. Entrata has the best resident demographics analysis report compared to Realpage and Yardi.

Nachteile:

The rent roll report could use some finessing and I do prefer most Yardi financial reports.

Entrata deserves 5-stars

Kommentare: Top pick for PM softwares from an owner/asset managers seat. Customer support has been great when I have needed it, and their product is highly functional.

Vorteile:

The quality & variety of reports available is great, I also like how customizable report formats are. Platform is relatively easy to navigate and has a lot of options.

Nachteile:

Fairly steep learning curve - report contents are not well explained so you have to do a lot of digging around initially to find what you need.

Easy to Use

Vorteile:

I like how easy it is to navigate, and everything you need to work with in a daily operation can be found in your dashboard. No need to go searching!

Nachteile:

Sometimes the posting of charges or utilities do not line up on time, so there are delays in postings, which cause residents to have a residual balance after rent payments are due.

Newer Entrata User

Kommentare: It took a bit to learn how to navigate the system, but overall, it performs well.

Vorteile:

Ability to keep track of rent, renewals, insurance and invoices.

Nachteile:

Sometimes it's hard to navigate the system.

The system that has it all

Kommentare: I enjoy Entrata compared to some of the other software's that are available. This system allows me to almost do everything.

Vorteile:

Reports are simple to filter. Adding Lease/Addendum simple. Rent Matrix for pricing is simple. System will generate charges for upcoming move in notices. Can apply future charges to new residents accounts. Bulk Move out. Bulk move in (don't use this, but good option for those who use it.) Make ready board if we could get more in depth with this and begin using. Lead activity filters to application & resident profile. System generates notice when duplicate guest card. Integration with lead platforms. Email Property Lead process is all shown on activity page. Bulk Notice Combine & Merge leads & applicants.

Nachteile:

Reports buffer to long at times. Accounting reporting could be improved. Texting must be opted in. Customer contact center stopped taking resident calls.

my thoughts about Entrata

Vorteile:

I appreciate how accessible and user-friendly Entrata is

Nachteile:

However, it would be beneficial to have an app for smartphones, in addition to the site tablet, to enhance convenience when out on the property.

if there is ever an issue, it is usually resolved over email, i prefer a phone call

EZ to navigate... Fast most of the time.

Nachteile:

Categories are missing. Have to make work orders that make no sense. Making it hard to keep read W/O's.

Very pleased with Entrata

Kommentare: I've been using Entrata for the past 5 years and besides the technical issues, I like the ease of this software.

Vorteile:

The software is very user friendly. If you make a mistake, you can easily fix.

Nachteile:

It seems to be having technical issues recently.

I have used all other property management software but Entrata is the best. The convenience, easy to use and understand dashboard makes it super convenient and easy to use.

Nachteile:

Receiving invoices emails that have been rejected continues to be an issue

Entrata review

Kommentare: Overall experience is a pretty good one, over time more skills are being picked up and are more easily available for use

Vorteile:

Makes some functions easy to track as well as knowing when a certain PO was made and as well as the tracking in units

Nachteile:

When creating POs and there is any file greater than 50MB, the file isn't able to be uploaded, it would make it much easier to create and make the PO if there was a bigger cap on the file size

Makes Life and Work Easy

Kommentare: I think its a simple and amazing system.

Vorteile:

I can call and get help anytime something goes wrong, or I need help.

Nachteile:

I can not translate the lease into the language of the resident.
