Kommentare: Over all Metricool has been great to work with. I'm really excited to see how much time I can save by not having to visit each social media platform to respond to comments.

Vorteile:

The thing I like most about Metricool is that I can respond and interact with comments and the commenters from the app. I don't have to go out to Instagram to respond to comments.

Nachteile:

We are still new to using Metricool. It all seems super shiny and nice right now.

I would recommend Metricool to anyone who needs a social posting platform. This beats Later!

Kommentare: I have loved Metricool from the beginning and will keep using it until something comes along that blows it out of the water. But I don't see that happening. For the price point, especially, nothing else can compete. Signing up for Later cost me like $75/month for all my brand accounts and wouldn't let me easily cross-post. I signed up for metricool at $18/month and haven't looked back!

Vorteile:

My favorite aspects of metricool are the price, the number of accounts you can post to, easily cross-posting, easily editing cross-posted posts, the preview function, and the easy scheduling functions. And the analytics are AMAZING! I'm getting more into using the competitor analysis tool too!

Nachteile:

The ONLY complaint I had about Metricool was that you could not post the first comment on Instagram, and BAM! They just fixed that this week. Now I have ZERO cons about the product!

Disappointing tool !

Vorteile:

Metricool is intituive and simple to use. and pricing is okay.

Nachteile:

unfortunetaly, metricool does'nt hold its promise. Only standard post are supported. caroussel, stories, reel or any video format are not supported at this point. this is a deal breaker. plus customer support doesn't reimburse if you are not happy with the product. deal breaker too.

It's the cheapest social media tool and I don't miss anything on it: support team answers in a few minutes, it's very easy to post on social media with it and I'm able to manage multiple accounts

Nachteile:

If I want to post something manually, the app doesn't work well because I don't receive notifications (Android)

The TOP tool for your social media

Kommentare: The overall experience is remarkably positive. I recommend using the tool to work on the interface itself. However, it is not highly recommended for reporting with other external tools.

Vorteile:

Automated reporting and scheduling of social media content is a huge time saver. You can concentrate all your work on a single platform.

Nachteile:

The cost may be high but it is good value for money. Data Studio connectors fail on some metrics.

Top notch analytics and reports with useful features for social media marketing

Kommentare: Metricool is an awesome tool to keep track of all your social media analytics. It also includes a lot of useful features like social Inbox, social bio link page, etc. However, I do feel that it could use a bit more work on improving the content management and content creation side to make it a more powerful all-in-one social media tool.

Vorteile:

I would say the best part about Metricool is the analytics dashboard that greets you when you log in. I haven’t seen better analytics overview and metrics anywhere else. Many other tools also only include analytics for posts scheduled through their platform, but Metricool includes it for all posts scheduled using other tools or posted directly through the social media platforms. In addition you can generate the reports to give to your clients, make it a wonderful tool for social media managers. My other favorite feature from Metricool is their new improved social media Inbox and their best time to post color coded view that lets me know right on first glance when my audience is the most engaged.

Nachteile:

The UI and UX could use a refresh I feel. It does feel al little outdated compared to the alternatives. It also doesn’t have as much convenience features for actual content creation that other tools are starting to bring in.

Most comprehensive social media statistics

Kommentare: I ditched another tool and opted for Metricool mainly because of their professional offering , its more than a metrics tool, the ability to check the major social media platforms and blogs is a feature you cannot miss. I am able to manage brands separately within my dashboard, this makes it a lot easier to plan and navigate.

Vorteile:

I have been using Metricool for a few months and i can say i am more than satisfied with the reports and visual statistics. Best feature has to be metrics that show how my brands are performing, even better i can i get a post planner and RSS feeds feature that is not so common in the world of social media metrics. I love how i can check up on my competitors or potential clients, this helps me in convincing them that they need my services, presenting to clients a nicely styled comprehensive report is a big plus. This tool allows you to monitor Ads and manage messages! These features are super exciting especially where you don't want to keep on checking your Fb or IG account, you can do it all right in the portal.

Nachteile:

Not as customizable as i would like, they don't have a CNAME option, this would be super awesome and it would add a professional look to my brand. Its still not possible to auto post on Instagram, although there is an Instagram link in bio.

Because their system count its quota interms of 'brands', so can be limited when a client have multiple fb pages, or multiple IG accounts. Each extra Fb page counts as 1 new 'Brand', so it can get pricey quickly.

Transform my social media strategy

Kommentare: One highlight is its ability to manage multiple social networks from one place. This has greatly simplified my work, as I can manage all my accounts in a grouped way and thus I can monitor their performance effectively.

Vorteile:

I really liked it because it is easy to use and how complete its set of tools is, since I started using it, I was surprised how intuitive this platform is. I was able to schedule my social media posts quickly and easily which has saved me a lot of time and with the data analytics feature it's awesome. It gives me detailed information about how my posts are performing, how my followers have engaged with them, and the best times to post. This data has helped me make informed decisions and improve my social media strategy.

Nachteile:

To be honest, what I liked the least is that some advanced features are only available on paid plans. As a free user, I ran into some limitations in terms of access to more detailed metrics and more advanced scheduling capabilities.

Excelente para analíticas y gestión de redes sociales

Kommentare: En general me parece una herramienta excelente para gestionar y analizar las redes sociales que uno administra. La versión gratuita es más que suficiente para empezar y la versión de pago no me parece costosa. La recomiendo totalmente.

Vorteile:

La versión gratuita es súper completa, tiene gráficas de rendimiento muy útiles, es fácil de manejar, permite programar publicaciones en las redes sociales y utilizar inteligencia artificial. La versión de pago me parece muy accesible en costo.

Nachteile:

A veces uno se pierde entre tantas herramientas y datos de rendimiento de las redes sociales. Creo que le falta mejorar en la parte análisis de competidores, menciones de marca y sentimiento.

Vorteile:

Je me sers de la version gratuite, surtout pour les stats des réseaux sociaux. Nous n'avons pas beaucoup de réseaux sociaux à gérer dans l'entreprise, la version gratuite me convient pour l'instant parfaitement. Le design est simple et efficace, c'est ce qu'on attend d'un logiciel comme cela.

Nachteile:

Les stats pour les vidéos et réels ne sont pas très développées je trouve.

Kommentare: Lo utilizo para medir el interés de los lectores de redes sociales en los artículos que se escriben de una manera rápida.

Vorteile:

Lo mejor de Metricool es la facilidad para incluir las métricas y datos de tus RRSS en un solo lugar, literalmente en Resumen tienes en una página todas tus redes sociales con las diferentes métricas que te pueden ser de interés, como seguidores, entradas con más visualizaciones, más interacciones... Y eso me encanta.

Nachteile:

Quizás las métricas no sean las más adecuadas para un análisis avanzado, por lo que si solo necesitas datos básicos y los análisis no son muy complejos te puede venir bien, si necesitas algo más, ya no te vale, incluso en el mejor plan hay carencias.

Gestión de redes eficaz y sencilla

Kommentare: Uso Metricool para subir rápidamente a las redes sociales el contenido que se crea y aunque no es todo lo que desearía, está bastante bien para el precio que tiene.

Vorteile:

Me permite tener en un lugar todas las redes sociales para publicar más rápido el contenido, ya que aun sin gestionar las redes sociales, solamente subiendo el contenido, se tarda bastante entre el tiempo de carga de cada uno, y configurar cada publicación.

Nachteile:

Las integraciones no permiten publicar de una vez en todas las redes sociales adaptando a cada red social el contenido, así que primero debes adaptarlo tú y luego publicarlo desde Metricool, la verdad es que ahorraría mucho tiempo si pudiera hacerlo de una vez.

Todas tus redes sociales en un solo sitio

Kommentare: Es la verdadera salud para un CM, además de para alguien de marketing con funciones como la de publicar a las mejores horas.

Vorteile:

La facilidad y el ahorro de tiempo que te da tener todas tus redes sociales en un sitio (y además, multiplataforma), sin necesidad de estar siempre en el teléfono en varias apps a la vez o en el ordenador con varias pestañas abiertas... Te identifica las mejores horas para crear contenido según tu audiencia, lo cual me parece una pasada para el marketing.

Nachteile:

Es muy poco escalable en cuanto a precios, si quieres hacerlo en equipo, pasas de 12€ del plan Pro normal a 45€, al final acabas compartiendo cuenta y ya.

Basico en el día a día

Vorteile:

Cada día nos sorprenden con nuevas funcionalidades. Es muy práctico para gestionar varias cuentas y para la realización de informes mensuales. Son claroa y sencillos para los clientes.Poder programar las publicaciones es fundamental para una correcta organización y ahorro de tiempo.

Nachteile:

El precio puede parecer alto, pero merece la pena.

¡Metricool es simplemente Cool!

Vorteile:

Metricool es una plataforma sólida, amigable y 100% en español. Aunque, también está en inglés, francés y portugués. Para mí, esta herramienta es un gran equilibrio calidad-precio para gestionar redes sociales y anuncios. Han añadido un montón de funciones geniales y se integra con las principales plataformas del mercado, incluso YouTube. Es como tener un todoterreno para divulgar contenidos por todos lados. Además, me gusta la función de reportes y analíticas.

Nachteile:

Fue un desafío vincular mi Instagram. Un poco enredado conectarlo con Facebook e Instagram para negocios. Aunque el problema pudiera ser Meta en vez de Metricool.

La herramienta que necesitas si gestionas redes sociales propias o de terceros.

Vorteile:

Me gusta la cantidad de funciones y conexiones con distintas plataformas sociales, y su fácil uso para todo.

Nachteile:

Lo que menos me gusta quizás sea el precio. Aunque si gestionas varias cuentas sale muy rentable.

Metricool for benchmarking

Kommentare: In general, I love the free plan, but I'm buying the Pro 5 Plan because I need to see historic data and I need to connect LinkedIn.

Vorteile:

I love the competitor's analysis and that I can spy on my competitors and see the most engaging posts. Also, I like a lot the dashboards to see the performance of my brand.

Nachteile:

I didn't like that I couldn't connect my TikTok account and would like to have best practice examples for social media or content ideas.

Una suite todo en 1 para tener el control de las redes sociales

Kommentare: En general muy buena. Es una herramienta que tengo integrada en mi flujo de funcionamiento diario.

Vorteile:

La cantidad de funciones que tiene. Lo que más uso es la programación de contenido. La interfaz es muy amigable y fácil de usar.

Nachteile:

La información que te da sobre el sentimiento de tu contenido la encuentro algo sesgada. El precio no me parece especialmente económico.

Vorteile:

Metricool is very easy to use, especially when it comes to planning and posting to my clients' social media accounts. The analytics and reporting are icing on the cake.

Nachteile:

There was a learning curve for me when I began using the analytics for the online ads. The tutorials helped a lot though.

Great if you are starting with social media

Kommentare: I am very happy, with this tool we can take better decisions about the strategy that we follow in our social media, it’s pleased to have all the data about how the campaigns are interacting also you can compared them in different period, the only thing it’s only two moths ago your current date.

Vorteile:

I am new in this, we needed to have interaction in social media, it was hard to find the data in each segment or app, the best of metricool is that you see the whole picture about what’s going on in Facebook, Instagram, YouTube in the same page.

Nachteile:

You must paid if you want to have a member of your team, also if you want to add another accountant, the Mai, notification sometimes takes more time to send the mail of confirmation.
