Great functionality and usability
Vorteile:
- The software is very easy to use and user friendly, it's also very clear - The functionality of the different graphs, drill downs and click throughs is great. It makes finding additional information about a certain data point really easy - The layout of the page is very clear - The ability to change the filters with ease (e.g. date) - The visual of the graphs is also very useful, and again easy to filter - Loads very quickly and does not refresh itself - Linked to our in house software which makes it very easy to reach Lucinity - The team are very helpful if we have any suggestions or issues
Nachteile:
- It could be good if we could highlight different payments and see total values

Can't think of anything, all feedback is taken on board and actioned pretty quickly by Lucinity
