> **Vorteile**: I like how easy it is to procure a new DID / Local Number. They often have numbers in stock for my rural location or they can procure one within a few days. It is also much cheaper to purchase a DID from here than other competitors.

> **Nachteile**: Their documentation is often a bit lacking or out of date. It's not usually a huge problem but it does create some frustration at times.
> 
> Overall my experience with VoIP.ms has been good. Their products do pretty much anything a small business needs without necessarily needing to have a full PBX onsite or in the cloud. It works well.

> **Nachteile**: Again, regarding only the new softphone initial release: It only works with the "master" voip.ms account, not with a sub-account. This means that your master password is used for this process, and that password is involved / exposed in softphone registration. Also, only one voip.ms softphone is supported per account. Because of this I'm sticking with Linphone.&#10;&#10;Please announce when sub-account support is added\!
