Einfache, übersichtliche Videoschnittsoftware, in die man sich schnell einarbeiten kann

Kommentare: Durch die einzelnen Video- und Audiospuren, in die ich beliebig reinzoomen kann, kann ich meine Videos sehr präzise schneiden. Die Oberfläche ist wirklich übersichtlich und ohne zu viel SchnickSchnack. Andere Videoschnittprogramme fand ich zu überladen und ich habe all die Funktionen ohnehin nicht genutzt. Das soll nicht bedeuten, dass Camtasia wenig Funktionen hat, sie sind mehr als ausreichend aus meiner Sicht.

Vorteile:

Einfach zu bedienen, nicht zu überladen, bietet alle Funktionen, die ich für meine YouTube-Videos, Buch-Trailer und Promotion-Videos benötige.

Nachteile:

Manchmal etwas langsam, inbesondere beim Scrollen in der Mediathek (mein Laptop ist neu und sehr schnell, daran kann es nicht liegen)

Bestes Programm für Bildschirmaufnahmen

Kommentare: Super Programm für wenig Geld. Sehr intuitiv, Mann kann Bildschirmvideos aufnehmen, die schneiden und beliebig exportieren, sogar direkt zur Youtube und co.

Vorteile:

Das Programm hat viele praktische Werkzeuge, um Tutorials zu erstellen.

Nachteile:

Wirklich nichts zu beklagen. Stimmt alles.

Kommentare: Great! I've used Camtasia in few of my straightforward video editing projects with a client. It's pretty sleek and clean to use. Highly recommended for video learning and vloggers.

Vorteile:

- Camtasia is more cleaner and more seamless than any other simple video editing software. Though, again, this is not for pro and die-hard video editor.- Simple to use with dedicated learning modules. So, easy to learn.- Capture audio/video and add up voice-over - all-in-one with Camtasia.- Highly recommended for UX Designer during usability testing. This can record screen and audio output/input from test subjects.- YouTube upload is seamless as well.

Nachteile:

- More often video output are large. And if you lower the size, the quality suffers. I hope Camtasia has fixed or improve on this one.- If you buy this. Though you can have a perpetual ownership of the software - the update maybe not. Currently, it's like $50 per year for the support and updates.- Not for Pro users who are fond of exceptional effects and motion graphics.- You need separate audio mixer and editor for this one. No inbound audio editor and filter.

Great overall experience with Camtasia

Kommentare: My overall experience with Camtasia has been an A+. I have taken the certification and have thoroughly enjoyed the tutorials. These have led to me being a more productive content creator.

Vorteile:

Camtasia has allowed me to quickly transition to the video editing world and make creative content that is both educational and stimulating. The staff at Tech Smith is always making refinements, which gives me the confidence to continue learning and creating.

Nachteile:

There is no formal way to request features through the software.

Great for Those New to Video Editing

Kommentare: Camtasia is a tool that works and doesn't have too many frills. It doesn't take as long to learn, but for someone with experience creating and editing video, it might seem pretty limiting.

Vorteile:

It's a fairly easy video creation tool. It doesn't have too many frills so it isn't too challenging to learn.

Nachteile:

The UI is a little clunky and having "Favorites" are not all in one place. You have to go to each individual tab and find your favorites whether starred or a library you created.

Camtasia Can Be a Better Fit than More Expensive Video Editors

Kommentare: Camtasia has always exceeded my expectations. It's way more powerful than people might expect, I know quite a bit about Camtasia but I totally admit there are more some features I haven't learned yet how to use but I know they exist and when I need them I know they will be there. TechSmith is also a really great company to work with, they really care about their products and making them better.

Vorteile:

1) The hot spot feature, it's something other tools just don't have. 2) Camtasia has pre-built features that other tools don't have, you can just do things much faster in Camtasia than what it takes me to do in Premiere and Final Cut. 3) TechSmith has made a lot of smart decisions by creating a video editor that most people can learn how to use in a short amount of time. Albeit that Camtasia is not the most advanced video editing platform but it doesn't have to be, it's perfect for the average person who needs to do some video editing. This is why I love Camtasia, I can ramp up new video editors quickly. Even my advanced video editor now sings the praises of Camtasia, he complained at first but now even he sees the light.

Nachteile:

We have pushed Camtasia to where it breaks with too many layers, yes I know the workarounds but this could be improved upon. I'm a little concerned about the EOL of the HTML output, please don't lose that feature because it's super important for the hot spot feature.

A GREAT, quicker, Easier to learn alternative for "Almost pro-level" video creation

Kommentare: I would give it a 95 out of 100. I have very few complaints. I have created some really great looking videos that the average person would not be able to tell if this were done in a program that cost thousands more.

Vorteile:

Easy to get in and do screen captures and video editing. A growing library of cool animations, templates, and effects that they continually add to. Quick tools that are easy to learn to do a lot of effects that are dangerously close to pro platforms like adobe and final cut, only without the massive rendering time etc.

Nachteile:

Some of the effects are a little cheap looking, but the library of options continues to grow. Sometimes the crashes and bugs are annoying, but I've seen that in the big programs as well. ESPECIALLY FINAL CUT PRO

Camtasia Video/Audio Software

Kommentare: I have been using Camtasia since 2014. Each year, as presentation methods change the team at Camtasia has upgraded the software to meet the market demand. The software is updated as needed, and if you add the maintenance package, the following new version is included. My decision was based on getting by or having a professional presentation.

Vorteile:

I especially like the ease of use, professional product look, and impact. You can find free online products that say they produce professional results, but it isn't true. The other issue is the optional add-ons like symbols and photo libraries. You can save your photos and logos within the library.

Nachteile:

Short learning curve but like anything that looks professional it takes a bit of time to become proficient.

The Non-Corporate Enthusiast

Kommentare: I understand that further development has "corporate appeal" as its main aim. As a single user, a retired non-corporate user, I am not your principal focus. I am getting left behind as recent upgrades reflect corporate rates ($$$$) The program is of great value but upgrade costs for features that I don't use are quickly separating me as a future user. And that would be a shame.

Vorteile:

Camtasia is used frequenty, every week, but often daily. More than a hobbiest, it is a principal tool in my video editing toolbox.

Nachteile:

I am not a fan of the available navigation tools for timeline editing, but with frequent use, I have my workarounds. I would not want to be without the program.

Simple, easy to learn, trustworthy

Kommentare: It's been very useful and easy to learn, I've used it a lot and also recommended it. It is not overly expensive but there are less expensive (and even free) apps around with the same capabilities, so a free version with fewer options and pay-per-addons would be a great alternative.

Vorteile:

It is easy to learn, produces high-quality videos and has lots of effects already included that make the job faster. It has all the basic functions and some advanced ones and it has a great interface.

Nachteile:

Even though it has lots of effects already included, if you do the same type of video again and again the selection becomes limited. The recorder only produces a huge file that needs to be opened in Camtasia and then exported, which makes long recordings very hard to manage. And, if the videos are too big, the software becomes jumpy, which doesn't happen with the same set of videos on a different editor.

Capture your fantasy screen

Kommentare: I enjoyed creating my video course and used most of Camtasia functionalities, and even though I had a very low memory RAM size I got a good and smooth product at the end.

Vorteile:

Well, I started the use of Camtasia about ten years ago and I was astonished how easy was to learn the use of. Besides, upon a few clicks anything were set just out of the box and I could create my first course about video-editing. It's a great software to create a video from a high quality screen capture.

Nachteile:

The price it's the mayor con! If you can afford it and the updates then the cost value the quality. The second con is that you need a lot of memory to get a smooth work. If do you have 32 GB RAM can work fine without problem. No other con from my experience.

Camtasia video editor

Kommentare: Very positive experience using Camtasia most of the time, though I came across a few bugs and glitches when using the renderer the video editing process was great once you got used to where all the buttons are keyboard shortcuts etc.

Vorteile:

Camtasia offer Perpetual Licenses, along with a decent support team, though the wait time for support was a few hours, once I got through they was extremely helpful

Nachteile:

Software can be a little clunky and unituitive at times and rendering can often take a long time. It has been known to crash my computer on the odd occasion

The best for instructive videos and short creative projects

Vorteile:

Camtasia is very easy and intuitive to use. The timeline editor works similar to timeline editors in digital audio workstations (DAWs) which also makes basic audio editing easy to achieve. Callout features such as arrows, shapes, cursor effects and overlays make it easy to call attention to parts of the screen or do news style reporting. Template and elements libraries bring more professional options for presentations.

Nachteile:

It's hard to say what I like least as I really enjoy using Camtasia and depend on it for many projects.

Great Video Editing Software for Windows

Kommentare: I've had a great experience with Camtasia so far. It has been a great resource to have when editing all my videos and creating new videos. It has great features, and is really to use from an user point of view. It also is very easy to train on and learn. Definitely a great alternative to IMovie.

Vorteile:

I like the ease of use and drag and drop features the most on Camtasia. When I am editing or creating a video I usually add multiple clips together, and the drag and drop feature allows my video clip to fall into place right where I need it. The drag and drop feature is also great for text overlays or transitions and makes it much easier to edit videos and place your video/picture clips at the exact place it needs to be. Furthermore, the video editing features are great, and can definitely be a good windows alternative of IMovie.

Nachteile:

There is a limited selection of transitions, text overlays to choose from compared with other video editing softwares. Although I use the same text overlay feature every time, it would be good if there was more/more unique options when editing your video. Also when editing your video, sometimes it is hard to cut the few seconds and sometimes milliseconds out to create a perfect video.

An Excellent Video Creation and Editing Tool, Especially for Less Experienced Users

Kommentare: My overall experience has been positive. I'm not a video pro, but I was able to get up and running very quickly, with no support needed from the vendor. I was able, with very little experience, to produce video content that, while not as polished as a professional video creator might produce using more sophisticated tools, looked great and fit the bill.

Vorteile:

Camtasia makes it incredibly easy to create and edit professional-looking videos. It's a fantastic tool for people who don't have a lot of experience editing video -- and for companies who don't have the budget to hire a professional to create the kinds of high quality demos and videos they need. The media library makes it easy to import all the files you want and then drag and drop them wherever you want them to appear in the stream. It's very easy to cut segments and move them around, and with one click you can separate audio from video, letting you easily replace native audio with a separately recorded file and align it with the video wherever you want it to go.

Nachteile:

More demanding video creators may want more functionality / options, but for people who are not pros in this area, Camtasia makes it incredibly easy to get started and use it effectively.

Camtasia Review

Kommentare: I use Camtasia to record and create professional training video for my courses, webinars, and for post-production recorded Zoom live session. It’s very easy to create another similar video, using templates, video placeholders or simply copy-paste an existing project and replace existing media with a new one. It is less feature-rich than Adobe Premiere, but you can’t beat its simplicity. Also, TechSmith delivers amazing support tutorials to help you learn how to use the platform.

Vorteile:

Camtasia is very easy to use and has enough features to make your video looks professional. Has templates and video placeholders that are very useful when you create similar videos. It has quite a few video effects. It has auto sound normalizer and noise reduction (is not perfect, but it helps). Camtasia comes with a Screen Recorder that is integrated with the editor. After recording, you have the option to auto create a Camtasia project and add the recorded video to it. Can capture mouse and you can edit it later (like size or hide it). Camtasia also smooth the mouse movements. You can explain better some topics using text overlay (very easy to create, extend, or add effects). Supports green screen. It’s easy to import video and photos created in other application. You can post videos directly to YouTube from within the application.

Nachteile:

Sometimes I need to be exact when cutting and splicing a video or audio and I miss one or two steps of zooming-out the media. The software was freezing on a laptop without a graphics card (rarely). Camtasia doesn’t have the possibility to change the editing speed. But I managed to do it using a workaround: changing the media speed and before exporting don’t forget to change it back to normal. For a long video, rendering takes a lot. Audio processing is a bit limited (for more control you should use another tool like Audacity) If you hear that Camtasia can import PowerPoint slides, don’t be too enthusiast about that, it will import them as photos only. Doesn’t import/replicate any effect or text.

Great Product, One Minor Flaw

Kommentare: Really good! Great product if you're doing screen capture videos, and the editor interface is intuitive. Customer service is good. Fair warning on the mobile Capture app, but that's more of a nice to have than an essential feature, and other than that this is a fantastic product that's very reasonably priced.

Vorteile:

It's easy to use, and it does a great job of all the basic things you need it to do.

Nachteile:

The only quibble I have at all is that the mobile app (Capture) is buggy. When it works it's super useful, but it frequently doesn't work for me, which has caused me major heartache at times. It's gotten to the point where I no longer use it, as I can't afford to lose work. The downside of this is that, while I can use my iPhone's native screen recording feature, 1) that has its own bugs, namely that if I record for longer than a few minutes it'll freeze, and 2) it doesn't record sound. The only reason the sound recording aspect of Capture is useful to me when the app is working is that it allows me to visually sync my desktop and mobile Capture tracks. Basically, when I'm including mobile content in a video, it's usually overlaid on top of a desktop background. I use a condenser mic to capture high quality audio, so I don't even use the audio from the Capture app in the finished product, but it's useful to have, because I can separate the audio and video from the Capture track and visually line up the audio with the audio from my condenser mic. So this just makes my editing process a little easier. It's not that big a deal, definitely not a deal-breaker, but it would be nice if they'd address it at some point.

More than just a screen recording software

Kommentare: Camtasia has made it easy to screen record, edit and upload videos all in one place. The ease of is really great. This is a one stop do it all type of software. You can add your own videos in addition to you screen recording too. The end quality of the product delivered by Camtasia is worth investing in it. If you're on the fence about it and need a push to get it, I definitely recommend it.

Camtasia is really easy to use even for beginners. There are lot of tutorials available on the Camtasia website to get started on the software. There are inbuilt video editing features or drop downs that make video editing a breeze. The screen capture feature is amazing and trouble free. All you need is a microphone and a screen to get started. Various pre-built animations can be added into your video to quicken the editing process. Video export options are also available to save videos in the desired format.

Nachteile:

There is a very small learning curve that new users might find annoying at first but its ease of use becomes natural after a while. There are so many features available that you might get lost in it.

Camtasia is why I can do what I do

Kommentare: Overall, I’ve had a great experience with Camtasia. I’ve used it for YouTube, for my teaching and making training and demonstration videos for other contracts I’ve had.

Vorteile:

The ability to edit video was a total game-changer. Otherwise, I may as well just post videos recorded with a phone camera. It allows my videos to be infinitely better than they would be otherwise. The timeline-style editing is great and I now think in those terms when recording.

Nachteile:

The 2023 version is not as stable as the old version I had. The old version NEVER crashed (okay, maybe once in five years). 2023… has been known to choke when I try to use and edit large recordings. Have also had some problems with the license key sometimes just… going away and the system not accepting my license key when I re-enter it. Extremely annoying. I’ve had the new version since Nov. and this problem happens about every two months so far.

It's a complete screen recording and video editing package for beginner.

Kommentare: If you need some basic or medium levels editing works, it will be great. Edit a video that isn't complex like Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro. I will recommend it to the beginner.

It's really easy to operate for any kind of user. The user experience is really cool. Only 1 or 2 tutorials are quite enough to master it. You can use it for many purposes like Screen recording, and video editing. The library is quite good for beginners not for advanced users. The screen recording feature is really cool.

Nachteile:

If you want to create an advanced lower third or some advanced effect and transition you find the limitation. The render time is very lengthy to me compared to other software.

One of the best and easy video editing and creating software

Kommentare: I use Camtasia for my camera video editing. I cut unused thing, add some title and customise the sound. sometimes I edit my whiteboard video with this, and I sell those video to my buyer.

The feature of this software are very easy to use. So, I recommended my all friend and colleague to use this software. There are some easy tools and option, anyone can learn about this software in one or tow day. The rendering file of this software is small but the video quality is very good. that's why it's my favourite software.

Nachteile:

There are no special effect and fx tools. after saving the video file, that folder contains too many files.and also one thing is, you can't make any high quality petty or slide video with this.
