Kommentare: Ich bin positiv überrascht, dass ich mich schnell einfinden konnte. Die Benutzeroberfläche ist sehr einfach in der Handhabung. Ich finde das Zoho sehr viele Möglichkeiten bietet um meine Dienstleistung zu verbessern.

Vorteile:

Was ich in erster Linie schätze ist, dass das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt. Ich finde es super, das ich die Anzahl der Teilnehmer für meinen Plan auswählen kann. Wenn jemand am Anfang steht, so wie ich, hat man meistens nicht so viele Teilnehmer und kann diese für seine Monatsrate passend auswählen. Ich finde auch die Funktion gut, das man im Webinar die Hand heben kann um mit dem Teilnehmer sprechen zu können.

Nachteile:

Ich kann nicht viel negatives Sagen, da ich die Testversion getestet habe und nicht alle Funktionen testen konnte, in dem Zeitraum der mir zur Verfügung gestanden hat.

Kommentare: Nun für das erste Mal ok. Nur die Einrichtung des Bildschirm´s um alles zu sehen, das muss ich noch finden. GotoWebinar konnte ich das abkoppeln und am Bildschirm positionieren. Typisch das muss jetzt ausprobiert werden

Die Hilfefunktion und gute Onboarding-Beschreibung. Die Schritt für Schritt-Anleitung hört da auf wo ich es gebraucht hätte z.B. Du machst ein Webinar alleine, wie kannst Du Deinen Monitor optimal einrichten

Stunning video conferencing tool with affordability

Kommentare: I am very happy with Zoho meeting as it fulfills my requirements of having seemless communication with clients including scheduling at a fraction of the cost of what others charge.

Vorteile:

It has everything you expect with a meeting software. The scheduler is great, but the best is the quality of video reception.

Nachteile:

The fact that its not that famous as few of my clients frown at the prospect of another meeting software.

An underrated service with excellent performance and good feature set

Kommentare: Zoho Meeting compares well with the industry-standard products from big names such as Zoom, Google and Microsoft. There is no desktop program, only the browser service, but it is more than enough for good performance and usability.

Vorteile:

The streaming quality is excellent and the standard videoconference functions (scheduling, chat, screen sharing, changing camera aspect ratio per user) are convenient to use. The paid version also offers branding and uploading of pre-conference files. It is nicely integrated with our Zoho email service for scheduling and sharing the user avatar, and for users of the complete Zoho workplace suite there are supposed to be other useful integrations.

Nachteile:

Some of the options available in the paid version are not as user-friendly to set as I expected. For example, using a custom domain is something I struggle a bit to set up. Also, I miss the feature, available on Microsoft Teams, of sharing files on-screen on the fly during a meeting — in Zoho, it seems to only be possible to share specific files when scheduling the meeting or to share the whole screen during the videoconference.

Great for Effectiive Meetings

Kommentare: Zoho meeting is reliable, user-friendly tool for hosting online meetings. It has all the essential features and works smoothly, especially for small to medium sized teams

Good backend functionality but spotty connections

Kommentare: It mostly meets my needs for now and the video is more manageable when it’s in webinar mode. When my business grows, I’ll probably switch my meetings to a competitor for the better quality.

Vorteile:

The cost can’t be beat. I simply can’t afford the prices for the standard competitors, and Zoho Meeting is feature rich and includes webinar functionality (at least through my Zoho One subscription)

Nachteile:

The video and audio connections are unreliable and the video is often choppy. I’ve tested this thoroughly and the video is instantly HD when I’m connected through a competing service.

Vorteile:

The meeting worked extremely well, the video was clear, the sound was clear, and it captured the conversation wonderfully! This really helped me compose my notes after the meeting to provide more tailored service to my clients.

Nachteile:

I can't say now, but before it was requiring my clients to download the app and wasn't very clear for them on how to go forward.

Kommentare: It's very convenient for connecting us where face-to-face meetings are not possible. It facilitates that engagement via virtual engagement, ensuring we can collaborate, share, get-up-to-speed when we need to.

Vorteile:

A very convenient, modern-day solution that connects me on the go, let's me host or join secure online meetings, web & video conferences with many participants including remotely.

Nachteile:

Its free version is quite limiting unfortunately. And its audio and HD video support a challenge. Hope it can improve on those.

Best app for meetings

Kommentare: A very fantastic experience and I recommend it to anyone wanting to connect and collaborate with work colleagues and team members, remotely.

Vorteile:

The facility enables me to collaborate, share screen with multiple users in the same meeting, and it's easy to connect -even with low bandwidth connectivity.

Nachteile:

The pricing can be a bit cheaper, especially for connections of more than 5 accounts.

Amazingly awesome product

Kommentare: I was great! love that they offer a free trial, easy to use, very cost-effective - especially for new small businesses, great quality platform, awesome features - even for the free version and amazing customer service!

Vorteile:

It was easy to set up my webinar/meeting - even when it came down to setting up the auto response emails, reminder emails and linking websites or landing pages that correspond to the webinar/meeting. I also really appreciate how quickly the customer service responded to my questions and being very understandable, helpful, friendly and yet professional. Oh, and let’s not forget about the free trial and the pricing is very reasonable for those who are starting out doing webinars/meeting and the quality that is great for both big and small business - just awesome period!

Nachteile:

There was no downside really - the only thing for me was trying to understand the difference between the free version and the paid version when it came to how many attendees you can have per cost.

I run into issues with video on every call and especially when screen sharing. This does not happen on other platforms

Vorteile:

Ease of setup and use. I use ZM to remote login to my practice computers when I need access to my computers outside the office. Easy to use, both laptop/desktop and mobile.

Nachteile:

There really is not anything I do not like, but then my use of ZM is relatively basic, and for that, it is excellent.

Good lead generator.

Kommentare: But the downloads mean a good and useful way of building a presence.

Vorteile:

The clear advantage of Zoho over Zoom is that Zoho generates leads. People have to register, so you know who is who. It's also easy to use, set up meetings and webinars etc etc.

Nachteile:

It's not terribly clear what is the difference between Webinar and Meeting. there is some muddling. You might think you have set up a Webinar, but it's really a meeting, so you need to check that.

A Powerful and Easy to Use Virtual Meeting Solution
