The process of logging in is very straight forward and I haven't had to log in again since. It's very intuitive to use and you can post fun content.
Set up was tricky but that might have been user error.

Kommentare: Support team are customer focussed and very pro active. Enhancements to the product are communicated on a regular basis and the team is always available to support
Vorteile:
Workvivo provides a platform to address internal communication challenges which hinder the development of employee engagement. For RCSI Bahrain, it has provided the University with the opportunity to celebrate successes, communicate effectively and drive forward our employee engagement strategy. The project team at Workvivo are amazing to deal with and guided us through the implementation with ease. As Head of Human Resources, this tool is a phenomenal intervention in progressing our people strategy.

Awesome Employee Engagement tool
Kommentare: The team at Workvivo has been great to work with, they provide excellent customer care and make big enhancements to their product. One of my favorites is the live stream function, which allows all users to view and or participate in a virtual meeting in real time.
Vorteile:
Workvivo is very easy to use and has a great support team. They are in constant contact and always give helpful suggestions on how to enhance the tool and create buy in. I love that we can create multiple spaces for departments and fun topics. We also have the ability to tie everything back to our core values. If you are looking for an employee engagement tool, Workvivo is the best.
Nachteile:
They have been making enhancements but there is only more of a high level reporting function to see total views, or users using the product, you are not able to see who view each article or have them sign off they have viewed it.
Room for improvement

It is easy to access and does what it is designed to do.
Nachteile:
Like Face Book but without the adverts, which is a plus.

Exactly what you need!
Kommentare: Excellent customer care from Workvivo side. Very flexible and supportive.
Vorteile:
Workvivo offers just exactly what is needed, when implementing such a tool in a company. While it is fully adaptable to the companies corporate design, it is super easy to use and has all relevant features without a feature overload.
Nachteile:
The backend / administration of the system could be improved.

Colleague Experience and Engagement
Kommentare: To start the team is incredible. In our case [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] are super stars, we loooove them!!! They were key to the success of the implementation. Overall, the way they work facilitated the transition from one platform to another one that contains more features, more content governance, more roles to manage engagement better and integrations that are valuable for our employees.
Vorteile:
-Integrations with the rest of internal business platforms -Ease of use, it is intuitive enough that you don't need to spend a lot of time training people -Continuous improvement on features and capabilities -Cohesive and centralize corporate comms channel
Nachteile:
The search functionality was a pain point but the team has been working with us to improve overall experience, going on the right direction now :)

Kommentare: We have been able to better gauge how employees are feeling about their jobs and their overall experience with our company.
Vorteile:
Keeping the team connected, sharing experiences and projects. Getting to know each other.
Nachteile:
i go back and forth between the mobile app and my desk top and I think that causes some glitches. on the mobile, I might see a notification but them I dont see anything. I then look at it on my desktop and see tha post. My mobile app requires me to log in about 75% of the time.
Excellent Platform
Kommentare: I would highly recommend this application. The experience has been fantastic. It is the excellent platform to communicate and connect with colleagues and management.

It is a great way of communicating with colleagues and management. I personally believe it is the best way of communicating.
Nachteile:
They are continuously improving the features specially the search functionality.

Intuitive features, easy to use for our employee base without a lot of extra training. Great customer service and hands-on approach to launch and customization.
Nachteile:
Wish there were a way to separate uploads from the main feed - sometimes the doc upload or event upload activity clogs the feed.
Wonderful and easy to use
Vorteile:
We started using WorkVivo a few months ago at the company. It was a great hit with all of my colleagues. The software was easy to get around and brought a positive vibe to our team! I recommend it.
Nachteile:
When using the App, the software is slightly slower to load and upload images or giphys for content use on posts and comments. But when using a computer, there's no issues at all.
Workvivo
Kommentare: For us Workvivo has been I believe transformational in terms of communicating in real time across the business with colleagues in different locations and across various shifts. It was enabled us to increase engagement and share successes right across the business building on our one team ethos. It is very easy to use and we see more and more colleagues having the confidence to add posts and engage with others about business and non business news.
Vorteile:
The product is so user friendly, very intuitive and was very easy to implement across the business. It is engaging and can be branded to make it totally unique for every organisation and is fun to use.
Nachteile:
Very little that we didn't like about the product. Small additions would make a big difference such as using the awards section to transfer our paper based colleague recognition programme to the platform. To be honest when we have suggested improvement Workvivo have listened to the suggestions provided and implemented where appropriate
WORKVIVO is the New FACEBOOK
Kommentare: i would describe my experience as a wonderful and joyful one , where this platform really brings all employees all together and for example the competition posts which is posted nearly every month , this brings all employees to participate in a way that makes us want to open WORKVIVO everyday to see what's new .
Vorteile:
i would have to say that the thing i like the most using this software is being able to check all of the company's news either if its new employees / new working tools / new platform and many other things that made me feel that the level of employee engagement has increased .
Nachteile:
there is nothing i dislike regarding this software.

Kommentare: I love using Workvivo everyday. I look forward to searching for good news stories about our alumni to share with my colleagues. It's now a daily ritual that add value to my work.
Vorteile:
Workvivo is an excellent way for me to post news alerts that will be of interest to my colleagues across our institution. It's quick and easy to do. It allows me to post call-outs to individuals and departments that will be eager to read the articles and links provided.
Nachteile:
Can't think of many. Maybe some of the hyperlinks I try to insert don't always show up as images but that could be because of our own firewall security.

Vorteile:
Workvivo is a good social media platform for organisations. It allows us to connect with our internal team and share and upload just like any other social media.
Nachteile:
Everything is so good and I really like the interface it gives such a smooth experience
Perfect Platform for Employee Appreciation
Kommentare: I like WorkVivo, I spend my mornings and afternoons on it, it helps me ease into work mood and it's nice to go there from time to time and see what is happening with people at work.
Vorteile:
I love the fact that you can communicate through GIFs, I mean it's 2022, everyone uses GIFs. Also love that you can customize your notification settings, pulse surveys are great and a big help when arranging team night outs.
Nachteile:
I would like to have emojis built in so communication could be even more expressive.

Kommentare: Love using it, Could not be easier and GUI is so nice.
Vorteile:
I like the overall feel to Workvivo, It is extremely easy to navigate and get what I need in a couple of clicks. It feels like a positive message regardless due to the feel of the app.
Nachteile:
Would be nice to have a news ticker on main screen to try to engage some of my team members that do not buy into the app.

Easier to maintain contact with staff now we are all working from home.
It is good to stay connected with staff on what is happening in diff business groups.
Communication and engagement tool to help drive social initiatives happening e..g pictures from events etc.
Vorteile:
The product is very easy to use on a day to day basis. Workvivo is intuitive and therefore the use can easily navigate and move around the tool. 10/10 for customer support. The account manager we have is always very responsive. The entire deployment , and set up was very easy. We recently startyed using the podcast featuer and got a good response. The article feature is good to drive information.
Nachteile:
not really, cant complain. Workvivo has been seamless since we began our relationship
Great Product
Kommentare: Really positive, first time I have used the product compared to other intranet and this is great.
Vorteile:
Really easy to use and post. Scheduling posts is really great also and brings a sense of community.
Nachteile:
I think the photo upload feature could be made a little easier and add in some emoji's.

It is so easy to keep in touch with others in your organisation especially with remote/hybrid working and makes you feel part of the team.

Kommentare: Very positive, can do approach - extremely responsive to questions, and issues (from our side) and supportive. in providing materials and suggestions to us, on how best to launch, gain best engagement, and ongoing traction in Workvivo. An important and high profile project for UBC to support all of our employees, and business functions, our new communications and engagement platform - will support us to continue to facilitate our transformation programme, and build a closer UBC community across all functional areas, and employee locations. Ease of use, and implementation. One product providing a broad offering to support UBC communication, engagement and recognition. The look of the products, and ability to tailor, brand as needed.

Vorteile:
I guess the key benefit is that the solution comes 'out of the box' and is ready to implement very quickly. We got great support and advice from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and her team. Staff engagement is really important when we are all working remotely and keeping the office 'craic' was one of our big objectives. We are doing this by creating competitions, fundraisers and the like.
Nachteile:
Overall it is a really great solution, the one area that could be improved is the App - where the functionality is a little less than desktop but I understand that is being addressed.
Intuitive, non-intrusive, and a nice aside from normal corporate communication.
Kommentare: It's a really good tool for what was an already informal company, giving us a single platform on which we can share ideas or opinions while still striking the right balance of formal v informal.
Vorteile:
I love that it still feels like a personal social media account, but there are structures in place that keep it professional. It's a whole other aspect to our company now, and the intuitive nature of the platform means you immediately know the tone required in what you post.
Nachteile:
Some of the other tools (polls, articles, groups) could be more obvious to navigate to, but once you get the hang of it it's fine.
