Kommentare: Out of all the coaching apps I've used so far, it has been the best one to work with.

Vorteile:

It has a wide variety of functions to make coaching easier and faster.

Nachteile:

Any app doesn't have ALL the features I'd personally like, but I have been able to provide feedback which is always taken in consideration.

An excellent tool to elevate your coaching

Kommentare: Compared to our previous platform providers, customer service has been particularly outstanding – responses to questions come very quickly, and it feels like the customer is truly being heard :) I can highly recommend Trainero as a tool for anyone considering a platform to boost their coaching.

Vorteile:

It is easy to use and a highly versatile tool for coaching, saving coaches a lot of time by automating client tasks. The white labeling option provides excellent value for money, allowing you to customize the app according to your design and preferences.

Nachteile:

Our coaching approach (habit coaching) differs somewhat from traditional methods, so we needed to adapt certain features to better suit our needs. However, these were minor issues, and we found solutions that met our needs.

Kommentare: I am really satisfied and this is many times better to use than the previous application I used. we are very happy and it is great that the application is developing all the time, we have received good feedback from customers that the application is convenient

Vorteile:

it is simple to use and has a lot of functions, customer support that serves every single moment is really valuable

Nachteile:

I don't like it, I can't add alternative food ingredients, I can make new meals but I can't put two different food options.

Kommentare: Overall, the company and its employees, as well as its app, are amazing. Besides the one con I listed above, this app is exactly what we need and we're looking for to be constructed for us.

Vorteile:

The ease of customization and integration of this software into our current existing business model was very simple, and the software continues to be very adaptable to our needs.

Nachteile:

Since we did the white label version of the app, and paid the appropriate cost for it, there are still Trainer-O watermarks on several parts of the app that are visible to the public and takes away from Our Brands version of uniqueness.

Perfect Solution for Online and Group Coaching

Kommentare: Overall I'm pleased. It is better, than I had before. Not too difficult to use. It has many functions.

Vorteile:

As a wellness coach, what I have liked the most is that I can create a group and share files common to everyone, we can chat in a group. It's also easy to share programs. It is good that there are also ready-made programs.

Nachteile:

When you share something for a group, the messages seems to disappear. The customer sees a message, but can not find it afterwards. It was difficult for customers to name their profile in chat.

The ideal fitness marketplace for local markets

Kommentare: Even though we still have not involved as many coaches as we thought we would on the platform, we are attracting more and more studios and fitness centers that like to sell their subscriptions on the web shop and to use it as a CRM platform.

Vorteile:

The availability and responsiveness of the team.

Nachteile:

The complexity and the depth of details of their features which sometimes make coaches fear that it is too complex to work with.

Kommentare: In every thing that I have used Trainero or been in contact with I have always have a very good experience. So it's a very good solution for every business needing this. I also like that we could brand our logo very easy, it's look very professional.

Vorteile:

I think it is a solution for everything in my business, my customer likes it and I love it. It is easy to use and right on point of what I am needing for my business.

Nachteile:

I haven´t find out anything yet, but we are also in the start of our journey. So lets find out. But my experience is that Trainero listen and fix.

A revolurion to my small business

Kommentare: Trainero has revolutionized my online training business. I’ve been able to seamlessly organize and sell all my training programs through the app’s built-in online store. The marketing and lead generation tools are excellent because they allow me to target my ideal clients directly within the platform. My clients find the app simple and user-friendly. They love how the direct messaging feature and support groups within the app save time compared to managing multiple groups on social media. Additionally, Trainero’s customer support has been extremely helpful and surprisingly fast, ensuring any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Trainero to personal trainers and their clients!

Vorteile:

One of the most useful features in Trainero is how easy it is to create personalized training programs. It’s simplified my workflow, allowing me to focus more on coaching rather than admin tasks.

Nachteile:

Not completely customizable for small brands.

Kommentare: Overall our experience of the software has been nothing short of excellent - the customer support and adaptability has been very good...plus the integration and new developments coming make this a perfect fit for us.

Vorteile:

I like mostly how well the developers have kept things simple and well thought through in terms of ease of use. The other crucial part is the multiple languages available which suits out business perfectly

Nachteile:

There are some features we are still looking forward to having (which are coming) including bookings and forms. The style of nutrition coaching we do also means we won´t really use the nutrition side of Trainero i.e. meal plan and food tracker possibility - this isn´t so much of a con though as I am sure some coaches will find it very useful...and we can achieve our style of nutrition coaching in the Timeline feature of the software.
