Tolles Produkt und herausragender Kundenservice

Kommentare: Insgesamt ein tolles Tool um schnell Webpages und Online-Shops sehr gut zu übersetzen. Einfacher geht es kaum. Die Qualität der Übersetzung ist ebenfalls sehr gut und die Anpassungsmöglichkeiten lassen viele Individualisierungen zu.

Vorteile:

Sehr einfache Implementierung und Nutzung.

Nachteile:

Die gebündelte Bearbeitung könnte etwas komfortabler sein.

Best Customer service.

Kommentare: I never experience better customer service. I wish all my partners would be as dedicated.

Vorteile:

Of course, the product itself is great and does what needs to be done. I installed it without any IT background. It is really easy to use. It could probably be improved on some points although nothing comes immediately to my mind. What I want to emphasize here is the customer service quality. Rapidity, efficiency, kindness,... but also what lacks the most in such "IT" service, a real customer-oriented support. Actually, I think the product works already so well and has so few flows that the people behind it are bored and therefore so happy to help when finally someone gets a question :-).

Nachteile:

The invoicing system. I do not yet totally understand how consumption is calculated. Once the translation is done, that you have 1 or 1.000.000 views, it should not differ in rate so much. We just reach a limit of views and the service stopped. I needed to switch to another category which makes it much more expensive. (Although the translation job has already been done).

Excellent addition for our business

Kommentare: We've had a couple of questions about making customisations to fit the language switcher into our site and other questions along the way as we fine tune Weglot into our site. Weglot have been with us the whole time providing timely responses and helpful and specific answers to our questions.

Vorteile:

Weglot has been super easy for us to implement within our BigCommerce store. The functionality is excellent with the ability to have it running within minutes or customise as needed. We've customised it to fit within our store theme and have multiple subdomains setup. Within 24 hours of adding the subdomains to Google we were receiving new traffic and orders so it's already delivering a return on investment.

Nachteile:

Every feature which we need we have found within Weglot, I'm yet to think of anything which is missing.

Issues with Integration

Kommentare: Initially the trial test worked well. It translated some of our pages and we find any server side issues. Other then a few translation errors for meaning, which were easily fixed by a native speaker, everything was working at least 95%
We proceed for the paid plan of 3 languages and quickly exceeded our word translation allowance. There were some errors with button colors and some functionality with the paid version. Their Support Team told us we needed to White List the plugin, which caused our site to quickly crash and the pages not to load. Our site started receiving hack attacks from different locations around the world.
Their support team just stopped communicating with us and have refused to close and refund us.
We are now contracting a professional services to fix the errors their plugin caused on our site.
Completely our fault for not having a Dev Site to try this on first, but we trusted the reviews we read and trusted in their company. We have lost thousands in revenue in the past 5 days and they are not even responding to us.

Vorteile:

Easy to set up Translates pages as promised Possible opening new markets

Nachteile:

Website crashed We started getting thousands of requests each hour from different IP address trying to brute force hack our website. Their support takes more then 48 hours to respond, often without offering assistance and requesting the same information again and again. Lost thousands in revenue Costing us Thousands to fix their errors Google Translate is free and less doesn't crash your site.

Weglot is most likely the best translation app on Shopify app store

Vorteile:

Easy to use and understand right out of the bat. Simple translation management, dynamic translations and ability to hide CSS or URL's mad me go for Weglot.

Nachteile:

Subdirectories set up did not work for us and caused us trouble, even after the assurance from the support. Also, I would like to use a chat function instead of only email.

Automatic translation

Vorteile:

I'm glad it is easy to connect shopife. A very good experience with customer support will help with everything.

Nachteile:

I haven't discovered anything yet. I am satisfied with everything.

Best shopify translator

Vorteile:

Price is cheap compared to others, easy to use, all was pretty much automatic.

Nachteile:

Still had to do some manual work after the automatization but i guess it was expected.

Translation in a day

Kommentare: Service has been quick to respond when I had issues with the DNS settings, probably the most difficult part.

Vorteile:

Translation is and has been always a major issue on all websites, it basically means you have to produce the same content twice. Weglot makes it very easy, just add an entry to your DNS file and add a snippet to your header and boom your website is translated in basically any language you want. The user won't even notice it, since you can enable to automatically select the right language based on browser settings. Automatic translation is good but not perfect, but therefore weglot offers a visual editor where you can refine your translation manually, which is a key feature. If you are to busy for that they offer professional translations, I haven't tried them though. Also they don't try to translate fixed expressions that you want to keep in English. All in all it is the perfect package.

Nachteile:

It is probably pricing, it offers good value for money but if your cannot capitalize your business with translated content thant it might be not with it to you.

We Glot 101

Kommentare: It's been an average experience if I am being totally honest. I've been expecting a lot more from WeGlot but every time I need to make a change, it has given me some sort of issues.

Vorteile:

I like how WeGlot allowed me to have a website that was translated in several languages, it allowed me to reach out to a stronger population and more organization. I feel like it is an added value for anyone's website.

Nachteile:

It was really hard to get it going and I experienced a lot of issues with the English to French translation. I needed to make a lot of changes on my own instead of letting the platform do it automatically.

Quite easy to use. Translation works well.

Nachteile:

At first, I did not know how to setup new subdomains, but thanks to the support team now it works perfectly well.

Saved me at least 50% of the entire work!

Kommentare: Seamless experience, easy to use and implement and those few times we needed support they were there for us in less than 24h, without any complicated ticketing tools... a simple e-mail and a quick and useful reply! That's how it should be! Thanks a lot for that!!

Vorteile:

It's very easy to use and the best part, it's easy to maintain. When we change part of our website it automatically carries over to the other language(s). All we need to do is quickly double check the automatic translation (8/10 we need no changes!) and that's it!

Nachteile:

Localization for German-Switzerland is still missing... it's a minor thing since German-Germany is mostly the same, but would be an appreciated feature for the future.

Awesome Tool for translations and SEO

Kommentare: Awesome tool, once you tried it, you will probably never use another translation tool. Especially not when you know about SEO.

Vorteile:

Automated href lang tags and an awesome way to translate make it really nice, simple and valuable to use. Further, at weglot there is one of the best support team I have ever seen.

Nachteile:

Would be nice if responsive images could also be translated

A translation product that gets it

Vorteile:

The biggest benefit of Weglot is that it saves us so much time. The automated translations, combined with the visual editor, makes for a super fast workflow to translate a website while maintaining high quality.

Nachteile:

The lack of subdirectories was one aspect but they've fixed it (it's currently in beta). Another annoyance was the lack of informal tone for the automated translation. Some languages such as French or Dutch make a distinction between the formal and informal tone ("tu/vous" or "jij/u"). The automated translation by default translates to the formal tone, which wasn't in line with how we communicate.

Excellent customer service

Vorteile:

I like how easy it is to get a quick response from a customer service. It is always very helpful and we've always found solutions to all our requests. From my experience it is very unlikely to get a quick & really helpful response when it comes to other digital softwares we use like squarespace, mailchimp etc.

Nachteile:

What I like the least is that the original software doesn't have a built in option to do what I used this software for...ideally I wouldn't have to use third party service but since it's not an option yet, I'm happy to have Weglot.

It's a no brainer for automatic translation with Webflow

Vorteile:

The tool is very well integrated with Webflow and allows to set up an automatic translation very quickly in any language. The content management system is very simple and allows you to work automatically or with translators without friction. If you are looking for a quick and easy to implement tool with 5 star customer support, I recommend you look at the

Nachteile:

The pricing system could be improved because it can become quite expensive when you also translate a blog with a lot of content.

Your software is the easiest solution and the best one. In addition I’m using pagefly and you support that!!

Nachteile:

The price is kind of high. I would let a first free unlimited package for the begging so people can understand that they have a lot of words to translate and not just until 2,000. Expect of that you are awesome!!

Excellent customer support

Vorteile:

I'm trying to optimise everything within Weglot integration in my Shopify store and Klaviyo app, from appearance to SEO. It is not always easy, but Weglot customer support is a 5-stars ! They are quick and can go deep in the presented issue, they don't give up till finding a solution !

Nachteile:

I was expecting an easier set up. I found various small issues that I needed to fix, with the help of the customer support.

Quick and easy translation of Webflow Websites

Vorteile:

I followed a guide from Finsweet on Youtube saying it is the easiest way to translate a Webflow Website and they were right. I like that i dont have to translate new content manually when i add new content to the my page.

Nachteile:

At this stage i like almost everything about this software. There is nothing to complain. The customer support is excellent and helped me very quickly with my minor problems.

No complaints, anywhere

Vorteile:

From sign up to set up to customization, the product works smoothly and has a clean, intuitive UI. What really sets Weglot apart is the support. They are so fast to respond, patient, and endlessly helpful. Best customer support on the web!

Nachteile:

The visual editor's top bar UI is a little confusing, as are the way the links work in the translated content. Not a major issue.

The ability to translate not due to a persons geographic location, but rather the language that they choose in their search engine
