Kommentare: Amelia hilft mir als Berater sehr meine Termine zu koordinieren. Die Oberfläche ist gut zu verstehen und hat viele Funktionen. Man kann sehr viel verändern und der support hilft zeitnah wenn es Probleme gibt. Optimal wäre noch eine Integration auf Microsoft Teams, momentan gibt es in diesen Bereich nur zoom. Auch kann man sich und den Kunden per SMS über Termine informieren oder Danke sagen nach einem Termin. Auch Geburtstagswünsche per sms sind automatisch möglich. Es gibt auch ein eigenes Kundenmenü und Mitarbeitermenü. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Great value and does the job

Vorteile:

I like how the backend of the plugin works well and looks very nice - such a refreshing thing compared to a lot of other plugins. It allows us to do a lot of complicated booking without hiring a custom development firm. I also like that there is lifetime license and the pricing is very reasonable for small businesses.

Nachteile:

A few glitches here and there. Like we cannot seem to make custom fonts work and also cannot find a way to easily customize button styles.

I tried the free version first (it came with my theme). Then I bought the premium version ( I can have it on 5 websites) and I have it on 3 websites to date. The support is excellent. I have been impressed with the depth of this plugin from day one and I'm building my digital assets around this plugin. I have spent time with the documentation, which is very detailed ( I build websites-my plan is to build environments where I and other independent contractors can work remotely and virtually) and this is very important. It takes time to set up an online business that is fully functional and supports my business objectives. Ameila makes this possible. It is the best booking plugin to date. Keep up the good work!

Nachteile:

They do not offer website templates! The demo templates arew AWESOME but they do not offer templates. Also, The templates are centered around health and fitness; Offering a variety of templates, say an event organizer template, would have been awesome.

Did not work - No Support - REFUND PLEASE!

Kommentare: Because I have yet heard from the company, I hope someone from their sales team will see this post. The website says if you request a refund within 15days they will consider...however I still have not heard from them after sending 2 ticket requests nor received a refund. I do not even receive a confirmation when I send them a ticket.
Until I hear back from the company, I would not recommend this to anyone. AMELIA PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR A REFUND!!!

The option for a one time purchase instead of a subscription model. Automated scheduling for appointments and events.

Nachteile:

I spent over 8 hours walking through each tutorial to set up 2 way calendar sync, Zoom integration with notifications in my WP website. I was a bit weary because I read other reviews saying they had a lot of troubleshooting errors and problems with getting everting synced with their calendars correctly. The Amelia tutorials were really extensive and also vague in some areas. They insinuated if something doesn't work...then contact the third party or contact your google administrator. RED FLAGS!! My first attempt after setting everything up and I had multiple issues...calendar did not sync, nor did it send notifications. So I tried to reach out to Support last Thursday...and still no reply. I finally decided to try the Calendly free version. Within 30min I had all my calendar integration with zoom and notification up and working with no problem. I'm sure this plugin will work if you have hours of troubleshooting time and help with a web developer...but after seeing how fast Calendly set everything up, I'm sold.

Amelia Scheduler

Kommentare: My overall experience with Amelia is that it gets the job done for everyone.

I love amelia becuase it is extremely professional and contains everything one can imagine to create a professional interface for for scheduling.

Nachteile:

It does have a learning curve. I am not a professional web developer although I do create websites. Integrating google workspace and google console is not difficult but requires time and patience.

Ameila Online Booking Plugin is a complete solution

Kommentare: We searched quite a long time, and found Amelia the most individual easy and comprehensive product, without having a monthly fee and under our own scope and hosting. If you are looking for a scheduling and ressource booking system for wordpress you should be fine with Amelia, give it a try starting with the free LITE version.

It is not possible to limit a service to a certain day of the week, but it is possible to do so for an employee.

Amelia Booking WP plugin

Kommentare: Superb overall -features that completely hit the mark for our business, costs that are very reasonable and a comprehensive support package -what's not to like?!

Vorteile:

The plugin installs seamlessly without conflict with other plugins, it is easy to setup, despite it having a huge range of features and options these are laid out so you can get up and running quickly and then adapt/tweak to suit your requirements later. We had been using other booking plugins, none of which came close to the functionality of Amelia. There is a free version to try out many of the features - we had this installed for just a few days before being convinced the full version was the way to go. Pricing structure is great so you don't need to pay for the bits you don't need -and lifetime licenses make this a very affordable option. The support available is excellent -very knowledgeable and responsive teams who know the answers to the most obscure questions.

Nachteile:

Nothing to dislike -this plugin does it all -totally customizable even if you are not a developer!

Appointment and event add-ons you don't want to miss!

Kommentare: It doesn't require much learning curve to use Amelia and very respond customer service. It may not be best booking appointments plugin, but it really does what it says. I have no problem with using Amelia plugin so far, it is stable and reliable.

Vorteile:

It is very important to me to manage time as a consultant. The core function of Amelia plugin is booking appointment, it provides me a very easy way to check my clients' appointment and it also syncs with my Google calendar. In addition, Amelia takes care of the payment process automatically which I don't like to deal with. I won't say Amelia is suitable to all kinds of service providers or industries , but the booking process of Amelia really cam support Most of service providers needs.

Nachteile:

Although, Amelia provides booking appointments function, but it also provides booking events. I compared many event and ticket plugins to Amelia, I think it has some improvements in booking event feature. No QR code ticket and too less choice of event booking list interface.

Amelia is a good option for making appointments.

What I liked most about Amelia is that in general all its features cover the needs of my business to create appointments.

Nachteile:

I didn't like that: 1. It is not possible to add more than one employee to a reservation. I mean, I think you should provide the possibility of adding more than one employee to the reservations. 2. That when creating a reservation from the calendar, it is not possible to enter the client's phone number among the data. 3. That it does not allow more data to be displayed in the Preview of the calendar cards. I would like these cards to be configurable and one can define which data can be seen and which cannot when hovering the cursor over it.

An effective and affordable online booking app.

Kommentare: Honestly, really pleased with the Amelia Plugin. The small Pilates Studio I work for were forced to change their old online booking system when the software company went into administration. I had to do some swift research and find an alternative that didn't blow the small budget. Amelia fitted the bill perfectly. The UI was very different to the previous booking package, but after viewing a few tutorials I flew through the set up. And a big plus was our customers found the front end much easier to navigate. We continued to use the plugin problem free for a year, but encountered a glitch when upgrading to the pro version in order to access a new direct refund function. In fairness to the Amelia team the problem was at my end, but their support team were very patient and went a above and beyond to help me get some new events online urgently, when the Amelia Admin Screens displayed as blank on all my devices!!

Vorteile:

Good user interface which helps with the ease of use. Love the range of customisation. Excellent value for money and lots of informative tutorial videos available.

Nachteile:

We missed a direct refund function which had been available on the software we used for booking previously, but TMS recently added the facility to the Pro version so I upgraded

Best Booking PlugIn for SME

Kommentare: I can highly recommend Amelia. Support is very handsome. The pro version is well worth the money.

Vorteile:

Highly customizable, used for individual appointments and events. Integrates seamless into webpage. Super fast and helpful support from the developers. Very stable in production environment.

Nachteile:

Sometimes troubleshooting is tricky because of few debug Infos.

The look, the interface, the easy way to make a booking. The overall experience is great and the customer support is quick to answer.

Fast and efficient bookings management, but takes a bit of time to setup

Vorteile:

Integrates cleanly and easily into WordPress sites, with integrations for Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar and Zoom. Lots of flexibility in terms of the setup of appointments and events, and easy to setup payment processing.

Nachteile:

It can takea bit of time to get everything setup as needed, and no option to export/import settings which could be helpful when we are setting up for Clients as some of the process could be replicated.

Boxing Club Booking System

Kommentare: Easy to use, only needed to contact support once and Uros helped instantly and got my query sorted.

Vorteile:

Amelia is very easy to use and setup, the design in the catalogue for the events is clear and precise- and is perfect for what my client needed and needs.

Nachteile:

There really isnt any cons or things that i like least about Amelia.

As a web designer, I'm especially happy about the many settings for the different display options. Setup has also been easy so far with Amelia's Youtube channel and also the fast friendly support. It's fun to experiment with the Amelia booking plugin and I look forward to using this plugin on a wide variety of projects.

Desired feature: very satisfied with this plugin: complete and very well thought out. Perfect for my need to book events and group lessons.

Nachteile:

I would have liked an integrated automatic email reminder functionality (without going through cron jobs) ; but not being a developer I do not realize what it represents technically and for this price.

the best calendar I've ever used
