Booston to boost your business !
Kommentare: Booston is a service-minded company, that can translate your online challenges to useable solutions. They helped us improve our online visability, targeting, candidate tracking, social media campaigns, seo and brought on lots of candidates and clients to help us grow.
Vorteile:
Next to a good and easy implementation of their product, Booston has build us an API to connect to other software we wanted to use to build our business. Booston's website with several recruitment options, connected to Google and social media, has proven to be very succesfull. On a regular basis we receive compliments about our website and new candidates and clients seem to find us much better in the past 2 years.
Nachteile:
There is no so much to not like about this software

Booston, very usefull in getting more applications!
Kommentare: We are very happy with Booston, this application helps us a lot with reaching job seekers and when there is a problem they solve it right away.
Vorteile:
I'ts very easy to multipost all our vacancies and to choose which job we like to 'boost' to reach more people.
Nachteile:
They have a lot of marketing information available but sometimes its hard to understand and trace back all those information.

Unique and easy way of job vacancy distribution
Kommentare: Company that thinks along with yours and has short contact lines. Very innovative and always moving forward.
Vorteile:
Booston makes it very easy to spread your job vacancies over a vast amount of jobboards. This boosts your website visits for job pages directly. Secondly, you can very easily copy vacancies for other geoligical locations and/or simply duplicate it with a different without having duplicate content risks that come with a duplication on your own website.
Nachteile:
It is also possible to use Booston as a Content Management System, and although there are a lot of possiblities, there is also a lot to be gained there. But because Booston can always easily be contacted and is very involved with its customer there is always a solution for a content wish.

Vorteile:
Dat je als organisatie zelf directe controle hebt over de software. Je bent niet afhankelijk van anderen waardoor de snelheid van acteren ten positieve wordt beinvloed.
Nachteile:
Niets bijzonders. kleine verbeteringen zijn altijd wenselijk
