Easy to Use With Tons of Features

Vorteile:

Ease of use and being able to integrate my email with it.

Nachteile:

I disliked how much the program cost. It's too expensive for me.

The Best App of It's Kind, By Far!

Kommentare: iFax allows our business to send and receive fax transmissions when necessary, and eliminates the need to seek outside sources to do so.

Vorteile:

I am impressed with this app so far. Everything we need is available in one place. The user interface is a breeze to navigate. The ease of use is relieving after trying multiple similar apps before discovering iFax.

Nachteile:

I haven't yet encountered a negative aspect of this app. Everything has been a dream so far from reliable fax transmissions to records keeping with the archiving feature.

Do not trust them

Kommentare: Extremely negative. It's clear that their M.O. is to charge customers even if they cancel, and then give them the runaround hoping they'll give up.

Vorteile:

They sent a fax online for me. Their only function.

Nachteile:

They charged me $99.99 despite cancelling the free trial immediately after using it. Their customer service can't be reached by phone and they have me the runaround for five days via email

Small businesses should use this fax system

Kommentare: I am in the trial period, check with me once I start using it in my business. But so far, I was able to handle sending information for a bill with confiential data quickly.

Vorteile:

This software is easy to use, and I can see what I am sending as a real document. It allows unlimited attachments, which is pretty cool. It has OCR capability, that is really useful as well.

Nachteile:

I am in the trial, but so far, the only think I do not like is I have to pay for it a year in advance.

Best electronic fax software

Vorteile:

ifax has been incredible. We love it and sincerely recommend it. They're honest and they are responsive if you have a question. Truly happy we found them.

Nachteile:

I wish there was a set fee for an unlimited number of persons. Maybe not unlimited but perhaps 5 to begin with and a different tier for 10 or more.

Best & Easiest Online Fax System

Kommentare: I was able to use iFax to send very important documents to the Department of Homeland Security's E-verify system to verify identification for employment purposes.

Vorteile:

I liked that you are able to try iFax for free before you decide to purchase it. The iFax was surprisingly fast and I was even given an expected time of delivery. I like the email to fax and fax to email feature as well.

Nachteile:

I wish the first free fax was able to contain more than just one attachment. I would also like to see a confirmation number once the fax is sent. Also would like the option to create a cover letter.

Ease of use and customer service are key

Kommentare: Fax is critical these day since privacy is a priority. This is the easiest way to achieve that I've found.

Vorteile:

Ease of use is the most important to me. It works with my MFC – L3770CDW Brother printer.

Nachteile:

I do not have an opinion on what would need to be improved. I have not had any difficulty.

This is an amazing system for occasional users like myself

I was looking for a software that I could occasionally send faxes and this one really hit the spot.

Nachteile:

I wished there was an option for single pay/use option instead of trial or monthly/yearly memberships. I wouldn't mind paying $1 for each time needing to send a fax

Kommentare: As an early user my experience is limited but I do like what I have seen so far.

Vorteile:

Faxing is not necessarily a thing of the past. And when you need it, it needs to be quick and easy without the headache of maintaining a fax machine. iFax is the perfect fit.

Nachteile:

None that I have found so far. It has worked well for my use.

Love this!

Kommentare: This was so simple and easy to use. I had to bookmark the site "just in case" I ever need to fax again. Oh, and so quick! It got my documents there in hard copy format just in the snap of the fingertips. What's not to love about this?

Vorteile:

This is about the only time I ever needed to send a fax from home. All other fax services required me to sign up, purchase a phone number, and pay a fee per fax/page. I do not need all that. This service allowed me to send just one fax up to five pages, I believe, and there was no charge. Just what I needed.

Nachteile:

Honestly, if anyone has anything negative to say about this service, well, then they may be spoiled rotten and should be ashamed of themselves.

My 3rd and last e-fax trial. This one is the best.

Easy to use and cost effective

Kommentare: I needed a simple to use cost effective faxing app. iFax has filled that niche for me.

Vorteile:

I was able to fax within 5 minutes and it went flawlessly. Fax was fast and reliable.

Nachteile:

Haven't had any missing features. I haven't had a chance to look at all the features but those that I needed have been easy to use.

This product is unique & flexible. Allow the user to increase productivity with daily work.

Kommentare: Business productivity. Before you had to type the FAX, print it, take to the Fax machine hoping that's available and the try to send Fax, and sometimes the machine or the phone line didn't work. Now you eliminate too many issues, form the Comp to sending the iFax. Great solution!

Vorteile:

The ability to set up an iFax contact with the essential information for future work. Easy to use with instructions as required.

Nachteile:

Well it's a new software to learn, and I the user doesn't know the limitations for the size of the files that we need to send.

Most fantastic free or inexpensive fax on the internet services

Kommentare: Like the new Indian-born Prime Minister of the UK, a Hindu, this service will deliver, and does deliver!

Vorteile:

Ease of instructions and speed of sending a fax; so brilliantly simplified, it is unbelievable. Remember the old fax machines that would chew up the paper , the dialing up system was way-too complicated (especially if linked to a PABX system), and there was no assurance the fax actually reached the supposed recipient.

Nachteile:

Nothing at all! IT IS NO WELL DESIGNED THAT ONE COULD NOT DISLIKE ANYTHING ABOUT THIS SERVICE. WHY SHOULD ONE, IT IS FREE: SO IF IT WORKS IT WORKS , IF IT DOES NOT WORK, WE MOVE ON TO THE NEXT CHAP AROUND THE BLOCK.

The app is super easy to use! iFax can sync with many other platforms. I connected the app to dropbox. I think that the notifications that tell me when my fax is delivered are great.

Nachteile:

I honestly don’t have anything I dislike about this software.

Game Changer

Kommentare: Overall exeprience is amazing we are not submitting documents to governetment agencies as they are completed without waiting weeks for the mail service to deliver them. Clients lives will be greatly impacted for the better as this has cut out waiting time.

Vorteile:

The ease of setup and the ability to send fax's directly from my computer without having a dedicated phone line.

Nachteile:

We haven't encounted any issues as of yet when using the software.

Fraudulent Company

Kommentare: AWFUL! Do not even try it, do not give them your information.

Vorteile:

Nothing! At first, it looks like a legal company the free trial is very appealing; however, they will charge you WAY before the trial ends, I got charged $99.99 the 2nd day I started the "free trial"

Nachteile:

IS ALL CONS! After the charged me the 2nd day of my supposed "free trial" I have been contacting them, through their dashboard portal and the customer service email, they keep giving me the same "copy and paste" responds. First, they say I had to contact Microsoft to request a refund, then that said I had to contact PayPal to request a refund. NOWHERE in their terms ad conditions, nor the moment you are signing up for the trial it says I will have to go through a third party to request a refund. But above all, all of this could of being avoided if they wouldn't charge the very 2nd day I made the HUGE mistake of giving them my information.
