Very easy to use and to start

Vorteile:

They really listen to clients and adapt their tool on their feedback. They are continually developing their tool, which make it a very good tool for now and the future. With the A.I. Aspect it’s futureproof!

Nachteile:

Nothing actually, because it does what they promise

Easy and very complete search with fast setup

Kommentare: Within Mediq we had the problem of a old system with a slow search. With Sooqr we could really easility implement a new and fast search in our old system. Also the customer service is really good. Fast reply and they want to help with possible unqiue problems.

Vorteile:

Sooqr is really easy to setup but still keeps a wide range of functionalities. Whit a easy .js snipped with a open mind for external input you can go all the way.

Nachteile:

There are strings attached. If you want to have some unique special request then it is a bit more difficult because the build is not in your control.

Kommentare: We have increased our conversion rate with 20% since using Sooqr.

Vorteile:

Sooqr has a clear back office with numerous configuration possibilities. At the frontend, I find the speed of presentation of the results particularly important, Sooqr does that perfectly.

Nachteile:

Downside is that I can't integrate Sooqr fluently into our design/branding. Sooqr can design a template for this at extra cost. I would like to have more options available here.

Product works fairly simply and gives excellent search results. Very quickly displays the search results in a legible way. Easy to set yourself what you want at the top and the possibility of banners. Filter to be set by the visitor If there are no results, you can decide for yourself what to display: for example Call us Synonyms can be set

Kommentare: Great experience - initially implemented on our main UK website and have seen huge improvements in our conversions from visitors that use search. So much so that we have now started rolling it out across our other sites and are seeing the same improvements each time.

Vorteile:

Assistance and knowledgeable staff helping when we set Sooqr up on our sites. The search functionality itself is so fast and easy to use it's increased our conversion rates hugely since implementing.

Nachteile:

Nothing immediately comes to mind. Everything from on-boarding to the functionality itself to support has been great.

Looking for a easy to implement on site search tool, Sooqr is an affordable solution!

We have recommended and implemented Sooqr for a lot of our clients in the last year (in online marketing). Sooqr makes it easier for our clients customers to navigate trough their websites. Overall, the results have been great and that is the reason why all of our clients decided to go trough with Sooqr after the trial periods. In addition, the Customer succes team is always friendly and willing to help.

Sometimes when a website has custom CMS, implementation can take up a bit more time.

Extended search function

Vorteile:

There is very much possible compared to a standard search function. Things like synonyms, alternative keywords and much more. It is also possible to adapt the search function to your own design.

Nachteile:

The instructional videos are not very clear. Fortunately, this can be solved by telephone training.

Why are you not using Sooqr yet?!

Kommentare: With Sooqr we are able to show every visitor a search result, no matter the search query. This leads to a better customer experience, less bounces and more sales. The longer we use Sooqr, the less work we have to put in the back end to maintain .

Vorteile:

Sooqr is easy to use and works straight out-of-the-box. Without any coding knowledge i can adjust anything in Sooqr's back end to my own preferences. The dashboard shows my quick wins and the support is beyond great.

Nachteile:

We often visit our own website which leads to extra traffic for Sooqr. This makes the data, for example the click-through ratio, in de back end less trustworthy. They are working on a solution for this.
