WhatsApp has evolved since it's inception from a mere text platform to a marketing platform where you're able to setup a business account and leave autoreplies for your customers to feel that they are being engaged with all the time.

Nachteile:

I wish we could do more of financial transactions via WhatsApp as well.

Kommentare: I used it mainly for a specific client. It is fine and worked well. But I wouldn't consider moving from Slack or Google because we're already established with those tools and WhatsApp doesn't seem to offer any additional features that would warrant a big move on our part, even with the free price tag.

Vorteile:

Like other messaging tools, WhatsApp is easy to jump right into use with little training.

Nachteile:

I am used to slack and Google chat which seem even more intuitive for my needs.
