Gutes Produkt - Abzüge wegen Transparenz

Kommentare: Die Software und der Support sind gut. Negativ ist leider die Transparenz bzw. Vollständigkeit der Informationen über Preis (fehlende Mwst.) und Leistung (page views relevant für Preis).

Vorteile:

Nachteile:

Nicht ersichtlich, dass Begrenzung auf 250.000 page views/page impressions (erst auf Anfrage) Angegebene Preise sind netto - kein Hinweis auffindbar, dass Mwst. hinzugerechnet wird, dies wird erst in Rechnung ersichtlich. Langsamer Aufbau der Admin-Site GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS nur in Englisch Standardmäßig nur monatlicher Scan, darüberhinaus manuell über Suppportanfrage

Cookies without crumbles

Kommentare: CookieFirst is my solution of choice for enabling cookie consent on any professional website or SaaS application I do. Pricing is comfortably reasonable and features and functionality leave nothing to be desired. The style and behavior of the deployed solution is aesthetically pleasing and functional to the end user. Styling and other properties are easily manageable. It's a satisfying and trustworthy product which I can warmly recommend.

Nachteile:

- I don't see any cons in my experience with CookieFirst.

Easy and fast. Great price for the value.

Kommentare: We were looking for an easy/fast way to implement Consent Management in our web page, we compared many services, but CookieFirst seems to be the perfect one and we were not wrong. Easy to setup, easy to configure, easy to personalize, great price for the value.

Vorteile:

It's very easy to implement and to customize. It adapted perfectly to the design of our web page.

Nachteile:

Everything is great (at least in what we need)

You get what you pay for

Kommentare: Cookie Consent without need for own implementation.

Vorteile:

It has a good price for small companies/pages. The product is easy to style and setup. It is based in Europe (I hope all data is also stored here).

Nachteile:

1. The consent api takes too long. This goes for the first displaying the banner but also after saving my consent it takes too long. This ruins our AB Tests. 2. Statistics are unreliable. Based on Server analytics we don't have a 80% consent rate like the statics page shows, but of 50%. We can be sure about this gap, because we lost also 50% of our google analytics users introducing the tool on not only 20%. 3. Payment Invoice unstructured. We can't see for which of our domains we are paying for in each invoice. 4. Cookies are only collected for unsigned users, a way to set up a user would be nice. 5. Documentation is incomplete and outdated 6. Still looks like MVP, further improvements coming?

Kommentare: We're happy with CookieFirst. As I mentioned, even though we had some issues with Cookie banner – support took their time and fixed all the problems quickly.
Big kudos for [sensitive content hidden] for helping us out!

Vorteile:

Compared with all the other tools that we used - CookieFirst is really easy to use and implement on your website. Also, I was really happy that support took their time to investigate our issues and they helped us right away!

Nachteile:

There were some bugs with our cookie banner – sometimes it was broken or issues with content updates. However, support managed to help us with these issues and fix everything.

Reliable and easy to setup

Vorteile:

Being a small non-profit organisation we were looking for an easy to setup tool that allowed us to comply with GDPR. In Cookiefirst we found the tool that we were looking for.

Nachteile:

At this very moment we don't have any cons

Vorteile:

Easy Handling and easy to customize it for serveral use cases.

Nachteile:

Issues at the beginning with Google Analytics

Easy to implement and a must have in terms of compliance!

Kommentare: After the quick setup, CookieFirst runs automatically and scans all Cookies and expiries. You receive an update regularly and have a good overview.

Vorteile:

Cookie opt-in is essential and any company operating from Germany has to be legally compliant. Especially since we are a Legal Tech Company, this is of upmost importance for us. As opposed to a difficult and long setup, CookeFirst can be setup within minutes and insures instant compliance.

Nachteile:

There are no cons that we have come across yet. Can highly recommend.

Their main activity is done perfectly. Cookie Consent Management. It works very well.

I needed a software that condensed some more service, apart from the one they offer, and for that reason I decided to change

Vorteile:

automaticly check of cookies and to have alle Pages similar (Group Problems)

Nachteile:

often I have to search for funktions. It need to be a better overview.

I am satisfied with the software

Kommentare: The new statistics are very useful. We use exports in the time domain on a monthly basis. In general, I am satisfied

With the software, we were able to do our duty quickly and easily.

Nachteile:

What I don't like is that a higher license was necessary for small design changes.

Great product, easy to use for newbies !

Kommentare: Easy to setup, easy to use, I'm very happy with it and I do recommend it to people building platforms and website who don't have a lot of knowledge in the matter, like me.

Vorteile:

Setting up is easy, you can customize a lot of parameters and view them live. Also, there are regular scans and updates, which is a good way to remind you to keep checking your settings.

Nachteile:

The one thing I don't like too much is that some elements are automatically classified as ads cookies, but they are not and I can't customize that

Very easy to set up. Able to deploy via GTM. Able to have multi-domain single accept.

Nachteile:

Interface is clunky. Do not trust reports. Performance of the customer facing aspect is variable - sometimes instant accept, sometime hangs for several seconds.
