I really like the way peoplebox introduces 2 folks who possibly don't know each other and helps to get to know the other person.
Employees can create goals for the entire company, making it troublesome to re-arrange the goals.

Excellent product for managing teams - especially in the remote or hybrid world

-Able to align goals top-down and bottom-up
-Can run surveys to understand what our team is thinking,feeling, going through.
-Can have well organised and structured one on one conversations
- Team gets connected to each other with the coffee connect feature
Vorteile:
Ability to structure and manage one on one discussions - each person can put in their talking points ahead of time, and we can create list of follow ups during or after the meeting. Its incredibly helpful, increases accountability, focus
Nachteile:
Would love to be able to enhance the one on one feature and allow the same features for a staff meeting or a scrum. I'm told its under development

Nachteile:
Making the product very restrictive, making it very annoying. They should give people freedom to use and just give guidelines. The UI Can improve, too many clicks one have to do. And often edits fail to save.
Good platform to foster personalized remote-work 1-on-1s!
Kommentare: I could say with the founders it has been an interesting experience however in the context of the product its an okay experience given that there is so much this platform could have done. Needs to trust the employer and let them choose what's best for their organization. Be suggestive about things than forceful as a platform.
Vorteile:
We are a remote team working from various time zones and PeopleBox is an amazing platform for organizations like ours to care for the team members and foster deeper engagement and collaborations. The OKR feature is simple, effective, and easy to use. You can set goals for individuals, teams, and the Organization, as a whole. The pre-built surveys are a great starting point. Great to have all one-on-ones in one place. Simple and easy-to-understand insights.
Nachteile:
It does not trust the employers who have bought the platform. Unfortunately, it offers no flexibility to decide when we need to receive anonymous feedback and when we can have open feedback. Heavy on anonymous feedback which is a least likely thing about PeopleBox. Other things I least like about this software is that it lacks: Team meetings agenda feature Threeway feedback loop Solid Mobile interface or app Relationship Tracker Rewards and Recognition
Increased trust and accountability within a team
Kommentare: Peoplebox has kept me accountable for my team's growth plan and this has significantly increased their trust in me. Peoplebox insights like the Performance Trend played a key role in my team's recent Performance Review cycle.
Vorteile:
- Helps in better management of all my 1 -on- 1 meeting with prior discussion items and tracking action items. - Productivity Trend chart helps in capturing valuable weekly observations on a teammate. - The Engagement survey templates are well-curated. - The team is very receptive to feedback and new features are released at an impressive rate.
Nachteile:
1 -on- 1 with Peers are not yet supported.

Bit difficult to understand at first but it's okay now

the platform is intuitive, easy to use and setting up goals and key results happens in a matter of minutes.
Nachteile:
Not sure about this, but I think they only have predefined options for measuring results (like percentage, or numbers) which for 99.9% of times works just fine, but sometimes I needed a custom measurement that I wasn't able to create

It does an amazing job of allowing me to create meeting agendas with suggested talking points, track goals and sent out satisfaction surveys! It’s an awesome tool

I wish the coffee talk was available on more than just slack - it’s a fantastic feature but we don’t use slack!

People box, we usually use for performance check, How we performed last week to this week and last month to this, comparison with each other. So that we can perform better, We can reach our goal.
Nachteile:
I dont think any cons in this tool, Need frequent reminders to update our goals in weekly and monthly basis.

Nachteile:
Business reviews are not having much features and keep on connecting and disconnecting which is not a very user friendly and can be improved.

I use the 1:1 options the most of this software, the fact that I have all the talking points in one place and not limited to just the latest 1:1 but all there is, captured in one place, helps in having constructive conversation
Nachteile:
The coffee connects, personally have not used it much, but something we should perhaps have an option as follows - Push folks to have coffee connects with folks they regularly have 1:1 where they can discuss anything but work

Nachteile:
Bit Expensive. The Cost is little bit expensive when compared to others. The administative cost of running is bit expensive here, which impacts on Profitability of any organisation.

I am able to track my tasks in day-to-day work in the most efficient way. Its 1:1 feature is really good. Also, the task tracking feature and its integration with Slack and Jira are flawless.
Nachteile:
It went down for a couple of days last week. We weren't been able to use it. It was a blocker for us.

I really like the way peoplebox introduces 2 folks who possibly don't know each other and helps to get to know the other person. Additionally, if there's no time to actually connect, they have a way to connect through a rapid fire which is great!!
Nachteile:
The only bit is that peoplebox still sends messages for 2 individuals to connect even though the scheduled a meeting on Google Calendar.
The simplest way to track employee goals. Period.
Kommentare: Overall, I think it's been pretty great. I like how the product has helped me build a routine around tracking my goals, and the company's larger goals.
Vorteile:
The fact that it's exceedingly simple to set up goals - either for oneself or for a team. What I also like about PeopleBox that it's easy to build a routine around it.
Nachteile:
As of now, I haven't run into something I didn't explicitly like.
