Kommentare: We loved using Peoplebox and recently paid for another year because we achieved tremendous goals as a team and as individuals.

Vorteile:

Allows our teams to understand their goals and track success.

Nachteile:

Everything works well, I cannot think about any glitch. Maybe the performance aspect could be improved.

Peoplebox - 4.5 Stars

Kommentare: Overall the tool is great for performance management and tracking goals. It keeps you on track for intended topics and tracking individual progress for your team members and their goals. I enjoy using it and have found it really valuable for managing my employee performance and goal tracking.

Vorteile:

If I had an option for 4.5 stars, I would use it. Peoplebox has an easy interface that is very intuitive. It captures most of the key areas you need to focus on with employee coaching, reviews, and goal setting. It good features to that end, such as action items, private notes for 1:1 meetings, shared notes for 1:1 meetings, and performance tracking for a manager to chart their employee performance over time.

Nachteile:

Some features need some work, however I'm sure these will be improved over time. For example, the calendar sync. The feature will only allow you to select meetings with only 2 participants, however we now have AI bots that we invite to our meetings, or in some cases we may want to pull someone in for a given 1:1 intentionally. Also in scenarios as mine, I have to keep multiple calendars in different tenants up-to-date, so I often invite my other client email account to all my meetings just to easily keep both calendards in sync. Peoplebox won't let me do that. There's also a goal rollup, so you can have child goals for a parent, but updating the child doesn't seem to rollup the progress to the parent. Could be user error, or bug, but this was only recently discovered. The notifications for upcoming 1:1 meetings are a little less than stellar. I don't know if this is supposed to be the "ai" part of Peoplebox.ai, but it sends a reminder of upcoming 1:1 meetings with suggestions for what topics to bring up, and they are completely generic and inauthentic.

Nachteile:

Making the product very restrictive, making it very annoying. They should give people freedom to use and just give guidelines. The UI Can improve, too many clicks one have to do. And often edits fail to save.

Kommentare: It was really good i have track of every meeting done and updates on my goals

Vorteile:

All reviews, Goals setting nad One on One meeting can be done effectively

Nachteile:

Bit difficult to understand at first but it's okay now

Using People Box for last 2 years and experience has been great

Vorteile:

Single platform for OKR and performance metric tracking, reviewing, and socializing + great with 3rd party integration like Google Sheets or Slack

Nachteile:

The templates can be a little tricky to work with and show the exact progress, which takes some time to align everyone on the presented view + can be slow at the time

Ease of usage to add goals. IKR and OKR feature helps to align our goals with the organization at ease.

Editing goals is not so user friendly as I had to reach to HR to understand the same.

Kommentare: As an Administrator from the company side, we can monitor company goals, OKRs, business reviews and all of the features in real time.

Vorteile:

All the features and interfaces are awesome and easy to navigate.

Nachteile:

We do not use surveys as we most of the information is available on real-time basis.

Kommentare: Best ever software i have used in last 23 years. All segments are very well defined and analysis can be done in smoother manner.

Vorteile:

Performance Analysis and goal setting processes are the best.

Should have help desk on portal in terms of whatsapp or messenger if anyone get stuck so can get assistance.

Nachteile:

Nothing as of now. Some organizations have unique performance management approaches that might not align perfectly with Peoplebox's framework. Limited customization options could be a drawback for such users.
