Best Product and Great Support
The main thing we've realised is that we know that everybody on the mat has paid their fees. And this is done with literally one enrollment screen, and most of the time the members do it themselves.
For the small monthly fee, we're easily collecting more money than we're paying.
Once you have it set up, then it's so easy. We just have the reception tablet on the desk and members come in and sign in on it. Plus for busy times the receptionist (often myself) can easily see who needs to be chased for fees.
It also handles all the common membership types (some of our members buy groups of 10 classes, others Arnold direct debits) and it tracks it all. And then the gradings, and competitions etc ... it does it all behind the scenses.
But finally, the thing that sets Arnold (and Stingrae) apart from the others is the support. We're constantly coming up with new ways to query our members, and we just log a ticket asking for what we want, and within hours they've emailed it to us. And even on more than one occasion too, they've imported data for us to save us typing it in. Great support!
Nachteile: It was a little tricky to get set up. Only because it can do so much from a simple class enrollment - ie, we had to setup the class styles, the timetable and the available sales. But then it was all a piece of cake.

We have been using Arnold for 6 years and in that time have found it to be very helpful managing our student database and logins at the gym. The software has helped make our job easier, with online waiver forms, saving time for new clients coming in. Also getting the students to log in for each class helps us manage who has been training, and allows to to track concession cards and memberships and follow up on any member issues.
The price and customer service are second to none and we have been very happy to recommend this product to anyone
Nachteile: No real cons it does everything we need well
