Kommentare: I have really liked it overall. It helps meet a critical business need, in an easy way (it makes your life easier, rather than harder).

Vorteile:

It's really easy to integrate it with programmed surveys. It makes the respondent incentive/honorarium fulfillment very easy.

Nachteile:

It can sometimes be time consuming to filter through all the different fields to get to your particular campaign.

Incentives made easy for small or big audiences

Kommentare: I use this weekly or more often as does my direct report and sometimes our designers in order to send incentives for research. It takes something a bit tedious and annoying and makes it easy to track and do. Plus if you pre-pay your account they don't really charge you any extra versus some of the other services. It's a great deal.

Vorteile:

Tremendous is very easy to use. It's straightforward and fast and doesn't require anything unnecessary. It's also easy to teach.

Nachteile:

They are a bit weaker for some countries than they seem on the surface and that occasionally creates a frustrating experience for my participants. But overall, they do pretty well.

A hassle free approach to organizing client records and updating status

Kommentare: I am very pleased with the platform and data is reliable and reports are accurate.

Vorteile:

Tremendous is an east to use platform. I mainly use this for tracking, and monitoring the status of my clients. It has an easy to read display without having to search out data content. Reports are updated quickly and print without hassle.

Nachteile:

Sometimes it is hard to get help questions answered in real time.

Tremendously helped our need to get out Rewards

Kommentare: Overall, we are happy users of this product and would highly recommend it.

Vorteile:

Easy tool to use with no laborious set up requirement. No annual platform fees or the likes. Very easy to set up gifting campaigns and to get out the gift cards to customers and employees. Really simplified the process for us and a lot more affordable.

Nachteile:

We are not able to see when a person has redeemed their gift card. I understand why Tremendous does this, but it makes it harder for us as we would like these insights to understand whether our customer for example even saw the email with the Gift Card.

Vorteile:

It's definitely the most efficient way to reward our interviewees for all of the UX research we do. Honestly, it is super easy and painless.

Nachteile:

Nothing. It's really super easy. It was also easy to get all of the reports and documents I needed afterward.

Tremendous is a Time Saver

Kommentare: Tremendous was easy to set up, smooth to onboard, and simple to use and customize as we go. It's a big improvement over the workflow we used to have. Customer service is also great, they are responsive, relevant, and always help when I request it. I look forward to continuing my work with Tremendous.

Vorteile:

The customization of templates and fields for tracking. International gift cards is also an important factor. I send thousands of rewards a year and Tremendous is a great asset to save me time and organize all payments easily.

Nachteile:

The only thing I wish was to be able to have more international gift card options, but I know that list is expanding all the time. I also would appreciate being able to pay in Venmo and PayPal without the fee, but I know this is relatively standard across platforms.

Tremendous for Market Research

Vorteile:

The integration and easy top up of our balance ensures that we don't waste time in sending the rewards to our participants.

Nachteile:

There have been times when a card for a country is not in stock and that throws the entire reward mechanism into a break.

Best free product I use!

Vorteile:

Love the ease of integration, can automate my workflows in a flash. Via Zapier you can connect Tremendous with just about anything and still have necessary controls. It is really important to us to have international capabilities and having that option included within a campaign instead of having to send them separately was a game changer. Adding our branding to campaigns was incredibly easy. So nice to have options to carry out actions in bulk by CSV as well. I haven't had to use customer support as I've always been able to find answers in the help guides.

Nachteile:

Haven't had any complaints yet. While I'd love to pay with credit card to get points, it makes more sense to use invoicing and bank transfers to avoid the credit card processing fees via Tremendous.

Awesome platform! Easy to use and super helpful in our daily lives.

Kommentare: I use it almost weekly for sending gift cards to both internal staff and clients. We run monthly campaigns that are also rewarded through the platform. I've been using it since 2021, and we have no intention of switching to another tool.

Vorteile:

The platform is incredibly intuitive and user-friendly. It's a breeze to create templates, and all activity is saved in the history. Not to mention, the platform is reliable and sends to almost anywhere in the world, which is a huge asset for our work as we send gift cards to clients and employees worldwide.

Nachteile:

There's nothing specific that bothers me about the platform. But one thing that could be improved is saving previously used email addresses. Overall though, the platform is great!

Has improved our incentive program drastically

Kommentare: It has made my job so much easier. I am able to send more incentives in less time and the participants have more options.

Vorteile:

The ease of use and the fact that our study participants can choose between over 100 gift card options.

Nachteile:

We have had a few participants reaching out to us lately having trouble with their gift cards.

It's the rewards tool we were waiting for!

Kommentare: Tremendous is such an easy product to use. From the moment I created my account, I was easily able to navigate the application and start sending rewards. Tremendous provides a wealth of gift card options (both digital and physical) that we can send to customers. From dining, entertainment, to traditional gift cards like VISA, Tremendous truly has it all! I also love how easy it is to upload a CSV file that contains multiple different reward amounts for the same campaign. And best of all, as a Tremendous user, I get to control which rewards my customers can access (really tailoring their rewards to their personality). My customers love how it easy it to redeem their gift cards. Any questions I've had, the Tremendous team has been there to answer them, quickly and thorougly. Tremendous is truly a product that deserves a 10 rating!

Aside from Tremendous being a great product, some major pros were cost, ease of setup and overall ease of use.

Nachteile:

I can't think of any cons at all. It's a great service!

I've brought Tremendous into multiple organizations now, and I cannot express enough how easy and beneficial it is.

It would be nice if there were more local gift card options, but that is more of a nice to have than something I do not like.

The easiest research incentive tool

Kommentare: As mentioned above, the overall experience, from initial setup to the no fees, has been amazing. I couldn't recommend Tremendous enough for people who are looking for an incentive tool.

Vorteile:

It was so easy to setup and get started with Tremendous. Within 10 minutes we could start sending out incentives to customers. The fact that Tremendous has no subscription fee and costs $0 until you actually sent out an incentive made it a no-brainer.

Nachteile:

I can't think of anything of the top of my mind that I don't like about Tremendous. It has been a game changer for us.

Huge boost to Employee Morale

Vorteile:

Tremendous has been a great aid in boosting employee engagment within my company. The company's customer service is always top tier and there whenever I had a question or needed help getting set up. My favorite feature is being able to send bulk reward cards at one time.

Nachteile:

The set up process may take a few days to confirm the business and bank account information, but that is understandable.

Easy and convenient rewards for employees

Kommentare: Quite good, it meets our expectations and needs.

Vorteile:

The ease of use and how it allows me to standardise the internal process of rewarding employees with benefits. I also like the the option to control the benefits themselves and ability to prepare the reward in advance as it helps when I am sending a batch of rewards.

Nachteile:

The message templates could be improved and made easier to use.

Vorteile:

What I like most about Tremendous is that it is incredibly easy to use and meets my needs to pay out honorariums to research participants. I have never run into trouble while using Tremendous. I can easily do what I intend to do using this platform without running into constant errors. These days, it's hard to find a platform that easily performs it's function and saves time - but Tremendous is one such platform.

Nachteile:

In my honest opinion, there is nothing I don't like about Tremendous.

The best tool to send rewards internationally!

Kommentare: We can send individuals from all around the world gifts like gift cards and money to organizations thanks to tremendous. The major challenge they are resolving for us is how to collaborate with and compensate individuals in the most remote regions of the world without encountering any logistical or legal problems. They provide gift cards to approximately 220 nations, if I'm not mistaken. I had no idea there were 220 nations in the world. The scope of their influence is that. The option to get incentives in the form of an actual Visa card is an additional bonus. Even if this isn't offered everywhere, it's still a fantastic choice. We would like it if this particular option was made available in more nations.

Vorteile:

Tremendous excels at a variety of different things. The capability to design personalized email and SMS campaigns is my favorite among them. Multiple campaign templates may be made and saved to be sent to various persons working on various projects. By making each template unique, we don't have to manually alter them before every delivery, this truly saves us a ton of time.

Nachteile:

Although some individuals might feel that their UI might be improved, I find it to be incredibly user-friendly and useful. I absolutely appreciate how uncomplicated and uncluttered they made it.
