Great Gift Card Platform!

Kommentare: Tremendous is a huge improvement over our previous vendor for everyone on both sides of the gift card process. The set-up and training were easy. We get great customer support. We are getting better redemption rates and less complaints than with our previous vendor. The platform is so easy that my entire team is now enabled to order gift cards for themselves and do not have to go through an admin.

Vorteile:

Tremendous is easy to use from both the perspective of the person ordering the gift cards and the recipient. There is no cost or fees to use Tremendous. You can make great looking custom emails with as many mail merge fields as you would like to easily send custom emails to many recipients at once. You can also add other actions like redirecting to a web page or video after the recipient claims. There are tons of gift card options and you can even limit them to a few options to fit your campaign. Finally, the best thing about Tremendous is that they can collect W9 tax info from your recipients that received large denomination cards so that you can easily issue 1099s at the end of the year.

Nachteile:

There are few things that I really dislike about this platform. In fact several enhancements that I asked for or suggested were built and implemented in just the first few months of working with them! One dislike is that the recipients gift cards links are susceptible to theft if the email is compromised in some way and ends up in the wrong hands.

Tremendously helped our need to get out Rewards

Vorteile:

Easy tool to use with no laborious set up requirement. No annual platform fees or the likes. Very easy to set up gifting campaigns and to get out the gift cards to customers and employees. Really simplified the process for us and a lot more affordable.

Nachteile:

We are not able to see when a person has redeemed their gift card. I understand why Tremendous does this, but it makes it harder for us as we would like these insights to understand whether our customer for example even saw the email with the Gift Card.

Doing Tremendous Almost Destroyed the Trust I had with my Customers

I want to use it for tax auditing purpose.

Nachteile:

**Tremendous Review** **TL;DR**: If you don't mind having your account canceled without warning in the middle of a reward campaign, go ahead and do business with Tremendous. As an indie developer running a survey with a $15 monetary incentive per participant, I decided to give Tremendous a try after seeing their ads on YouTube. Initially, they required extensive documentation to verify my legitimacy, which seemed fair enough. It took about 2-3 days for my account to be approved, after which I was ready to fund and send the rewards. However, I was informed that I couldn't use a credit card to fund the account and had to set up an ACH transfer instead. This process with Chase took another 2-3 days. After funding the account, I started sending out the survey rewards. The first 7-8 transactions were approved automatically within 24 hours. Then the trouble started. For the next five transactions, there were no automatic approvals close to 24 hours, forcing me to contact customer support. Thankfully, these were approved within an hour, maintaining my promise of delivering the gift cards within 24 hours. This pattern repeated for the next six transactions. After waiting nearly 24 hours, I had to contact customer support again. This time, instead of receiving assistance, my account was abruptly canceled. When I inquired about the reason, I received a canned response: "For privacy and security purposes, we're not able to share more information about our compliance policies. We take a number of items into consideration while making these decisions. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause." This was more than an inconvenience; it was a complete disruption of the trust I was trying to build with my survey participants and potential future customers. I had to scramble to suspend my survey and personally purchase gift cards from Amazon to fulfill my promises. For what it’s worth, Tremendous did allow me to withdraw the remaining funds from my account. However, the overall experience was highly frustrating and damaging to my campaign.

Just what I needed

Vorteile:

I use Tremendous to incentive users to use an app. I was so happy to find Tremendous because of all of the stores the user can redeem the gift card at. It was truly the perfect solution for me!

Nachteile:

I wish I could copy and paste a google sheets spreadsheet for bulk uploading recipients. I also wish the custom landing pages & emails were easier to work with. They are bulky, difficult to design, and a bit slow when I click into them, causing me frustration. That's why I rated Tremendous a 4/5.

Great experience with Tremendous

Vorteile:

Tremendous was very easy to set up, easy to train the team on using, and is highly valuable for our team.

Nachteile:

There was a bit of an issue when setting up our account as every contract has its own bank account number. It delayed our deployment by a couple of days, but we were able to resolve this through the support service.

Tremendous never disappoints, excellent solution for sending rewards

It's been 4+ years now since we are using Tremendous as a crucial integrated solution linked with Salesforce Sales cloud for sending rewards in batches. We had no issues during implementation and no downtimes since day one. New feature for fraud prevention seems really promising! Campaigns are very easy to setup, though slightly more customization options would be a plus. Customer support is awesome, always willing to help! Great variety of options and very reasonable fees! Overall, we are very pleased with Tremendous as reliable solution and would recommend it to every business in need of sending rewards!

Nachteile:

Nothing major, we truly love Tremendous. Offering more options outside of the US, like India for example would be awesome.

Tremendous rewards - 10/10 Very Satisfied User!

Kommentare: I use Tremendous on a daily basis to send rewards to experts who participated in market research studies and consultancies. That means that I have daily interaction with it, either by sending rewards, speaking to customer support regarding help or information I might need, or researching options for my experts (e.g. by geolocation, or reward options in terms of payment method).
My overall experience has been that I love contacting their support because I know the problem will be solved, and I am very satisfied with the offerings.

Vorteile:

Customer support for sure, and the ease of use. I also love the options for each country and the variety it has.

Nachteile:

There is really nothing I don't like, it would be good if there were more options for some countries (e.g. some African countries) but we know this isn't entirely up to Tremendous.

Great service with no cost to the business.

Honestly, I can't think of any cons. The service has been wonderful for us.

Tremendous for Market Research

Vorteile:

The integration and easy top up of our balance ensures that we don't waste time in sending the rewards to our participants.

Nachteile:

There have been times when a card for a country is not in stock and that throws the entire reward mechanism into a break.

Has improved our incentive program drastically

Vorteile:

The ease of use and the fact that our study participants can choose between over 100 gift card options.

Nachteile:

We have had a few participants reaching out to us lately having trouble with their gift cards.

Quality Product that is User-Friendly and Versatile

Kommentare: Overall, we have a wonderful relationship with Tremendous and do not have much to complain about. We have grown with them and appreciate how they utilize our input to make a better product. We have looked at other vendors, but the value they provide us is unmatched. It is a wondeful feeling to know that I can reach out whenever, and with whatever issue I'm having, and they are quick to respond and eager to help.

Vorteile:

Tremendous is a product that we can count on to do what it's supposed to do. We use and API to integrate with our own software which makes the process even more seamless. We can change the campaigns to align with our client needs and their customer service is impeccable! We love Tremendous for what it does and the culture they share with their customers.

Nachteile:

We would love it if Tremendous closed the loop on the W9 Collection process and issued the 1099 Forms on our behalf. We would also love to see them be more pro-active when they have made changes to their product that affect us directly.

An easy way to pay participants for research

Vorteile:

Tremendous is exceptionally facile. Albeit one of the first payout products I have ever used, I have had a seamless experience paying out research respondents. The flexibility of payment options is excellent, and the ability to track spending, upload email addresses, create templates, and customize your branding is truly beneficial for the team. The learning curve is generally really low - I was able to get up to speed and learn the platform within 10-15min (incl. respondent payouts, templates, etc.)Overall this is a pretty easy way to pay out your customers, and I think its features go well beyond what I typically use it for. Most likely, for extensive research projects and more complex payouts, I suspect Tremendous would do an awesome job executing the rewards. I also love the ability to customize RGB codes for brands.

Nachteile:

I don't love the way the campaign feature works. While it is relatively simple, I often had issues with duplicating campaign copy, managing images within campaigns, and ensuring that my organization's pre-built copy was working for new campaigns for different brands I was running. Otherwise, I haven't had issues paying respondents. I would also recommend to Tremendous that they create an FAQ guide to simplify the onboarding process within an organization. It is already user-friendly, but it would be a minor lift for the Tremendous team to add an FAQ, how-to, etc. on the page.

Tremendous is the only rewards payment option I would consider

Vorteile:

We began using Tremendous for bonus gift cards for employee birthdays and special events. Tremendous stands out because the payouts can be issued globally, and in just about any currency. The gifts can be physical cards or digital, which can be sent and redeemed nearly instantly, even through SMS. The templates are fully customizable and there is very little setup needed to start using the product. Having a large number of team members abroad used to be a blocker to sending thoughtful gifts, but Tremendous solves that problem. We also used Tremendous for customer engagement rewards. Which such a large catalog of options, these rewards are as good as cash and highly valued.

Nachteile:

I can't think of a single downside to using Tremendous. Compared to other similar products, Tremendous has everything we need and does everything we expect of it.

So Easy to Use; Great Customer Service

Kommentare: My experience with Tremendous to date has been fantastic, and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an easy, user-friendly, and flexible way to send rewards to employees, clients, customers, etc.

Vorteile:

I work with an academic research team that often does focus groups, interviews, and surveys, for which we compensate respondents for their time and assistance. Tremendous' platform makes distributing rewards pretty effortless and quick, and the instructions and templates provided are straightforward. The available customization of the language and graphics that accompany each type of award I send is so user-friendly and convenient, and I can save each template I make so that I don't have to reinvent the wheel each time I want to distribute the same category of award in the future. Tremendous allows direct uploads of CSV files which makes compiling lists of multiple recipients very easy. Additionally, their multiple options for payment/funding make it simple for me to work with my accounting team.

Nachteile:

I don't have any complaints at this time.

The best tool to send rewards internationally!

Kommentare: We can send individuals from all around the world gifts like gift cards and money to organizations thanks to tremendous. The major challenge they are resolving for us is how to collaborate with and compensate individuals in the most remote regions of the world without encountering any logistical or legal problems. They provide gift cards to approximately 220 nations, if I'm not mistaken. I had no idea there were 220 nations in the world. The scope of their influence is that. The option to get incentives in the form of an actual Visa card is an additional bonus. Even if this isn't offered everywhere, it's still a fantastic choice. We would like it if this particular option was made available in more nations.

Vorteile:

Tremendous excels at a variety of different things. The capability to design personalized email and SMS campaigns is my favorite among them. Multiple campaign templates may be made and saved to be sent to various persons working on various projects. By making each template unique, we don't have to manually alter them before every delivery, this truly saves us a ton of time.

Nachteile:

Although some individuals might feel that their UI might be improved, I find it to be incredibly user-friendly and useful. I absolutely appreciate how uncomplicated and uncluttered they made it.

Best free product I use!

Vorteile:

Love the ease of integration, can automate my workflows in a flash. Via Zapier you can connect Tremendous with just about anything and still have necessary controls. It is really important to us to have international capabilities and having that option included within a campaign instead of having to send them separately was a game changer. Adding our branding to campaigns was incredibly easy. So nice to have options to carry out actions in bulk by CSV as well. I haven't had to use customer support as I've always been able to find answers in the help guides.

Nachteile:

Haven't had any complaints yet. While I'd love to pay with credit card to get points, it makes more sense to use invoicing and bank transfers to avoid the credit card processing fees via Tremendous.

variety of options and great support team member

Kommentare: When the client was not able to receive the gift card or having issues using the gift card. The Tremendous Support Team is always there to help you within minutes or an hour. It really helps us to send updates on what's going on with our client's gift card.

Vorteile:

With Tremendous they have a large list of options. They have anything from Uber Eats to Walmart to Amazon, and many others as well! Easy to navigate and user-friendly.

Nachteile:

The only feature that I'm concern about, is when we check the order history it doesn't indicate what gift card that we purchase.

A time and money saver

Kommentare: We currently use Tremendous to incentivize customers to leave honest reviews on a few software listing sites and it has been very effective. The reviews have increased our online visibility and generated quality leads for our business. At the same time, it has saved me personally a huge amount of time. I can send out a bulk order a few times a month in five minutes or less.

Vorteile:

Tremendous has been incredibly easy to use from day one. Sending rewards internationally is a breeze (taking into account multiple languages and currencies in a single order) and I appreciate the range of redemption options worldwide. It's very easy for our users to redeem their rewards as well. Super simple to configure, test and run more than one campaign at once. Bulk orders are also very straightforward and a real time saver. The few times we've had questions, their customer support has been very friendly and responsive.

Nachteile:

In the 2+ years we've been using the tool I've had no issues or complaints. It's clear the company is growing, so we do get a lot of alerts about changes being made to their policies, dashboard, pricing etc. but it's not really a problem. Options for branding are great, but I'd love it if they could add even more possibilities/flexibility there.

Tremendous API is tremendous

Vorteile:

The API integration was a life saver for our program! We had a tight deadline to get gift card integrated into our system and Tremendous was the best option we came across.

Nachteile:

At the time we signed up, I don't believe they provided a similar discounting structure that other providers offered at scale. It may be different now though.

Tremendous is ... Just That.

Kommentare: I have used this software hundreds of times in the last year. I work for a global company and to be able to send egift cards across the globe has been a time and life saver. Tremendous has many vendors they work with to insure a recipient can find a vendor to redeem a gift card. But wait, there's more. An international Visa card can also be redeemed for countries with less vendors to choose from. Checking the catalog beforehand will insure your gift is a success. Tremendous has made my life as an executive assistant so much easier when it comes to gift requests.

Vorteile:

The ease of sending out rewards and egift cards makes Tremendous worth it's price in gold. Easily sent, easily verified, easily tracked. And the customer service is the best. I receive help and guidance in a timely manner and they have always been clear and concise and extremely helpful.

Nachteile:

The only drawback sometimes is that a rewards email to the receiver can sometimes be mistaken for spam. But that problem is easily fixed with proper titling of the reward or a pre-email letting the recipient know it's on the way.

It's the rewards tool we were waiting for!

Kommentare: Tremendous is such an easy product to use. From the moment I created my account, I was easily able to navigate the application and start sending rewards. Tremendous provides a wealth of gift card options (both digital and physical) that we can send to customers. From dining, entertainment, to traditional gift cards like VISA, Tremendous truly has it all! I also love how easy it is to upload a CSV file that contains multiple different reward amounts for the same campaign. And best of all, as a Tremendous user, I get to control which rewards my customers can access (really tailoring their rewards to their personality). My customers love how it easy it to redeem their gift cards. Any questions I've had, the Tremendous team has been there to answer them, quickly and thorougly. Tremendous is truly a product that deserves a 10 rating!

Aside from Tremendous being a great product, some major pros were cost, ease of setup and overall ease of use.

Nachteile:

I can't think of any cons at all. It's a great service!

Makes paying my participants SO SO EASY!

Kommentare: We used to pay our participants with physical checks. It used to take us hours of printing checks, stuffing and sealing envelopes, adding postage etc. We almost always had someone who's check didn't arrive or got lost in the mail. People would be constantly emailing us asking why the haven't received their check, etc. NOW, everyone gets paid within minutes with almost zero issues. It has been a game changer for our business.

Vorteile:

I love that I can pre-load my incentive allowance into Tremendous. When I am ready to pay my participants, I can pay 40 people in less than 20 minutes. I have never had a respondent have any issues redeeming rewards and if they do, I can send them directly to the Tremendous Help Desk.

Nachteile:

I find it a little hard to see clearly when money was deposited into the account. I think the options to view deposits, payouts etc could be made a bit more simplified. Other than that- love the product!

Kommentare: Problem-solving with the help of Tremendous is easy because if you need help from their team, they work fast, efficiently, and informative. Countries that are difficult to find rewards such as Korea, China, and other country are available here. I am happy.

The software is easy to navigate even for the first timer. They offer a reliable, fast, excellent, and easy navigation system.

Nachteile:

This doesn't apply to me at all, everything about tremendous is excellent, unlike other brands like Tango or Gyft.

Sending rewards to people has never been more *rewarding*

Kommentare: The experience has been wholly pleasant so far. I've not needed much support, my recipients are getting their rewards, and our brand is creating that affinity, which is a great look.

Vorteile:

The Tremendous platform is legit intuitive, with no need for tutorials or support pages. I found their customer service to be prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciate the branding customization, allowing our entity to stand out without any additional costs. Also, no setup fees, monthly charges, or surcharges is a major plus. Having the ability to adjust rewards according to the recipient's country and the option for recipients to donate their reward to a charity are sublime features. I’ll be using them for the foreseeable future.

Nachteile:

Tremendous is nearly perfect with its free platform, clean website, and customizable branding. A minor issue (last time I issued rewards) is the lack of clarity between 'delivered' and 'redeemed' rewards, as it's unclear if the recipient has used their reward. I wish this element of the platform were more evident.
