Does what it says
Vorteile:
New interface is a great improvement. Relatively easy to use.
Nachteile:
Server application and login a bit clunky. Fingerprint readers have been a bit unreliable.

Kommentare: Wageloch support is excellent. With a critical payroll question - they respond within the 1/2hr or even quicker.
Vorteile:
The set up process was very easy and the implementation team were very patient and helpful.
Nachteile:
It would be really great if you could sort by hours per day when authorising timesheets.

Clunky but effective
Kommentare: We went from a manual system so it saves time and reduces errors.
Vorteile:
Perfect for a basic rostering/payroll. Rosters are clear to understand and like being able to colour code roles/departments. Clock in/out station assists with monitoring staff hours accurately. Saves time and integrates with MYOB.
Nachteile:
Online Annual Leave Request section doesn't work (at least for our organisation). Still need to do this process manually. System also runs slowly - always watching the spinning wheel of death every time you save a change or change to another screen/section.

Fantastic Product and Service!
Kommentare: Wageloch save a lot of my time hassling with rosters, job function and payroll. As a small business owner, I'm wearing many hats and before using Wageloch I spent lots of time on spreadsheet and lots of mistakes. Now I can use my time better to focus on growing the business.
Vorteile:
I like the roster scheduling, timesheet management and easy integration with Xero. It reduced my work hours to 80% because I used to do it manually. Now it only take less than 10 minutes to do pay run with zero mistake with overtime calculation (so far).
Nachteile:
The price is a bit expensive though. It would be great if Wageloch offer a price for a micro small business with 1-5 employees. At the moment I only have less than 5 employees and I'm paying for 10 people. Other company has option pay per employee.

Processing Wages Time Saver
Kommentare: It has been great, the team is very supportive and implementation was very thorough to cater to complex payroll needs.
Vorteile:
1. Integration with Accounting (Xero) Software means we can trust the data from Wageloch is accurate in Xero Timesheets and makes the payroll process fast and easy.2. Support is amazing and prompt.3. Customizing platform to complex payroll needs.4. Bio-Metric Clock-in/out (via iPad)
Nachteile:
1. Adding more details/notes to rostered jobs level, rather than day-level notes, this would also need to flow upstream to the mobile app for remote staff.2. Two-way messaging to staff. 3. Branding Colour Pallet of the interface is too much, and a hint of branding would be more acceptable.4. Mobile App improvement needs to be more informative, rather than just rostered shifts.

Kommentare: Love working with WageLoch. I have control of my wages and can manage things remotely if needed.
Vorteile:
Easy, efficient and effective. Their support is second to none. Other companies could learn a lot from the way the resolve issues and questions quickly and never leave an issue unresolved.
Nachteile:
sometimes there is a lag when confirming times which slows down the process.

Wageloch review
Kommentare: Our overall experience has been great. We are loving using the new wageloch set up now (we used to use the legacy look and found it difficult to use the new look at first). Has been great having the staff portal set up and allowing staff access via their app to put in unavailability / annual leave / sick leave, which in turn has helped us with rostering.
Vorteile:
The ease of rostering across a 24 hour period Being able to monitor all shifts and adjust times with ease Ease of access
Nachteile:
The history and leave / unavailability takes a long time to load Print set up for the rosters makes our roster about 20 pages long and difficult to see it over a fortnightly period - would be ok if we did weekly rosters but is not convenient and therefore we are needing to produce a paper roster aswell The app is reported to be very sensitive to touch and is difficult to set time off

WageLoch - Save time & money on Employee Management & Payroll
Kommentare: WageLoch has reduced our processing time, saved clients' time, money & angst with efficiency gains and more accountability of staff management
Vorteile:
Ease & efficiency of operation, first set up we ever did, saved the client $26,000 in wages. Time creep was reduced enormously with staff having to digitally log in & out to record timesheets. Rostering so much easier with staff able to assign availability, reducing the number of calls you have to make to find replacement staff
Nachteile:
Reports are great, but take a little mastering, once mastered, excellent. Would love to see award interpretation and full payroll processing & reporting in the future

Good time sheet management software
Kommentare: Overall it's a great product and most of the time it works well and does what it is supposed to do - there is some back end integration issues sometimes - but that is the bookkeepers problem to sort out - not hours - apparently it integrates with Xero very well so just waiting for our bookkeeper to do that.
Vorteile:
- Ability to see availability of staff - Ability to enter sales figures in and calculate efficiency of staff - Ability to show who is on duty in an emergency situation (evacuation) - Ability to see staff leave accrual very quickly
Nachteile:
- Windows App is missing some minor functionality compared to the online portal - Online portal can be quite slow during use (regardless of browser or internet connection) - Unavailability function of staff is a lot better to use than the Annual Leave function - Unavailability will show you immediately what staff are not available - annual leave function you have to manually put in the unavailability - double handling - so I don't use it.

Great Product

Great product. Customer service is fantastic and the product is easy to use for myself as the administrator and also the workers to clock in and out and apply for leave.
Uploading directly from timesheet to MYOB is brilliant, saves me so much time.
Vorteile:
I like how the workers can clock in and out via the finger scanner without having to write down their times in a timesheet log book which can lead to mistakes. I like how it uploads to MYOB payroll so easily.
Nachteile:
Can't find anything to dislike about Wageloch.

The HR system you didn't know you needed!
Vorteile:
Wageloch has been extremely beneficial for our business as it is one system that allows use to capture all the appropriate information and relevant documents needed to run our business in one space! From sending out our contracts and job descriptions, to being able to pay staff, to monitoring clock in and clock out times it has really assisted us in streamlining our processes.
Nachteile:
Nothing that we don't like about Wageloch but like any product there is always some ironing out issues in the beginning. We have found though if leave is approved it doesn't deduct it from the leave total in Wageloch we have to go in and manually update people's leave eg. XERO will state one has 4hrs personal leave but Wageloch will state one has 12hrs personal leave even though leave was approved from Wageloch.

Make Paying Wages a Breeze
Vorteile:
The ease of updating timesheets with multiple staff clocking in/out. The ability to amend rosters easily has to be the best feature.
Nachteile:
Can get tricky when your staff do not have enough personal leave and the system warns you at every step. Best to have an acknowledge button as to not show this popup screen all the time.

It is very easy to use! It helps with budgeting, creating new roster templates and then easy to export to our accounting software. The best feature though - is Wageloch customer service. They are always very helpful and will answer your calls in a very timely manner!
Nachteile:
Sometimes I can't work out a problem by navigating the portal, but then customer service is always able to help.

Improving staff roster and timesheet processing
Vorteile:
"One stop shop" for all information that can be easily updated/amended as required.
Nachteile:
Changing the timesheet hours to match hours worked can be a bit time consuming.

Wageloch Review. OK but could be better
Kommentare: Didn't make much difference in time spent on the daily/weekly wages task.
Vorteile:
It got rid of our paper based timesheets. Record keeping is easier.
Nachteile:
Speed is sometimes slow. Manual adjustments are still required for some payroll categories. It still requires some manual input.

Best Time Clock System
Kommentare: Our experience with Wageloch is how simple and easy it is to use, and being able to track the hours against all our jobs our staff are working on and being able to cost out these hours to our clients correctly.
Vorteile:
Im a Manager for a large Company and have used so many other Time Clock systems in the past and haven't found a system that works so well for all our needs. Its simple to use and Imports well into MYOB and now Zero, and the service we receive is fantastic.If we have any issues (which is rare) they are onto it quickly. We have been with Wageloch now for about 5 years.Highly recommend!!
Nachteile:
There really isn't anything that comes to mind that I don't like at all.

Automated Payroll Genius
Kommentare: The implementation of Wageloch has been an extremely easy process. From it's analytical reporting to it's real-time clocking on/off, rostering, leave functions and timesheet import makes the entire payroll process very smooth.
Vorteile:
Wageloch is one of the most common sense, efficient payroll software systems available on the market today. Comprehensive but easy to use, backed by an efficient support team and with minimal up-front costs, it has added major value to our business.

I feel that there is nothing really missing from the full functions of the Wageloch system - I believe that you get the complete package and more.
