"Radical change in our sales strategy"

Kommentare: The problem we solved was the loss of opportunities we had by not having greater market reach in our distribution strategy. We achieve a benefit of receiving more reservations through more channels and managing them in an easier way

Vorteile: Globaltrips has helped us save a lot of time on manual and repetitive tasks in the management of reservations. the visual tools and their approach of wizards to carry out processes in the system help us that the hotel staff easily use the tool.

Nachteile: To perform certain type of operations in the reservations it is necessary to go through several screens, we have reported it and the support team has been receptive in improving functionality.
