Vorteile:

We are so grateful to have found Narvar as a solution to managing our returns and improving the customer downstream shipping experience. The tool is built to accommodate unique scenarios (like our own) and is easy to set up. Anytime you have questions, the team is there and ready to help. They go out of the way to ensure that we're getting what we need from the product, even going as far as to have their engineering team create custom rules for us. No other product on the market would have been able to perform in accordance with our Donation Program for all returns so we appreciate the flexibility of the team and the tool itself. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the engineers are all extremely helpful. Thank you guys!

Nachteile:

There are minor feature requests that would improve the experience. We've already relayed these to the team such as the ability to generate multiple labels per return cart and having the system look at the customers entire return history vs. just the current return cart. We still look forward to integration with Rise.ai

Vorteile:

Returns and Order track are both great products that are easy to implement and maintain over time. They offer a plug-and-play extension that is easy to configure and test. Their customer-facing interface is clean and put together, with a portal feature that gives the client control over content updates and building specific business rules. Narvar continues to add new features to enhance the customer experience. Dynamic track, for example, offers a more robust and customized shipping track page experience to the end user.

Nachteile:

Reporting is lacking on a granular level. Although there are high-level reports, there is room for improvement. Additionally, certain requests for smaller changes to business rules or content updates will require support outreach. This can become cumbersome.

One of the worst companies we've ever dealt with.

Kommentare: As of right now, I've reached out to Narvar yet again, and have yet to receive an adequate response or solution as to why we keep experiencing issues. It should not be the responsibility of the client to continually catch mistakes implemented by the company they are paying to ensure everything is running smoothly. Dealing with support has been a nightmare, and they do not know how to provide empathetic, customer-centric service to their customers. From start to finish, there have been errors in implementations, multiple apologies, and free add-ons to rectify their mistakes, and we are still at a place where things aren’t implemented as promised. Unless you have hundreds of thousands of dollars to throw at this company, like Urban Outfitters, they won’t bother giving you the highest level of customer care you deserve when signing on. We strongly do NOT recommend this company. It’s not worth the headache or the hassle.

Vorteile:

Narvar has a nice product with great potential, but they have atrocious customer service.

Nachteile:

After our initial sales call, we had to follow up several times with our sales rep, [SENSITIVE CONTENT], to see what the next steps would be to sign up with Narvar with no response for a few days after each follow-up. After we finally signed the necessary paperwork and were assigned reps, I had to do COUNTLESS follow-ups with my assigned reps and still waited a few days before receiving a response. It took a couple of months to get the product up and running properly with, again, multiple follow-ups. An account manager, [SENSITIVE CONTENT], reached out apologizing for the frustrating experience and offered to keep a close eye on our account. Once everything was seemingly implemented, I did a test order to see how the product was performing and immediately ran into issues. I contacted Narvar support, and they explained that some product feeds were implemented incorrectly on their end. This took a full month to correct. Once they notified me that everything was working properly again, I placed another test order, and experienced more issues with the texting feature and delayed email templates.

Great & useful service, but needs expansion for customer owned processes

Kommentare: Overall it's a good service. As stated, we are still working on making this more of a push vs pull relationship. That being said, their willingness to work with us & find solutions not only will benefit us as they find best practices for this kind of relationship, but also benefit others who prefer to approach this the same way we are.

Vorteile:

The simplified tracking data is the most useful part of the service for what we are doing. It makes it simple for our CRM team to send custom coms out in a timely manner.

Nachteile:

We were/are the minority using this service to power our own systems, but it's clear the Narvar team is still working on how to make this type of service work efficiently & effectively. They're so used to relying on their tried & true services controlled by Narvar that there are holes in how to push that service to customer powered set ups.

I dislike how it is removed from Shopify and only happens when you ship to someone. It would be better if that was your order page from the start.

A Great Product For Companies of All Sizes

Vorteile:

Narvar makes it easy for me to monitor both out deliveries and returns. I am able to pull reports right from the dashboard as opposed to going to several different places and building my own report.

Nachteile:

I wish that I had more ability to make changes on the fly without the help of our Customer Success Manager.

In todays market it is a necessity to supply the customer with as much information about their order as possible. Narvar does that.

Great System for Order Tracking

Kommentare: Overall I am very pleased with Narvar. Their onboarding team was helpful and patient with our IT team which is notoriously slow at implementations. The end product is keeping our customers happy and that is all we can ask for.

Vorteile:

Once we got things set up this provides our customers with a great means to track their orders. Much improved over the native system built into Magento making for a much-improved customer experience. With what logistics have been like for the past year once we got this implemented we noticed our inquiries about order statuses dropped significantly.

Nachteile:

The email design UI is clunky and limiting. There was a lot more we wanted to be able to do that the UI would not permit us to. Hopefully this is addressed or the ability to drop in HTML is added in the future.

Vorteile:

This has significantly reduced the number of customer support inquiries we've received about tracking updates. We had a lot of customers that wouldn't wait the 24 hours for the carrier status page to update, but thanks to Narvar's delivery date estimation, those customers are now more confident their order will arrive. The shipping portal is also a great opportunity to link to FAQs or upsell new products.

Nachteile:

We had some challenges when we changed shipping carriers that created confusion with our customers.

Quality Product - Outstanding Support

Kommentare: Overall i'm very pleased with the tool. The support team have gone above and beyond to service our account and they have been great to work with.

Vorteile:

The platform has solid features and gets good engagement from users. It has a beautiful UI and allows for customization.

Nachteile:

The back end of the tool lacks some usability. I have to ask for new categories to be created instead of being able to create them myself for EDD functions. Analytics are solid but could be more robust.

We have high AOV product and the delivery tracking is key to a great client experience! We love being able to reduce "WISMO" customer service calls by pro-actively messaging the deliveries.

Kommentare: Enjoyed working with the Narvar team, and they're products are an important part of how we communicate with our customers.

Vorteile:

It's fairly easy to use, and is the most complete software that I've seen for all things shipping/post-purchase.

Nachteile:

Not much of a con, but you will need to be sure enough people are trained up on using it to get the most out of the product. For instance, you'll need to be sure your marketing team is in the loop in order to take advantage of the asset slots on the track page and in the emails, and you will also need to be sure your fulfillment team is aware of the ins and outs of the delivery communications.

What I like most about this software is that it empowers my team to make updates as quick as we need to in a super user friendly way.

The reporting of this software could be very much improved. Alerts and notifications could also be improved.

The customer success manager and implementation team are readily available, dedicated, and knowledgeable. This made for a smooth implementation.

At times incomplete or inaccurate information is presented when USPS or Mail Innovations or other untrackable method is used for shipping.

Poor Customer Support

Kommentare: lack of support, dedicated rep creates a very poor quality of experience

Easy to navigate on the Narvar dashboard

Nachteile:

Customer support is nearly non-existent. Our Mobile page shows a poor quality graphic, bad resolution. We've been asking for direction on how to fix this, several months later, no solution even to-date.

UX User Friendly and Customer's Best Friend

Vorteile:

This software is very easy to use even if you are not a front-end developer. It allows you to customize the experience to meet your brand guidelines and allows you to time drive your content based on promotional needs.

Nachteile:

I wish that we were also able to customize the Returns track like we can the Shipping.

Functional, But Alternatives Offer More For Less

Vorteile:

Narvar is relatively average; its intuitive user interface allows us to keep our customers up to date as to the status of their shipments, and our employees also find it easy to navigate and operate.

Nachteile:

Alternatives such as Shopify integrate themselves into the entire storefront, which can save money if you are operating different software for your storefront and shipment ends. Furthermore, self-designed order status trackers are also cheaper.

Genius concept from taking an existing concept and making it better

Kommentare: I like the overall experience. As mentioned above, there is so much room for opportunity with new features but needs to roll out quicker to keep up with the eCom space.

The Narvar hub is very easy to use and straight-forward.

Nachteile:

The roadmap of features need to be released faster than what is currently. I have been using Narvar for the past 4 years and there doesn't seem much new features as it should be in a 4-year span.

HORRIBBLE....STAY AWAY!!!!

Kommentare: Horrible, literally the worst company we have ever done business with.

There was nothing positive about this experience.

Nachteile:

Sales demo went well but realized during implementation that this did not do as was demoed. The solution requires a double opt-in, so customers must enter their phone number twice for the notifications to work for SMS. This should be a $25/mo app that they try to sell for $5k/year. When we gave notice we wished to cancel, since software did not do as demoed, we were told by [SENSITIVE CONTENT] that they would take us to collections if we did not pay the full annual amount, even though we never implemented, and never used with our customers. This is literally the WORST customer experience, I have ever had in all my years of business. Do not walk....RUN AWAY from this company.
